I took my clonazapam, cymbalta and ambien last night and went to bed after an early supper, folding some clothes and with ESPN on to dround out the noise coming from three directions.
Aint I a catch?
I wouldnt know what to do if I got caught?

Poor Boo Boo the little dog has to love a wretch like me!
Lord I feel about like I should this morning after a short bike ride to try and get in "shape" what a joke. My ribs hurt my head hurts I had restless legs for an hour this morning and I woke up getting ready to be attacked in my house in a 21st and maybe late 20th Century way if not otherwise in some program that has been a dismal failure if it is meant to lift someone up if it is meant to stomp you in the ground til death it's been a major success!
Let me go for now because although I didnt put any Alcohol in my ears last nigh I am nauseated "physically" most likely from an illness and the stress of the "beat down I have taken and trying to motivate myself to right this post and what "todays" agenda is for me that I didnt organize for myself not to mention trying to write this post on my smart-phone!
Who the hell knows?
