Journal Entry: I have records and notes detailing earlier attack that were fraudently testified upon in probate court by Kathryn W. England in a Fairhope courtroom. She falsely testified had sent her the notes when in fact at the time I had sent them too whom at the time I trusted to hold for my use in building a case against what as a foolish act I knew was one Floyd E. Wooley. Remember he was the one testing me from as early as 2004! Including after acknowledging his knowledge of events that could have killed people in the tunnel by uttering words to me that 'Im on the phone with the judge"!
