You dont get copies of the one two punch of that fake looking father son team from Malibu or Pasadena or where ever they are from in california for all the holidayso you?

I up about an hour ago running around outside in my pajama's.

Before I took my ADHD meds!

Anyway I was outside putting the garbage cans out, cleaning up the right-of-way, pulling down so old limbs on my property- well somebody else's property and thinkin'!

Just thinkin' as I moved around the property very close to the street at times realizing just in time that I needed to get my pajama wearing butt a little further from the street because some are blessed with a job job and some are blessed with a job! Those on their scheduled job might just run over my ass!

God Love 'em because when I was building I was driving, my left knee held the wheel, my left hand held my coffee mug or my Sobee green tea or at that time the best energy drink going taste or otherwise for the mid afternoon drowsies was Mountain Dew Red or an Amp!

Yeah I know I took Mini-Thins and Two-Ways and whatever this red package is that only the top tear off is left that I found in my ex-wife's desk or maybe it was in the Credenza that was my mother's but on lease when I was a builder!

No offense Mom!

Anyway yeah they helped as long as God and Government would allow us ADHD folks to hav' 'em before the cough medicine take over! In more ways than one! Do have to list them?

Anyway the truth is the truth that can only be told in a few countries but more countries than a week ago!

Anyway! I had my blue prints on the steering wheel somethin' in my mouth most likely a Twinkie and my Nextel now Sprint in my right hand safely away from my ear Thank God- well CNN reported yesterday that radiation from our phones has been found to increase Glucose production in our Brains and/or cell activity!

I forget the ladies name on Brooke Baldwin's or maybe it was Wolf Blitzer's program?

Anyway the bottom-line is that may or may not be a good thing for us human's!

Who knows what Trauma watching me drive from her seat in my roll away brief case that caused my Yorkie- Actually a long haired minature Labrador!

Let's see should I take my ADHD medication or stop drinking my half-Caffeinated coffee?

Hell it could be the sugar!

What time is it? Oh it's only 7:55 am by Micro-Soft time!

Maybe Sugar caused my divorce?

Damn I'm sounding like Gadhafi!

Anyway I was walking around starting projects and after popping the hood on my 88 Dodge to tighten the wire holding my power steering pump I thought the only people that know what I'm doing is me my dog and the dog next door!

Thank God! So I came in to write this story and advertise some chain saws and ladders! I've got three one elecric with a dull blade and two gas powered that I'm not sure will run and several ladders none of which is For-Sale!

Another ADHD Post to get me in Trouble!

If you are ADHD, another condition that the medication Helps you tremendously on Meth or almost as bad lose your Insurance listen up!

Anything is better than the alternative including being unmedicated and truly ADHD or Depressed or for that matter any number of other reasons you may be prescribed, smart enough or unfortunate enough not to have this information and find yourself in worse trouble than you thought possible!

First of all let me say i can't promise you my latest experiment with over the counter medication will work for you attitude when it is most important such as when someone cuts you off, your wife is angry with you or your boss, family member otherwise irritating individuals that you might just happen to Love or not!

Here's the scoop:

1.) 1 Bronkaid Dual action ( yeah the dual action is the problem)   Caplet at Breakfast. Make sure to eat with it if you are like me and Guaifenesin  makes you want to vomit!

2.) 1 30 mg Suda-Fed as well if it you find it will work for you- most likely but like i said the alternatives are pretty bad wouldn't you agree?

Lunch:

1.) 1/2 Bronkaid caplet with as I said lunch.

2.) 1- 30 mg Suda-Fed or Equivalent but as I have said previously a brand name is preferable.

That's it then if your are truly ADD, ADHD as well as depressed or some other doctor has diagnosed properly then you can tell the nay-sayers to go to Hell long enough you don't wind up a chicken shit and agree to go to re-hab for something that doesn't need re-hab it needs treatment!

Now if you aren't one of those listed above be a chicken shit and go to re-hab before you wind up in jail if you don't want anyone's advice just wait they'll give you advice like I read with my own eye's and mind every time you ask for a Head Ache remedy!

The fact of the matter is I was on an on-line support page one night and some poor individual asked if they could have an Ibu whatever just call it a Tylenol and the sadist moderator said "NO"! "You'll relapse and I though for God's sakes "Thank God Iwasn't in the room with that miserable person that said "No!"

