Journal Entry 091712-C: I talked with my primary care doctor.

Friends,

I talked with my primary doctor through her nurse and she again asserted the need for me to see my eye, ear, nose and throat doctor.

I plan to work this week as I always have to see that goal is met.

It was good to get over to United Bank and to Advantage Business Solutions to see my friends at both of those places this morning and get back to Battle Ship Marine to get the store open before the rain.

I hope no one got caught in the squall over Mobile Bay.

I dont guess I can get a Sunset picture from yestrrday in this blog but maybe I can soon.

Damn-it!

And Damn this rib and right ear too.

I sure was looking forward to enjoying riding my bicycle even with shin splints and bad knees from you know the story.

Anyway.

Let me check on the damn hurricane I have a love hate relationship with.

Have since being a damn kid. I love to track them until they become monsters and ruin your life or someone else's we seem to forget about after they miss us even if they only live fifty miles away.

Unfortunate but true.

Damn thats terrible to say but I wonder sometimes why its always someone else from another place that puts a group together to help the victims but maybe its because I've always had to work right after wards and the groups that help have young people that want to help.

I met some when I volunteered a little at Habitat.

Anyway.

Lets hope and pray to God the gas doesnt go to six damn bucks a gallon and ruin the economy like it did in 2005!

Journal Entry 062112-A: Part one of my medical update and comments on Monitors to my Friends that beleive in my writings of "truth" to you!

Friends,

For those of you on this Planet that may beleive that I have been hit multiple times in the last few years for being ADHD and actually care about my welfare and that of others in a similiar position or situation; I thought I would update you while I have the clarity and benifit of the "Real" Intuniv by Shire Pharmaceuticals although it is still very early in the morning where I live here in Fairhope, Alabama.

First let me say I went to bed early last evening.

I have felt fatigued on a regular basis since last falls hit on my Vyvanse that at one time I thought mihht take my life and as I am no doctor have no reason to "feel" that could not still have been the intent.

I also want to unequevically state that other medications and pharmaceuticals have been used against me by eay of adulteration and deception
to produce very negativr tesults to my healtn and well-being regardless of what I may say in the general public.

I am on a mission to not save the world but cut the "crap" through my writings and maybr save a life or two.

I thought of a phrase, motto or general "saying" for you to please keep I. Mind as you tragress this life last night before I fell asleep yoi might like to keep in mind in your daily lives:

"A Monitor is almost as bad as the "reptilian" version of the same.

The infection you get from the bite of a "reptilian" Monitor may vause an Infection that will kill you!

A human "monitor" is no different and may be "deadlier"!

A human monitor can hit you unexpectedly on false pretenses and decrease your abiliyy to defend yourself financially without your having the "benifit" of "true" identification" because human monitors have the "abiliyy" to seek out and "destroy your life through deceit, financial ability, misuse of power, the use of numbers and the few members of the community that support "their actions" be that support financial contributions, volunteerism, forced participation or misguided beleifs and manipulation.

Onve the poor soul without "reprensentation" is in the right position and is confused as to whom their true enenies or foe maybe they are hit "repeatedly" until "dead"!

I want you to know that is my opinion and I will stand by it until death or "freedom comes in my life!

Never trust your "monitor"! Not without proper identification.

Journal Entry 062012-A: Good Morning! I just thought thesr pictures from Last Night were Beautiful!

Thank you Shire for making Intuniv as well! It made my night better as well as my morning better; and "Special" thanks to "Anita" for seeing me yesterday and providing with what must be "the real Intuniv!

Journal Entry 061912-D: Today was a good day particularly with a Trip to the Pier for the Sunset!

Friends,

In the the first Picture above I was hoping you might notice the number of people on the pier tonight although I should have taken one once I walked out on the pier to be with the people of Fairhope, Alabama.

Many of them just having left the Yard Arm Restaurant that is pictured as the larger structure that sits about a quarter of the length of the pier.

I have only eaten there once and that was in the summer of 2004 just prior to Hurricane Ivan. In fact it was the day a hurricane; I'm sorry I don't remember the name in consideration of the people it affected as it intensified just prior to landfall in the Naples and Tampa, Florida area of South-West Florida.

My wife at the time Valerie and I had decided to meet their for lunch or drive there together I cant remember which due to the time that has past since and the fact our schedules were so "happily" hectic at the time building homes!

We sat out on the deck that was destroyed by hurricane Katrina and has been partially rebuilt but dont let the deck being smaller deter you the food was quite good then and from the "comments" and "demeaner" of the diners I have the good fortune of speaking with or noticing as they leave the pier the food has to be quite good.

It is a quaint restaurant as you might imagine overlooking the marina just to the immediate weat of the pier.

