Journal Entry 040112-A: April Fool's Day and Good Sunday Morning! I hope everyone has a nice day! I'm still disappointed that Louisville let a pretty good Kentucky team get them out of some kind of offensive and defensive game plan of some sort that would have allowed Louisville to play defense, control the tempo and have more opportunities to get the ball into a better position within a team concept to score, or something like that. I personally dont think the better team or coach one that game! I guess I'll always be a ball control, run your offense, point guard, inside man out to the best shooter on the team pass it back to the point to reset the offense type of 20th Century throw back that believes in if you dont get the rebound which you should but if you dont be back on defense under the goal with your defense set to control the tempo sort of fan myself! I'm not even sure why I was born in 1966 kind of man! I hope Coach Ronnie Arrow finds a big man with good hands that isnt selfish and a point guard that can dribble and pass to somebody else on his University of South Alabama Jaguar Basketball Team for next year? I dont know how he stands 20 turnovers a game without having a damn heart-attack. I would think he sleeps very little trying to find the players and gel them into an unselfish team myself! I wish him luck when all the young people seem to want to be the star of the team so much it winds up looking like they play defense by the score til you realize the score being low only means no one is running offense or defense on the court and they all look like hot dogs! I'm no coach but young people have to learn to be organized and to be disiplined and unselfish for the team. Getting back to learning fundamentals would be nice. Maybe if they spent less time trying to tell us older people what to do and more time listening and reading a play book that would help too! I am not going to complain about this loud noise too much in my right ear this morning cause it doesnt matter anyway! I wish you all a great life but my century has passed!
