Friends,
If I were in the military I would be outraged at the prospect that cold-blooded murderers are even given the time wasted in our news media and God forbid our veterans administration or even civilian medical institutions that trauma be it psychological or physical be given as any excuse or consideration in such cases as stated above.
Anyone that knows, knows that if you murder anyone the cause is a thirst for some ibsidious evil!
I'm not sure I'm making my point but no one is innocent based on PTSD or Brain Injury for murder or in fact aby other torturous activities to harm, traumatize or take another persons life in whole or part! Period!
The thought dishonors the military and civilian code of ethics written or unwritten!