Well yall if I had been in real room with that sadist moderator or mentor and couldn't have a Tylenol for my headache you know I'd be totally unmedicated and Lord I'd have to well you get the picture!

Caution for the single person!

I've been battling what i know to be some depression over the last few weeks. I thought it was a problem i could solve with some xtra sleep and that ADHD would take over if I quite taking my ADHD meds.

I did quit taking my prescription ADHD medication for over a week which normaly would lead to hyper-activity within a few days NOT weeks as some of you might think.

If you aren't depressed and you are ADHd according actual research I have done that includes ordering and reading a package delivered to me from Dr. Amen, Stimulants normally leave your system within three days!

The reason I use this as an example is because I for one beleive it to be true from my own experience.

The depression can come from long term issues or even a flurry of short term issues.

The extra sleep does not seem to help especially if you utilize a sleep aid that makes it easier to stay in the damn bed if you are single and could even mess you up on a job! See that again.

I was married so long that when I took Ambien years ago I was lucky enough to have someone push me out of bed and into action toward getting to work.

I'm sorry to say that when you live alone that can become a real problem. Last night i left off the generic ambien and went back to my old standby Tylenol Pm generic.

I was up at 8:30 am and out of the house to Wal-mart.

I feel my ADHD symptoms now but I'm holding off on the ADHD medication of any type prescribed Adderall XR or any homeopathic type medication or over the counter medication for now but I feel the stress of being hyper but at least I'm out of the bed and not sleeping til noon on a generic Amvien that didn't slam me right into a mode of sleep anyway!

I need to quit this post now and walk away from this computer before my ADHD gets the best of me!

A Serioius post on medication! Please read just in case.

I want you to know an effect I have experienced on at least two occasion and maybe only two with a combination and timing of a medication "possible" interaction that although not life threatening does have a negative impact!


I decided to take a 20 mg Cymbalta and a 1 mg Clonazopam on an empty stomach at 5:40 pm.


I had some luck taking an afternoon dose of Clonozapam with my ADHD medication with fair results thus the decision to chart this stated action.


I had no stomach discomfort as in the first time that I recall this issue.


About thirty-forty minutes ago I just had this urge to tell myself "you feel stupid"!


It has eased now but I would take care to chart all your medication the same way I have and if you can't remember to let your doctor know try to use some type of system even if it is simply "coming from an ADHD" person this does sound stupid but I mean what I stated in a more in tune with a slight confusion of what to do!


I hope you understand what I mean or actually don't because you have never experienced the turn around type feeling some medication may have on your primary medication or whatever I'm trying to explain too you!


Other than that I've been bust today and I haven't taken the time to write anything or had that spark you feel when you want to write something until now and it is motivated out of my desire to inform just in case you ever have that sudden realization that something didn't quite work as planned!


I'm speeding up now as if I have just awaken and that starts when your ADD or ADHD medication starts to lose it's effectiveness but it is well worth it to take your medications as long as they don't harm you or anyone else around you!

Good Morning Planet......Memories of Jamaica as well as Chinese and American History!

Friends and Foe alike,

I don't know what kind of day this will be. Lonely or inclusive!

I'm tired today for good reason who knows if it was even for a bad reason.

I'm not depressed. I didn't intentionally stay up all night trying to get rich quick or save a wonderful life- business, family and security!

I didn't take "my Adderall" late in fact I took it too damn early for just one a day which don't tell anyone but I meant it yesterday when I said the squirrels and Today I'm adding one Heck of a fine Yorkshire Terrier on my list that I wish could talk!

I didn't really pay attention to the game last night like I would want too if I were a reporter. Thus the short but sincere post on North Carolina! No I'm not gay I'm just a man that enjoys competition especially now that I'm older and so-called wiser!

I have no problem with anyone that is Gay, I'm just not so when I show the caring side of me or the sentimental side it may be over War or competition especially if you have overcome the odds!

I did stay at the Hotel California last night and if you know what that means then you have been there! Yes I have been there just Bama style and it the one in California!

Well she is a fine dog but she is wanting to go for a ride or wants some breakfast and I'm either worn out from taking too much Diphenhydramine laced Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen which normally two will do it!

Like I said if you haven't been there you don't know!

As for me the best place I've ever been in my life was to Jamaica where I met people from all over the world like me on a budget and for God's sakes if you haven't been you need to go! Your eyes will be opened to a world that has much less worry except your cell phone doesn't work so you'll worry what's going on with your Company!

