Much has happened in my life and the world since my last post and although as with the world it has been some horrendous such as in Japan and as in the middle east although as we watch with great anticipation the changes that the people of that region "demand" for themselves and future generations- a little anxious.


The determination and sacrifice of people's from both areas of the world not to mention the suffering which in Japan has been thrust upon them with a resolve to overcome deserves for a lack of a better phrase to use well it deserves a standing ovation.

The same goes for the people's of the Middle East as they put their own lives in danger and in too many cases give their lives to gain their freedom.

As for my life over the last few years in a very minimal way I find parrells with both situations and have the utmost respect for the fighter's of the world for some similar if not the same ideals I hold as sacred!

Al? Man I loved The Bear Too and still do! My oldest son was in my arms a few months old when the liberty bowl was played! I was at work pumping gas when I heard the news of his passing.

Those were young people that rolled Toomer's corner then just a few years older than I am now! Why man hold such a grudge to ruin your life and those young people Today?

A quick update to say "Still Alive"!

It is nice to report that i'm still alive and working on projects to enhance life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness!

I hope you are having some success oh that's not true I hope you are having all the success in this world that it has to offer professionaly, personally and spiritually regardless of your inclinations as long as they are sincere and for your benefit as well as your families!

I oh forget it.

I Have several projects underway trying to pull the details together to offer you several online and 1 on-site way to do just about anything you want to do! LOL! Within reason now in this onsite store!

I have quite afew items in stock that might intrerest some of you when I get two things plus somesub items completed to open this store that I am workin on pretty mc as much as humanly possible.

*I hope to have the first order of marine supplies in soon for which the tore is to be dedicated but I have to find a way to make my days long enough to g that done and God spare me the advice on excerise I will get plentyof that if I can stay wake and motivated enough to do that and then jump out of bed with the enhusiasm that I actually have in one part of my mind that has to ave some link to some other bodily functions ha are most likely chemical in nature that make our dreamspossible through putting the plan into action, overcoming the obstacles and working the time it takes to make that dream a reality.

I used to have the energy ut not the focus and concentration or in ome cases the experence to do successfully.

I hope you have had a great day because you just had it all figured out and it was a bowl of cherries! One great thing about cherries is they have some kind of natural chemical in them that is good for some of us and if we have any sense we pretty much knew without being told! No maybe I'm wrong but I don't much like cherries unless they are in a Pina Colada with an extra shot of Myer's on top but I never said I didn't like the taste of alcohol and sugar I just don't like to be drunk or on anything that makes me feel like i'm not making the decision I really want to make in the first place otherwise your just a hippocrite but that is for us all to determine and I don't think many of us won't that on our resume so I love the ladies and have some forgiveness that is actually the wrong word because I should take more not less of something and sleep in between shelling so I can not sleep when the war is over!

I love to talk in riddles and show a little Italian too go along with the scotch and Irish and Indian all the while trying not to be an arrogant person when I know I look like I should be humble but I know the other side of that coin too and it is shame I am even sitting here saying these things like this but I just needed to actualy feel like I was accomplishing something.

That isn't the truth exactly either now is it or I wouldn't be trying to make a living under enough pressure to blow the lid off a pressure cooker and now your offended cause you if you could see my every move would think damn he has it made but that is a smoke and mirrors game too so god help us all!

now where was that positive person I was earlier well it sure isn'e because I'm bi-polar and dad-gum I sure have been manipulated today and you should try it sometime because I was always if manipulated done so in a gentle manner so I wouldn't say why?

Now I just want to get my own self where I want to be so I don't get any more manipulation cause it has made the last few weeks miserable and it began in earnest after I enjoyed the concert I went to see and on the way home had my 88 dodge with OnStar and a few freinds or hateful somebody's pull a let's make him feel like hell for having some fun so I bought a red bull and went to war with the sob's!

Now a damn red bull! Why not? Any ammunition too speak up is better than none even when I'm on a medication that I like to enjoy the mellowness that it gives my heart now something is wrong when people want that to be a miserable experience when you are on what you should be and have been on even when it was the close to God given form!

I wish my wife would release to the people that it matters the home movies we have so everyone that is in my life could see a busy but happy man and a happy family for the most part!

That was the 90's to all of you that haven't kept up with my miserable battle of attrition that has been slightly more retreat than I would like for anyone including God and Jesus to know and it is much more of an embarassment than what magazine I might get in the mail so help me god!

I really just want a sales tax number and that sounds like a minor job to even me because it wasn't a big deal before all hell broke loose!

God be with our troops because since I've never been to war I have no idea what that is like to be in a firefight but it has to be many times worse than six years of consistant pressure to make man a failure!

Some things that we see and learn from our loved one's is enough to drive us insane and when it is on purpose it doesn't matter who the hell it really is that is doing the damage!

We both each side winds up doing each other in, in some sort of way shape or fashion and that is the truth of the matter and when you get a few more involved that look at everything from the stand point of it's either daylight or dark they miss out on the two best times of the damn day!

