Sir,

When I called the FBI as instructed by your office the agent I spoke with told me to get evidence to Special Agent Dawn Nolan in Birmingham.

Under electronic warefare it is difficult to think straight unless your driving! You just have to be experienced and if you are ADHD on your medicine.

I tried after a biological hit on me, my daughters cat and my dog Boo Boo to make the trip to Birmingham but I learned a horrible lesson.

First its hard to turn yourself and your dog and turn yourself and her in as evidence in a state that employs the fire department, police and ambulance companies and volunteers to psychologically test you especially if you think your going to die before you get to the FBI in Birmingham!

It's the worst system known to man because it makes you distrust your state and local authorities!

There are more details but I'm so heart broken I can't go on.