If you don't bob Marley then you wouldn't like me much or Jamaica but you try it because it like said it is whole different world with a KFC that you don't won't to visit anyway!

Why? Because the food is so damn good it will bring tears eyes literally that is what the bread fruit for! Everything else is so pure you'd think you'd died and gone to heaven, the Tea taste like cool-aid and I didn't see any pine trees but damn the pine was so fresh in the air you'd have thought you had cut a tree down!

You want to bring some the Island back with you but like they say they say at the Airport in Montego Bay just past Margarittaville "don't worry maan" your not in States anymore upon arrival!

You think "worried I didn't ask anyway?" But I'm sure glad you it brought up; and you and you and you and every body else you meet!

I wondered why on the standing room only plane why everybody was so excited because it was like I had just left a war I was involved in winning but was worn out from and needed some R & R back home in Alabama!

Flying over Cuba I looked down and thought they are our enemy and on the way back was sorry I didn't look back down because I was asleep and say damn they must not be our enemy!

Getting back to Jamaica literally and mentally... On the plane there was a person. Well I am back States you know! Laughing! That had one the lottery and was taking their whole family, friends and town back!

Another was an attorney that owned a home on the Island Nation and I wondered to myself "could it be that wonderful"?

Like I said you do have go to know! The place you want to go is anywhere outside of the confines of the resorts that are more like little plantations in coves that line the Coast each with it's own resort some for people that I'm too old to even buy a room!

If you are faint of heart don't worry maan this the way drive! So you hold on to your petrified woman or significant other and try to calm their fears but even the Mack Truck scared the hell out of me! I finally told the cab driver yeah let me stop at that next roadside bar have a drink and yes I will take one those papers you offered me!  To read , okay!

I really don't like beer to much except Budweiser Michelob to be exact but Red Stripe aint bad but the rum is much better! Appleton's is rum of the Island. I like Myer's myself dark! The light rum makes my belly ache! I learned that prior to that trip when my wife and I would come home after a day out on the boat and she'd make Strawberry Daquairri's and on an empty stomach I'd get that fire in my belly!

As for the food like I said earlier get out and let your cab driver take you to the place you want to go and don't be afraid maan because I was timid and didn't take the trip into the mountains to meet the country people after we left the restaurant I had asked him to pick that would let us have a taste of "the real" food because I thought the food at the resort was laced with Exctasy it tasted so good and different!

The problem is and the reason I wanted to but a house down there just like the attorney owned as a vacation and investment property is was or whatever that the food away from the resort is almost better well it is but don't let that sound derogatory to the Couple's Resort in Ochio Rios because it isn't meant to be!

The French Toast was so dang good I for the first time in my life didn't really need any butter or syrup on it but you could drink it and the butter tasted like well it was better than Land-o-Lakes and that is if you know saying something!

Aunt Jemima must have been from Jamaica but she don't have same stuff here in the States!

So if anybody ever threatens Jamaica we outa nuke 'em!

Laughing! We are the only country in the world that could destroy something beautiful to save it! Go figure! Let your imagination run wild!

God Bless America though and the freedoms we have left because maybe we can recover some that were lost to bat wielding woman about 100 years ago! Thank God some of us get a second chance because no offense but she might need it!

Sears knows what I'm talking about and some of the young people need to know the truth of this world before they get too old too enjoy what God gave us!

If you are young go find some old books to read before we make China our mortal enemy for no good reason at all!

The truth be known the Great Wall was built to protect and keep out China's enemy's not to keep their armies in! God help our country because we can't even build a fence to keep people out that we might want here in first place if they have come in an organized manner!

They claim to be Angels's but I speak with God deep within my Soul!

There is a place upon this planet that what we are supposed to believe we speak to angel's that direct our conscious but as for me I would rather speak to the Lord deep within my soul!

I speak with my Lord when no one else is speaking too me and he responds with a peaceful easy feeling that I can only appreciate with those that may understand my beliefs!

Friends you see my beliefs center upon mercy on the people's of this planet through the word of God Almighty NOT punishment for every indiscretion we may happen to make and that mercy is shown in many ways toward us all as human beings and members of this neighborhood we call planet Earth!

By the way the 1- Adderall per day regimen is accomplishing exactly what I thought it may.

1.) Limiting my creative thoughts and ability to describe, explain or accomplish anything that I might want to or need to accomplish to less than what most people would consider a full day in the life!

