Journal Entry: Made it out for Coffee, McDonalds and a few items from Wal-mart. Just took four 30 mg psuedo-ephedrine. Last night found an old 30 mg Cymbalta but not certain it was a 30 mg Cymbalta. Hurting to bad to tell. Took two 1mg Clonapams, Two equate Tylenol pm's and 1/2 a 3 mg Intuniv about eight O'clock! Slept til 5 o'clock til my in house verbal alarm clock woke me out of bed!