I plan to take a date to dinner myself as I recover financially and psychologically not to mention last falls hit on my life!

The night was just gorgeous for a Mobile Bay Area June night with a calm wind and a coolness to the air.

The second picture is of the cloud formations hiding the setting sun where I had hoped to catch the silver-lining and the hues for you.

The third I had hoped to capture the serenity of the shade in the park with the Sailboat anchored off in the distance in what should be about ten feet of water in the natural slope of the bay bottom toward the west.

Mobile Bays Average depth is most likely in the ten to twelve foot range and with its size makes for a steep short chop that has sunk many a bay boat over the years particularly in days long past when the only way across Mobile Bay was by "schooner", bay schooners"!

Let me find the picture of a beautiful sunset taken earlier from the launching ramp south of the pier and I'll do my best to get it posted for you!

Good morning!

I'm not sure what to write you this morning.

I'm just hope I Live another day like yesterday.

It was a good day.

I slept like "hell" last night and I never want anyone to do that. In nine and half hours I should have slept well and although I woke up "with hopes" at 6:30" finally from a night "Lord there's Marley in the background on the WZEW for Lordsakes. I migjt cry" God I love Jamaica!

Last night I slept like a baby after I took my medication.

Journal Entry 051912-B: The Most Amazing Thing Hapoened Last Night and This Morning!

The most amazing thing happened last night before I fell asleep!

Boo Boo and I were laying here and right after I turned off the Television my "right" ear went "quiet" but an "extremly" Loud buzz" began almost as if something closed, turned off or turned off!

I woke up last night one time and the situation was the same!

I woke up this morning with same situation and then "boom" I felt it open, turn on our let out a burst of air!

I think I could hear from the "right ear" and a little pain and irritation is in there not to mention is a little red!

My left "ear" immediately had a "tingle" in it as "well"!

I must seem like the most inept divorced man with a yorkshire terrier that couldnt get medical attention and follow up on it you have ever read about "for that I hope I am not sorry"!

I thought going to the hospital again but I get this "trepidation" the whole process of not trying to live just a general trepidation of the "whole" medical process!

I should have never let myself lose my "secondary" Blue Cross and Blue-Shield Insurance, my membership at Human or my inclusion in Shire's Vyvanse program!

Regardless of the act of idiocy" that someone played on my Vyvanse!

I sit here becoming a little "antsy" writing this post with two ears out of whack, family that may think I'm at least Insane, my dog Boo Boo and aches, pains and concern that is most likely justified but hopefully overblown so to "speak" thinking what to do?

Urgent Care? No offense meant but consider strongly instituting the drawing of "blood" when a person comes in so 8 months later a person that although humbly but in reality has just had a terrible experience after they left the Rite-Aid pharmacy with a damn fine bottle of medication determines it has been filled with some miserable substance even if the medical team in your clinics beleives, disbeleives or just whatever so this type thing never happens again?

Medication comparison- I'm just saying!

I haven't forgotton my original reason for building this site.

I'm going to keep it simple as to not cause a stir.

I switched pharmacies a while back because I wasn't happy with a medications workings.

The medication is Clonazapam. The brand name is Klonopin. 1 mg. 

The dosing instruction as per my doctor are one a day or two a day as needed for anxiety. Not Fear. Nerves.

The brand name I have never been fortunate enough to be able to afford.

The generic name brand I changed from was Teva.

The generic name brand I have found most useful is Mylan.

The Mylan I'm running low on so I decided to try a little test tonight.

I took two Teva's I had left over from a previous prescription and sho nuff the result is the same as it has been in the past. No obvious feeling that would be considered as much comfort as with the Mylan.

No offense to Teva but damn! Really the FDA sucks- in nice way cause I'm not angry about it because maybe somebody else would like the Teva result better but not I!

I beleive as always otherwise I wouldn't have signed up for humana's drug plan that gives me some choice this month and will be available for me next month.

I don't have the big book yet the humana rep described on the phone but I hope they cover one of these drugs I take in the original name brand that owns the patent!

As a matter of fact humana does cover Cymbalta! Dropping the over the counter price from 150.00 per month back to if I heard the rep correctly on the phone to less than 50.00 a month because there is no deductible!

I had hoped you would enjoy the new Friday week-end spirit lift for the majority of us I beleive if you don't mind me saying so but the finished product for Beauty of the day turned out to fill the page a tad more than expected and I must admit the Babes of the day post was somewhat larger than expected.

My 64 bit Internet Explorer needed an auto update I beleive because I just received it and prior to that the..... well that patch from windows didn't work because I just lost my line again so only one excuse is needed.
