Journal Entry 043014-A: A few words and photos from this mornings brief trip around the Fish River Area!
It has been quite a while since I have seen what I saw this morning in the Fish River Watershed!
I only was out for a short time and I only took a few pictures but in my heart and mind not to mention from years of living in The Mobile Bay Area.
I am sure there are many, many people in our Area that are still at the very least in shock this morning and trying to recover from what they experienced yesterday, last night and are still experiencing this morning!
I want to wish every last person in Baldwin County, Alabama and the surrounding areas that were affected by yesterday's "devastating" weather events well!
That's all I really want to say because events like this don't happen often but they sure can amaze, shock and stun even if you have seen such events previously so I'll let the Photo's I took speak for themselves and yall all take care of yourselves!
I mean that with all of my heart, soul and mind!
God Bless, Peace, Love and Knowledge!

ADHD: A Serious Post for The ADHD, ADD, Depressed and Possibly Depressed. If you can't go to sleep, stay asleep or sleep long enough! Let me tell you what is working for me cause I'm one of you! 1. Have your doctor prescribe you Intuniv- even if it's off-label. 2. Take two 1-mg clonazamps. 2. Tylenol or a sleeping pill of your choice. I slept seven hours last night til my family woke me up this morning. 4. Get you a dog or a cat single or not. To talk to, observe and Love til death do you part and never and spank them. LOL. 6. Get you a job- from a hobby and don't sweat the small stuff with age. PTSD? Same scenario. God Bless, Peace, Love and Knowledge! F. Clifton Wooley

Journal Entry: Betty Fehler is my fathers sister in Huntsville and I only met Teri once but I can testify to the familys discussion at the time as to why she was tortured in the Alabama Mental Health system by her mother in the seventies and I wish Teri the best as my father talked with Betty many times to my dismay rubbing it my nose and changing the story. He also laughed off with ease my request for Teri's address and phone number starting after his and his friends assault on me and my memory of Teri's story! God bless, Peace, Love and Knowledge my poor but resiliant I pray cousin! F. Clifton Wooley
