Medical Record: My neck is sour and cracks when I move it from the Ivan day wreck and when the man followed me several blocks, cut me off and when I got out of my truck he ran at me screaming, grabbed my throat and I had to fight to stay on my feet. My left shoulder hurts from using my balance and knowledge of where my truck was he slammed me into my truck and from hitting the steering wheel the day of the Ivan wreck. My middle back hurts from heavy lifting and I have a knot to the right of the intersection of my spine and my pelvis bone. I have shin splints from slamming my right leg down as my only defense against a rogue so-called verbal drill sergeant on Ridgewood Drive and knee pain in both legs from jogging. Two bad wrists to put the lid on it oh and ear damage of some sort in both ears. Yes one bad ear pixel from a splinter and both near sightedness from birth and far sightedness!