2.) The attempts to force me to stick to this once-a-day regimen have had no effect what-so-ever on my actions regarding the course I'm on now except to limit my ability in the past to determine my own destiny!

3.) The one other most important part of those attempts to "scare me straight" a term I'm borrowing from Rick's segment on CNN.com from yesterday 09-28-10 is that now is that my nerves are not what they used to be before.......

My ex-wife just called to meet me and loan me some money so let me stop here.

Well I'm back. It was actually a meeting with my soul-mate that in fact was a drug deal! I borrowed six-bucks so I could re-up on my Camel SNUS!

Sorry to disappoint the more criminally inclined minds out here in this world but I'm only a prescription junkie with a little nicotine thrown in that used to be taken in the form of smoking a pipe! Oh I still light up my pipe occasionally and only 1 or 2 Tobacco's will suffice! Captain Black is not my 1st choice but the nearest Tinder Box is quite a ways away in Mobile or Pensacola unfortunately.

...... those attempts to bring me into line! other wise I'd probably be just about okay on two of those Adderall's. In fact I still am but hey why NOT give em there break sometimes so they can get some rest because when I'm on- I'm on and it is hard to whip me when I'm on! Sorry for the arrogant show of defiance but this is my show not anyone else's and that is the bottom-line on that subject!

Oh yeah who are we giving a break? It's those angel's of mercy that really can become more like Demon's from Hell! My past blogs have described what indescribable misery they can cause in one person's life as well as those around them.

Thank God for my beleifs that as I was describing earlier are based on mercy upon the people's of this planet through the word of our God that I've come to beleive is the same God for many people's and that is a comforting thought considering human beings inclination to not show mercy to anyone by I still beleive to be a small percentage of the world's population if only we stop and consider the big picture!

I damn sure hope it is a small percentage and following anyone for any reason has been shown through out history to cause more pain and suffering upon the population of this planet than anything else- except one's own heart and soul or conscious that you have to go deeper into the subject to understand or just study history!

The idea of punishing people or making them feel they will be punished by God for indescretions and NOT some violent action they have committed upon one another or as a group upon one another at some future judgement just doesn't fit with my beleifs.

Personally it would appear that the last thing anyone should ever do is force their beleifs upon anyone for any reason because the tendency of the human being to utilize violence or acts of hatred or greed seems to creep in in every instance of such an effort all you have to do is study history!

Every weapon ever developed has been used for destruction and for God's sakes I hope I don't sound like the uni-bomber- but so has every piece of technology that I know of and I hope I am wrong on that point!

I can't think of anything else to discuss or say right now and I do have other things to do Today as I hope you do as well. I have to hurry up if I'm going to accomplish my goals for Today because of this once-a-day regimen I'm on and if you read my blogs from the past or over on My Space you'll get the picture pretty quickly what I speak of!

See my photo's on My Space that show what you can do by utilizing a little self-help with a little privacy to boot and within what used to be a legal and full life not just a legal life. I wish I had pictures of the times I have been able to go soft-shelling, fishing, floundering and generally enjoying life with my family,friends and children without being limited by someones misconstrued ideas about me as a human being!

I accomplished a lot when I self-medicated and no one but myself and a few people in my life knew of it and it was legal and those that try to make it out to be more than it was most likely don't know the whole story anyway so I have little fear of them!

Wednesday. One day we all look at as hump day.  Well not some of us because we work too much in the first place but that is okay we have to work on that issue in life as well but the subject in this blog is dad-gum-it! Being ADHD.

1.) Stop
2.) Think
3.) Organize
4.) Stay on task til it is finished!

Ie: Medicine stupid!   The reason for this benefit? 

That is why we take it and people that don't know or understand that philosophy have no idea what ADHD is but they can be okay to know as friends!

They are just so dang opinionated that those of us that are ADHD & utilize medication for treatment know from experience;  and I mean they our friends & family but -always think we are on too much so they hound us and wear on us til we say look this "stuff" can help motivate as well as the previous items listed in simple order but that seems to add fuel to their fire! But damn.



The only problem is we have to nicely say back I know; when we want to say we are tight but you aren't me and you are ruining my time to find that philosophy I always find useful  and to tell you the truth that makes your hounding more of a problem than that dang drug you keep saying I'm on- in public!

