I am a Navy fan and would love to pick the Navy! However. Out of Respect for both of these fine services that protect our country I will not pick the winner of this game even if I am the worst football prognasticator on the Planet!
Grand-daddy Sauce was in Patton's Army in any event during World War II as well as other members of my family. Joe was in the Navy on that tin can the USS Thornback and Gary was in the "special forces" as a frog-man in Korea so they would probably Go Navy!
My Cousin John D. New was in the Marines and won the Medal of honor so he might be just in fact be a Navy Man!
My cousin that was in the "Rainbow Division" in World War I was in the Army so let's see?
That's two Army.
One Navy.
Two Marines.
Let's just call it a draw and enjoy the game but as I said " I am a boat man- so it's the Navy in my heart!"
