There is a "now" effect and an "delayed" as well as a "long-term effect"!
The "now" effect is more of a metamorphis feeling in your over all "state of mind" that is not conducive to Attention. That is in my case only! To my knowledge.
Basically you wind up wanting to sit down or lay down to avoid walking in circles!
To my knowledge! Once you clear that hurdle you can stare all you want at Television but you won't at least my case pay attention to anything! I call it not seeing a thing!