So Adder's and ADHDer's keep that in mind so you don't hurt their feelings because they out number us and although a good fight not to mention quickly won cause we tend to have a chip on our shoulders from all the advice when we really have another peice of advice we want to remember so we can say to ourselves not anyone else because our friends and family think the fact we keep adding to the checklist on one task so we are already humbeld and trying to find one more task to complete because our brilliant friend's held us up telling us we were going to die!

So now we are behind but I bet we stay later and have more fun doing that than you do being all perfect and not worrying about it but problem is we love you! Heck you don't look all stressed out and I was that off the medicine not now so I have no idea why you feel I'm about to die all the time!

One more question for you my friends because I've found two sides two coffee?

1. In the Am no meds- total anxiety and stress, but I have to have it!

2. In the PM with meds it calms and releaves stress for a short time then screws up my focus and that in itself to early in the evening makes me long for that calm peaceful feeling which is the one thing that can make life at least difficult if you aren't careful; one more for the day!



One more question? Do you ever wonder what the other side feel like in their minds being so organized and focused or whatever because I think that would be interesting as all get out to know? I'm of course talking about those that are not and don't have our personality trait to consider.

Look yall sometimes I get in a better frame of mind when no one is telling me I'm wrong for deciding to be treated and wasn't winging it.

The trouble can be that each medicine has different affects on a person's abilities to get a task completed.

 There is a danger out there that most us take for granted until we are in the situation and it tops the list of things not to do when driving, possibly even out distancing having a drink or texting! The reason is simple and the story justifies the end.
I'll have it up for you and hopefully your young driver in the house to read soon.

I think your young driver as well as some of you that are a little older will enjoy and reconsider the next time you feel "you may just reconsider that drive home " on 1 cup of coffee!

1979 Sugar Bowl #1 Penn State vs #2 Alabama

I know some of you aren't football fans and some of you are fans of another fine institution but I became an Alabama Fan at birth almost I'm even told "The Bear"
held me as a baby while my dad got the family autograph football ready during a Senior Bowl visit by "The Bear."

My earliest memory of watching an Alabama game was at my Uncle Joe's house and his prodding me successfully I might add to checking out the checking out the cheer leaders and the majorettess in the Million Dollar band!

I've been a fan of Blonds in Crimson every since that day! No offense to brunettes and Redheads for God's sakes but the facts are the facts!

I really sat and watched my first game when Bama and UCLA played in the Liberty Bowl in 1976 a 26-6 Tide victory the best I can recall without looking it up. It was a down year for the Tide have lost 3 games I believe. I think my folks were at that game because I was staying with my grand parents that night and with my grand-daddy Sauce you didn't say a word during a Bama game!

Yeah this ADHD kid sat and watched that game because who knows I might see my paents or something!

I had been fortunate to have been two a couple of pretty good games prior to the 1979 Sugar Bowl actually the January 1, 1979 Sugar Bowl between #1 Penn State and the man most of now call "Joe Pa.".

I remember one regular season game in Tuscaloosa and a missed trip to Neyland Stadium to see Bama @ Tennessee when I was in the 1st grade. I can't remember my 1st grade teachers name but I do remember getting out early to leave for Knoxville! "Laughing"!

The other trip was one week-end when we flew on Southern airways from Mobile to New Orleans to watch Archie Manning and the Saints play the Cincinnati Bengals but the Super dome in Crimson you'll never forget! "Laughing"

Well I liked the Saints but my parents were pulling for the Bengals which was confusing as hell to me having watched the Saints play at my grand-parents house on a little black and white Television they had on the dining room table, God rest their souls!

The prior year in 1978 I had been with my family to see Ohio State and Alabama play in the Superdome, my second trip to that awe inspiring facitlity. The legendary "Woody Hayes" was the coach at Ohio State and in true fashion his fire and determination to win showed through as he was as Woody Hayes was portrayed, tough as nails and in your face! Bama won 34-13 I think.

The 1979 Season had started well with our lone lose of the season coming agaiinst USC. Alabama had positioned itself by the time of the Sugar Bowl to play the "Nittany Lions" for the National championship!

Little did we know on September 12, 1979 we would get pounded in Mobile by hurricane Freddy. It did break the wind guage on Dauphin Island Bridge with a 148 MPH gust!

Alabama went on that year to beat a fine Lou Holtz team at Arkansas 24-9 for the "National Championship" our 11th at the time in the 1981 Sugar Bowl!

