Opinion: 1. Mobile only needs 17,000 Residents to be number 1 in the State of Alabama! Mayor Jones? Just do it! 2. Build an interstate connector across the central bay through Baldwin County. You can see Mobile's skyline from the bridge, tie lower Mobile and Baldwin County and save the tunnel for safe traffic. 3. Raise, widen, light and use the causeway for commuter traffic with dirt and asphalt three feet, open chocalotta and the old river near Spanish Fort one side at a time! 4. Take the curve out of the tunnel by swinging a autobahn style overpass over the Canal Street Civic Center parking lot. 6. Include Baldwin County in Metro stats. That's all I can stand.
