If YOU do not want to have the medication we all take for ADHD help you NOT spend money without first stopping and thinking about it- DO NOT TAKE THE MEDICATION prior to or possibly a day OFF of it in certain situations.
Seriously, if you have something you are pumped up about you have been thinking of buying for yourself and you aren't on the medication:
1.) Good day at home or work!
2.) Bad day at home or work!
Don't take your medication and you will go out and but it. So if you if you need anything such as a car, boat, electronics or any other what may at the time seem like a luxury you can have your dreams come true!
I got up this morning myself and did exactly that. When my wife and divorced she got my Kodak camera. I didn't mind because, well I did want to keep it because I use it for work but in any event I haven't said much about it.
I've been looking at the camera's and have wanted one. Not the most expensive but the least but I just couldn't make myself buy it!
I decided when I woke up to go buy the dad-gum thing and a color ink color ink cartridge for my computer as well a shirt to go out in when and if I get another date!
Oh yeah my excuse for going to the store was to buy creamer and I picked it up too as well my Camel SNUS that has helped me trade my pipe smoking addiction for what I hope is a less harmful one!
I used to buy my wife nice things and folks thought it was my medication but I loved her and if you have a date on your ADHD meds your gonna want to treat them to dinner and most likely buy them something but NOT yourself!
Don't worry about the urge to lean over and kiss your date or wife that should be there regardless of the medication your on for ADHD! You'll survive if they say no and you probably didn't need help saying ok! :(
If you can't resist that urge even if they have said NO damn-it! Then take my advice and seek professional help because that is NOT what this is all about!
I drive an 88 Dodge pickup and I have trouble deciding what to buy for it first because it has seen me through some hard times and I'd love to keep it and fix it up like I did my mother's 78 Cadillac coupe deville that burned to the ground right after I moved here and has been a bummer for the last few months thinking about because I had spent quite a bit of money putting it in good condition- shoot it was beautiful.
I just had some seals replaced in the transmission so I wouldn't have to add transmission oil everyday and for whatever reason after I had the seals replaced it dumped all the fluid three times and the third time after taking it back to the transmission shop once and getting a second opinion only to hear I needed a NEW transmission I dropped the pan replaced the loose filter, cleaned the sludge out and drove it around town a couple of days more like a week and it seemed fine but when I drove over to Pensacola and stopped at a Tattto Parlor after leaving Arety's Angels (Hey a man has to love women) and walking back to the car after realizing they had left the open sign lit after hours my beloved car was on fire!
Now the 88 Dodge I can't decide what to fix first because the list is long not because of my ADHD medication.
By the way my reason for such a positive mood Today?
I went fishing yesterday in the Gulf and it was beautiful! No oil in sight and the King I caught tasted just like it should have last night- wonderful!
Have a nice day but be careful because if you didn't take your medication you might spend some money!