In anyway back to the Penn State game. We stayed at the Bourbon Orleans. I was to young to go down on the street. It was a hell of a time though as the fans from both schools taunted each other all night long!

The game is a blur with the deafening noise of the Alabama faithful erupting time after time as Alabama's defense played to perfection lone 1 Penn State touchdown  but no more than when Barry Krauss and the Defense stopped the Penn State running back straight up as Joe Paterno sent his running back straight up and over the top on fourth and 7 or 8! A pass intereference calll gave PSU the opportuntiy to have four more shots at the endzone.

I'd write more but my CPU is slowing down.

The Bama/Saban nation should expect tomorrows game to be maybe better than I have heard talk of just because of the nature of the rivalry!

Our world has endured Two World Wars in less than 100 years among Christian Nations pitted against each other with the Jewish People caught in the middle and unfortunately suffering a great holocaust, in fact millions have perished. I think we all need to take a step back and read a little about our "supposed enemy" the people of Islamic faith! Hitler was not alone in wanting to rule the world and had envisioned a much larger Empire. I forget why he hated the Jewish people but they were one of many planned targets for extermination and thank God he was not successful.

Since we as Christians have extreme views on the fringes as to what our "enemy" should be I thought you might like to read this directly from an old encyclopedia regarding the idea that the Islamic faith does not believe in God although called Allah but very much the same God of Christians, Jews and Islam.

The Koran was given it's name by Muhammad as he purportedly received revelations from God (Allah) and written down by his secretaries who then wrote them down and his followers memorized them.


The whole collection as it is now was compiled by his followers after his death in 632 A.D. An authorized version was produced in the early 650's by Arabic Scholars. They destroyed variant copies. Some of which are now accepted.

The Koran details all varied aspects of life, that there is one God and one true religion; all men will face judgment and the just will be rewarded with eternal bliss and the sinners punished; when mankind turned from truth God sent prophets to lead the way back; and the greatest of the prophets was Moses, Jesus Christ and Muhammad. Punishments and rewards are depicted with vivid imagery and are exemplified by stories, many of which are also found in the Jewish and Christian scriptures and Apocrypha.

Friends there is much more and you should read some of these descriptions you should read for your self and the reason for my sharing them with you is to shed some light on a subject that seems to be getting out of hand in our country both in the news reports heard daily, seen on television and the many comments on the internet that attest to our President's faith and our supposed right to keep the Islamic faith from worshiping near ground zero but not on ground zero as many rumors would have you believe in fact I personally feel to memorialize our fallen why is so insane to propose we build back towers that are grander than the ones lost in the attacks and memorialize the fallen citizens of this country in a way that would show the world we "detest" and I can't think of a word presently to describe my own thoughts as to those responsible but they my friends were extremists that were simply used and were using a faith that we may not agree with as Christians or Jews but should at least understand does not plan to exterminate us anymore than we might claim to want to exterminate them! Shocking?

The Crusades were real and a disgrace to our people's of all three faith's- three faith's that believe in the same God that just don't agree on his son Jesus Christ being the messiah and our salvation as described in our own gospels which Lord forgive me for saying this have their own discrepancies in areas that although a Christian and Believer as I noted previously my own acceptance of Christ in 1996 officially or what have you call it and Baptism which I'm sure someone will criticize because of my use of a Chinese herb to control ADHD and that allowed me to sit, listen and receive his salvation as well provide my family with a living it had not known previously but I must say there are so many versions of our own Holy bible that I take seriously the words in Revelation that read from the old "king James" version I received in 1967 Chapter 22 18 & 19.

18 For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophesy of this book, if any man shall add unto these things;; God shall add unto him the plaques that are written in this book:
19 And if any man shall take away from the words of this prophesy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.

Friends do those two verses mean to you as it does to me that the book may be changed in it's version but that the person or person's which may be many if you consider the English language it was translated into and all the other languages this book has been translated into under many different periods of time during many different doctrines of the leaders of nations and people's at the time!

I'm afraid to get a true translation into English to satisfy everyone we would have to have all of the original manuscript and pray the people translating had no personal leaning one way or another.

In fact is what is written in fact talking of just the book of revelations or others as I am not a Theologian?

The bottom-line is that it says the same thing in the funk & Wagnalls about the Koran as it's been a long time but do not the Mormons claim a book of Jesus Christ that includes references to his visiting other parts of the world?

