Journal Entry 091412-C: As for Twitter.

Friends,

As for twitter. Reading directions and following them past two or three steps in a task drive me insane and stress me out so I cant update my e-mail settings to accept followers and follow right now.

I'm not on Adderall XR or Vyvanse right now which even helps us 40 somethings!

We can learn new tricks but it takes an Adderrall XR or Vyvanse! LOL!

Journal Entry 091112-A: To Dr. Ney and Anita at APS.

Friends,

Today lives in infamy as one of if not the worst days in American History and the start of what has brought much death, pain and suffering on all levels of our civilization both here in The United States of America and to many people's of this planet.

The place and time of my where-abouts that awful day have been on my mind a lot Today but let me say this about two people that cared about myself as an individual today.

They deserve to be mentioned as I will do so!

Doctor Katherine Ney, Anita and the team of professionals at APS in Montrose, Alabama did and said some special things for me to Today.

Doctor Ney wrote a prescription for some sleeping pills today I need and asked Anita to call them in for me until I get over this illness so I dont have to be concerned about choosing to use my Clonazapam for sleep or have to make a chose to suffer nights and suffer days with this illness.

Anita even well that doesnt do the word justice. She called me to let me know they were called in to Rite-Aid in Fairhope, Alabama but Anita went one step further.

Anita asked me to have a respirtory therapist or specialist check out my breathing to make sure this illness hasn't spread and my friends that is special in my book.

Maybe we will get a bridge between Mobile and Baldwin Counties South of Dog River sooner than later and "The Causeway" raised and "six laned" to take the pressure off "The Bayway" as well with "Airbus" coming to The Mobile Bay Area!
