Journal Entry: When Hurricane Andrew hit Miami and later Morgan City, La. The people of Southern Louisiana refused some federal or individual help. When they needed it in New Orleans after Katrina they were let down by FEMA terribly and shipped off to distant places. We love you in Alabama! God bless, Peace, Love and Knowledge! F.
