Please never let another person be tortured at will 24/7/365 again in America or on this Planet! All I wanted was to be treated for ADHD properly now I am ruined. How many more awful people will stop a wonderful thing for everyone- education, family and a secure future in the career of their choosing to the other extreme of the control and killing of innocent civilians using what amounts to warefare by electronic, biological and phsycological means!
