As for a response to a threat to one of our super-carriers, make deep black hole in the site of their Nuclear Facilities but warn them 24 hours in advance and dare them to step outside. Just do it! That should end that threat so no war is required. If that doesn't tell them to evacuate a military installation or oil field immediately and put a Tomahawk up their ass!