Don't take my last sentence literally because I'm not sure but I can be precise about what I believe in and it certainly is that our God is much more complex and that there is much more to his kingdom, empire or universe than we will possibly know until it is time and to speed up or to spread false witness or rumors on any people or people's is considered a sin in my mind.

I have done just that from time to time just because of the lack of being able to identify an individual by voice alone which is not a false statement and it has probably happened to many of us but some are indisputable now my eye sight?

It isn't that great but I can see well enough to know if I'm being threatened by anyone other than a sniper! LOL!

God Bless and let's hope the ill will we have seen and an eye for an eye will be replaced by some Love, peace and knowledge for a while in this world and if that fulfills some dreaded prophesy on someone's part and it is not meant for all mankind quite yet then we have plenty of time to worry about it if it comes as Jesus says "surely I come quickly" then so be it!

The great thing would be that would mean "peace" and a great future free of this world's ill's but it's goodness will be made greater don't you expect?

We sure don't want to bring on misery upon misery just for the sake of it hoping to speed something up that may not be ready to happen! I don't know do you?

P.s.- What we all should do is make sure our charity of choice no matter our gift or tithe as it may be should be used for it's intended purpose so long as it builds not destroys and lifts not lowers and is not used to force anyone to believe what we believe just enlighten so the door is open for dialogue!

Do you ever wonder just what technology has produced that we don't have all the details on?

Personally I do, have and for God sakes have experienced I feel something that is either one hell of a medical break through or just a plain old system of a way to keep someone confused as to the likes you would never imagine unless you were involved.

I've been at times afraid to even discuss it but there comes a time when you wonder are you meaning myself insane or am I a party to something that has become common knowledge which means I've just been afraid to discuss it which again brings me to the point am I just "insane"?

I know I'm ADHD have been my whole life! I know I am hyper "have been my whole life"! Inattentive? Yes in most cases if not all at the time only to remember in detail later what was said. I wish I had paid attention in school to all my teachers like that but I just took something to school to distract me when I was bored or just hated the subject at hand.

Then it was girls. Enough said. They kept me distracted, dad-gum girls! Why else would I start jogging and tanning? So when I came back to school when I was 16 and have something positive happen. Well it did. I've got a son that will be 28 next month on the 5th! Thanks Tammy really it has turned out okay even if you did break me and Tonya up with that crying in Chapel! Tonya and I went together one day!

I've never paid attention well even if I were looking directly at you. An example would be if you walked into any place I may at the time be working and told me your name! I'd forget it in heart beat- literally!

If you are a salesperson you understand if that has ever happened even once to you- but in my case it is every last time! Why? Not because I didn't care. No! The exact opposite.

I was thinking ahead and about you and what you might be interested in. Whatever the situation I just had to write your name down and I've done it my whole life eventually particularly if you ordered something from me as when I sold Marine supplies.

I tried repeating your name to myself. I tried everything including using something OTC for years but I wanted to get to know you so bad and wanted to serve you so well I just couldn't keep that name so I tried the only thing that works!

Medicine and writing your name down immediately once I started selling homes! Oh sure after you came in my retail store or the one's I worked for two or three times I'd know you but otherwise in a situation such as selling your dream home I had to carry a legal pad with me and write your name down- immediately!

I never referred to anyone as Joe or Cindy I referred to you as Mr. Jenkins or Mrs. Jenkins! Sometimes you'd pull in the parking lot and I'd go blank. I'd have to run find your file and refresh my memory real quick- that's why I had a buzzer or a clear view of the window and asked my sales-contractors to do the same just in case they got as excited as I did when customers pulled up or walked in so they wouldn't have that embarrassing situation like I had experienced most of my life since about 12 or less!

My parents had service stations and customers came in daily that I would eventually get to know and others just passing through from Louisiana or Texas heading to the gulf for the week-end or back.

Mr. Hamrick was one of our good customers. He was in almost daily. He owned Hamrick Toyota in downtown Mobile and was one of my favorite customers because although I may not remember everything he said I just got to know him and his ways that stuck in my memory in a fond and what I would call- well he taught me. I learned how to treat people from knowing people like Mr. Hamrick!

I remember shaking Lee Roy Jordan's hand as a child because his finger was larger than my hand!

Eddie Stanky used to launch his boat at my parents launching ramp. I learned his name because he talked to me every time he launched and who could forget his voice or face and I don't remember much of what he said because he was in a hurry most of the time to get out on the water but he'd ask how I was doing in school and I'd blow that off the best I could! LOL! I wish I had not done that to be honest. In fact I think I was out of school about half the time I had to know him.