I love my parents and everyone else in my family and have some respect for some other people that a certain percentage of people would call me insane for but I hope the majority of you would feel like I do and that is to Love someone until they kill you!

Now I did my part as gently as possible in a situation that I know isn't right but it isn't one that I need any help figuring out is wrong I just don't need any more testing to see if I know that there is something wrong because as you know I made up my mind a long time ago what had made my life better and if it means everyone else might see me die a year earlier then I'm just like every other man or woman that strives for something in life and say to hell with laying down but you can be forced down and then made to look like you don't realize your are doing it over and over but this is America and we don't lay down but just long enough to find the strenght in something to get up and it might be a stick in some people's case!

So I just woke up and your pissed cause your at work and i'm not!

Let me ask you this? Are you alive, not in jail or not in the nut house for all the wrong reasons?

If you can answer yes I'm alive and no i'm not in jail for any reason well then how'd your New Year's Go?

If you had a date, were in area near a New Year's Celebration at all well guess what your damn New Year's was better than mine!

So how about this question? Have you got any medical, physical or Hell could you possibly have a trait of any kind that your doctors office told you a week ago that you might get the prescription Today if your damn lucky that needs medication?

What if you dropped a heart pill in the toilet? Would you get credit for that son-of-bitch?

My Dad says life ain't fair. Well I used to not- but for God sakes I beleive him- it sucks and has for six years going on seven couldn't catch break if the whole planets life depended on it!

To top it off "I missed the damn Alabama Game! Fell fucking asleep! Who the hell wants to sleep anyway at 45 going on 100!

They won't let me on Face Book and I talk great about 'em all the time well kiss my ass!

No I'm not in a good mood but i'm getting there I just hope every where a bone connects in my body will stop hurting when I get all in one if they gava damn enough to write and sign the prescription that should have been filled last week for "humanitarian purposes" and that my friends is how i feel about this thing called life!

Happy fucking New Years but that only applies to the one's I love the rest of you that think any less of me than an Ant you'd squash on your way to party or church?

To hell with you all! Because me, my Dog, some members of my family and the builders of blogger, the company that's name starts with an "A", Google, Wikipedia and Bama fans that give people a ride and the on'e that pull your forward thinking Dodge in reverse and a few other's that will actually say hello to me if Jesus is my savior in case I missed anyone else that cares because I know he does are all going to heaven but we still have this sorrry miserable life to live so i'll let you know if anyone gives anyone a break and not the one you might think!

Oh yeah the President. If he doesn't go to heaven along with a few more then I want to go where he goes for the hell it takes to be President and run this bunch of defiant people in one direction long enough to keep our account balanced!

I'm working on my 3rd decade of work and everybody wants to hang it up but I can't because I'm sorry to say it's how you go out that matters in the end!

I had a bad couple of season's so to speak myself! I'd laugh if it weren't such a big deal to me so finish strong and go do what you can do best- be an example!

I'm happy to see the Minnesota Vikings win and I hope Brett comes through this week and finishes up this season in the best way possible because it means that much to him!

At the risk of getting arrested for Blasphemy!

I have sworn to you before several items of interest to the ADHD, ADD and to those that don't believe in such none-sense but I'm going to do it again!

First of all one fact in my life and hopefully it will work in yours as well as it has mine.

When at first you don't succeed try again.

I took 4- count em 4 SudaFed 30mg tablets this morning at 8:45 AM December 1, 2010 and as of writing this I have been under no stress to take a nerve pill although after writing this I might. Joke okay? The last part the 1st part is true!

It almost works as good as the Adderall Xr, Vyvanse or short-acting tablets you can get by prescription and it is NOT illegal in anyway, shape or form!

I don't feel high but I do feel content and have accomplished a couple of tasks so that too me is success!

Give me Hell over it or try it yourself and say Damn somebody but please don't do it on the SudaFed we don't need the bad press!

I'm miserable being ADHD! Help me! Hang in there Jags fans, team and especially Ronnie Arrow!

I woke up to find "we" had lost to UAB! "What the Hell", Coach Arrow will pull it together by playing the teams he is playing and by the middle of the year hopefully earlier "the team" will pull off the upset and be ready for Sunbelt play!

I was 13 or so when my Dad took me downtown to see The University of South Alabama play some big games to a packed house in the Mobile, Alabama Civic Center when the other coach was there and I've got Peanut Junie Lewis, Gabe Estaba and Jeff Hodge along with other's play there hearts out and as we beat The University of Alabama, I watched as an ecstatic Ronnie Arrow jumped high enough and far enough he could been a white Michael Jordan in a suit cross that floor in Atlanta to greet his players!

Roll tide Tomorrow and Go Jags!

My ADHD and now concussion damaged mind stops about now and I get so damn frustrated!

I need some help staying on the medicine but please no harassment because Adderall XR helps tremendously!

It needs to be a woman that loves me for what I have left and that is the truth all other rumors and innuendo are false witness on someone that had it all one time!
