Image via WikipediaAs you all are aware I am a avid Alabama Football Fan! You may not know that I once sold homes for several builders all owned by two families well three including mine eventually. As well you may not know that I self-medicated with an over the counter medication that could have and almost killed me if not for ignorance but for the fact it was diluted with a basic cough medicine that in fact is worse now- the dilution than ever! I think the ratio is 12.5 mg of Ephedrine to 200 mg of guissenifan.
I would be miserably ill if not worse if still trying to manage ADHD at that rate of dilution and dosage. You should also know if too young remember that until about 10 years ago you could buy this asthma/alertness/base for amphetamins (ADHD meds over the counter at your neighborhood gas station) with no added quissinifen! In my opinion which is only that it was a much safer alternative to caffeine then and would be now because it had a completely different chemical reaction in your brain if you are ADHD , ADD or NOT than caffeine.
You would make it home from a long trip awake and alert or you could concentrate on a late meeting or date!
The problem was knowledge and that is what makes self-medicating dangerous even with aspirin in some cases if you read the label! 25mg of Ephedrine x 6 in a 24 hour period would most likely not harm a dangerously high percentage of individuals as per the FDA reports!
Vitamin B makes me feel like I might have a heart attack and die so read your medications insert and see for yourself what percentage of persons had adverse reaction to it or even Aspirin!
Today I personally tested what I have tested in the past. Same result just fresher memory!
Adderall XR vs generic adderall xr fresh from the pharmacy- CVS to be exact!
60 mg of Adderall XR by Shire was the medication tested beginning at approximately 8:30 AM!
The result was only slightly surprising!
The name brand medication wins hands down and I'll break it down for you in terms we can all understand child, teen or adult!
I don't guarantee the result and in no way imply you should try this at home I'm under the care of a doctor that knows my dosage and desire to help myself and others without causing myself or anyone else harm!
Actually my real concern is with this generic medication! Unless I've been in a study without my knowledge there is a major difference-period!
I'll post the results tomorrow and please check them out they will be in a format you can all read and if not then something went wrong with my mind between today and tomorrow that would be an amazing turn of events to say the least!

P.S.- Just in case Shire Adderall XR 60 mg is smooth as silk and lasts 7 hours before you even notice any issues- none except one!
At 7 hours when you and millions of other men and women get ready to or have just left for home you feel a slight change in patience with your task, or it could be your family or co-workers so a second dose would be necessary in my general opinion to make it work through the evening with symptoms and side effects NOT being a problem! I'll finish tomorrow but dosing is up to your doctor and their diagnosis!
Shire medication has NO overwhelming desire to take another pill or you are going to die without it like the generic if I'm being treated square here! I'm square with you and I do have two other medications involved to consider in my state of mind so we'll put a time on them tomorrow consider!
Note: 1.) I had lunch a nice big one.
2.) I watched most of the Bama game even some of it after it was out of reach for Duke!
3.) I stopped and took a couple of breaks!
4.) Studied this dern blog for signs it may pay for it's self!
5.) Fed my dog supper which was baked Talpia!
6.) Talked with friends and relatives about many topics!
7.) Love life and truth with all my heart and maybe you too if you
are anything like me!
No need to wrap much up tomorrow now but I do have something planned!
