Friends,
Depression is an ADD or ADHD person's worst nightmare!
We have to keep moving. If medicated for ADHD or ADD we can sit, read to our hearts content and tell depression to get out of the way!
If we are on the right medication we can multi-task on the run or at a dead stop!
