First let me say I wasnt impressed with last nights post. I dont know why it just didnt fit with what I felt in my heart, soul and mind about the people I meet on the pier that walk through my door here at Battle Ship Marine or anywhere else in this community nor at certainly not least the people I meet at the "boat ramps"!
I may not like this post because I'm trying to write this post watch Dr. Drews new show on HLN that I have to say is an impressive show.
I know what I say doesnt amount to a hill of beans but I may have said something negative about him in the past but his new show is let me see?
Positive?
The pier?
It was wonderful out there tonight. Period.
I enjoyed talking with everyone. I just think it is amazing the "therapy" it is to say the least it is to be around positive people.
Talking with those wonderful people inspired me to drive to the boat launching ramps where I met more fine people out enjoying the summer nights.
South Alabama has much to offer if you have been psychologically or physically injured in your life to whatever degree that may be.
I hope to influence anyone I can to never let anyone talk you into laying down and giving up on life no matter the odds against you!

P.S. I borrowed the memory of the writing on the back of a joggers shirt from last night that simply read "never quit" to write that part about not giving up.
