My long history of treating my own ADHD with medication as you know dates to the early nineties!
Thus my ability to determine when I have a winner. Thus Shire if you can survive the possible set-up for disappointment of being used in some way shape or fashion by hopefully your family re-hab that nets you nothing but pain and misery.
Especially if they are old-school I speculate at best without a transparent documented verified investigation of the circumstances behind the last eight years of a different hell than I'm reading about Admiral Denton has written a out thus far.
I just took my second half of a SU-24 and I'm proud to have its use for my treatment of the off label but obviously safe and somewhat effective treatment of ADHD.
I still do need therapy for trauma. I realized that as I walked past a stack of papers and got chills.
In the past that stack of papers my friends would not even be a problem psychologically, in fact I would have already made the decisions neccessary for a plan of action and put that plan into action as well as have completed the task!
