Journal Entry 040412-B: Tall Ships; I just watched a wonderful Documentary on Direct Television that included many details of the Bi-Centennial Celebration in 1976. It also included details that may be of importance to our War Veterans and Victims of Civilian Trauma only possible recently and God forbid a future we must protect from a "real" threat to the individuals Civil Rights and our Individual Privacy and Sanity.
