Friends,
If you have any issue in your life particularly similar in nature to ADD/ADHD etc. research as much as you can!
It may take some tweaking of your meds if they have you knocked out on two high a dose sedative and too low a dose stimulant which is what happens to me in my ADHD experience! But don't give up!

I'm just getting into it but it has been useful beyond belief already and that is a fact!
Now I just have to get on my meds that helped me read and not talk or type! Remember if you are ADHD/ADD you love to get deep and if your med screws that up it isn't the right one or the right dose! That is one of your damn talents person!
