Journal Entry 041412-D: A Great Idea! Federally Funded for People Butchered Psychologically and Physically by Amatuer Drug Re-hab Individuals, Groups or Corporations including LLC's! Maybe the Victims could back the Government by Leading Productive Lives, Paying Taxes and Meeting the Population Growth Needed to Maintain the GDP!