I learned from him without realizing it.

Mike Duboise stopped in one time for gas and I remembered his name by reference for God's sakes! He was an assistant on Coach Perkins team at Alabama and although I was married and had a child at 17 he told me to go back to school whatever it took. I don't know if it was his name on the craedit card or just his recruiting attitude but we got on the subject somehow. Maybe I was the only one on duty that day and it was my 4.1 speed! LOL! Well I could handle a pretty good bit of business by myself. Not as much as the Pruitt's but I never had the chance.

I don't know if I believe Coach Crist at Central Baptist but he did have me run it twice and the 100 yard dash wasn't bad either.

He did ask me to run track and I didn't even know we had a track team. That's the truth. 10.2 but hey I wasn't in football gear or anything so I'm not bragging- Now I'm slow as Methuselah! Knees and shins aren't what they used to be.

He even told me Joey Jones had attended Central Baptist before transferring to Murphy I think he said. I'd have to look up Coach Jones bio to see if it is mentioned but anyway I was only 5'10" and 145 pounds.

The bottom-line is those people that influenced my life I didn't have to order anything for or much else but provide the service my Dad expected me too.

Admiral Denton I met in Wagner Marine or kingfisher Marine as it later became and I do remember he along with myself and my father discussing Washington and why he left. Who could forget meeting someone that told you if you or your father I can't remember who he was intending to make an impression on he said "Why don't yall run I don't like anything about Washington"! He was senator for you that don't know and wrote the book I can't remember the name "When Hell was In Session"! I want to read it one day that is the one and only reason I ever went to the doctor in the first place was to get back to be able to sit, read and listen.

Thank You Doctor Bergmann but most all than You Doctor Katherine Ney for sticking with my difficult self. Otherwise I'd be laying on the couch depressed and unfit for duty if I could shake one or two issues and that is discussed in the first paragraph and my other blogs.

Did I order anything for him and write his name down. Who knows but he was in more than once. He lived and I hope still lives on Fowl River.

I never will forget meeting "Coach Stallings"! We had done some advertising on WKSJ-FM in 1990! For the business I had received a invitation to a bankquet for two.

He walked into room. Noticed my wife and I probably because we were young and walked straight over to our table first stuck out his hand to me looked at me then my wife and said "Hello, My name is Gene Stallings, Head Football coach at "The University of Alabama!

I don't remember much after that other than he spoke. I was in awe. My dad and I met Coach Fran but Hell I wasn't as impressed and that might be in hindsight! LOL!
No offense to him because he did go try to get those "Aggies" on the right track which is fine with me I just would like to have seen it handled in different manner. You Bama fans know what I mean.

The subject is using a system that seems to be for a what I know in my heart is a negative cause in my case well it could be used for a positive cause and I have personal experience through a family member but who knows I might just be "insane"!

ADHD and waking up on a Sunday morning to see your blog screwed!

Hell! I woke up this morning after coming to this computer after seeing a report on CNN that tweaked my interest and left me with a short burst of creative ideas on how to explain why the democrats should have let the country go on into depression so they wouldn't have to defend the stimulous that the dad-gum republicans statrted to begin with and I just can't think of much more to write now after see the ads on my blog so that's it for me right now.

Today has been a busy, focused and productive day!

Today has been a much more relaxed, focused and productive day for me! I have to say there is a reason for this and although very Technologically challenged and as impatient a person as you would ever meet particularly when it comes to learning anything new even when I want to learn it has been much different Today!

The progress and the feelings of success have come with some small mistakes worst of which I lost but will find the "New" more personal Title to this blog which is important as I delve into more stories from a life that has been pretty interesting at most times to say the least! LOL!

Thanks go to my doctor for changing my ADHD medication back to Adderall XR by Shire yesterday from my second attempt to utilize Vyvanse actually maybe the third when considering dose which I'm not discussing with you that is between you and your doctor.

Ty I'm not sure your regimen and I hope you don't mind my mentioning your name as I wish you well but I'm just more at ease with the XR. Maybe one day I'll learn the secret to making Vyvanse perform as it may for you I certainly don't know but I know one thing and that is Shire has had and will continue to have my complete confidence.

Ya'll I hope your evening goes well and as this site evolves you gain some information or direction one way or another that improves your quality of life!
