Journal Entry 071812-A: Doctor Drew.

Friends,

On Doctor Drews program last night a caller had a issue with her partner not paying her much attention.

Her partner hired a therapist to help him with his self-recognized lack of attentiveness.

The caller a "female" accidently or otherwise picked up her partners phone and noticed the text from the therapist suggesting some positive action her his the patients part.

The female partner called "Doctor Drew" and was confused.

Doctor Drew gave the therapists action "two-thumbs" up. As well as some words of advice.

I hope the caller realizes some of those suggestions will "stick" in the mind of her partner and although he may go back to some of his old ways post therapy surely he must love her as "Doctor Drew" indicated.

Journal Entry 071612-A: I didn't see Julie Tonight.

Friends,

I didn't see Julie tonight at the pier and I wish I had.

She lite up my night a couple of nights in a row out on that pier and I sure hope to see her again.

She loves animals as much or more than I do and even in my weekened state for all the reasons I have written about on my not five blogs but six if you count the "www" version of Battle Ship Marine.

I dont know much about her and I'm not sure if she knows much about me but it was nice to introduce myself to her the other night.

I may be damaged goods from what I have been through and how I would explain that I have no idea yet but I'm not quite dead yet and neither are you if your reading this post so hang in there and be "brave" and dont let anyone tell you what some of us have been through is our fault because it isnt.

No I may not be able to save not one of us but I hate being quiet about it in my writings because someone will "step-up" to the plate and save us from the abomination I have written of in the past and it will not end civilization as we know it as long as someone does step up to that plate for us and stop an "atrocity" in our country if not many, many more.

I could speculate on it again but I'm just not in the shape to do that anymore.

I hope and pray my blog writings havent been lost or destroyed by people that say they love you and kill you by trying to save you.

If mine have I hope others done like I have and have written about it before their death were lucky enough to have what they wrote saved for the sake of our childrens future and education.

I was denied mine through ignorance and let me see?

Dis-regard for ADHD although I love those people they have ruined my life and in the process possibly other lives.

Education was my dream as a child that I did not understand how valuable the loss of it would be for many years later and that my friends should never be covered up in anyone's life or made a mockery of by anyone, group or organization. Period.

The people on the pier tonight were wonderful people of many backgrounds and I appreciate the nice lady that was with her husband, friend or whatever that showed me the pictures of the Pelican.

Boo Boo almost made it too the end of the pier bless her heart.

She is only 10 or maybe 11 herself.

I dont know how old our friend "Lucy" my daughters cat was when her death was made a mockery of last fall about the same time not only Myself but Boo was hit with what we have fought with almost no money to overcome.

Julie I hope you hear of this post and you know you lifted my faith or heart that second night particularly.

Journal Entry 071212-A: A Trip to the Pier Inspired me Tonight.

Friends,

First let me say I wasnt impressed with last nights post. I dont know why it just didnt fit with what I felt in my heart, soul and mind about the people I meet on the pier that walk through my door here at Battle Ship Marine or anywhere else in this community nor at certainly not least the people I meet at the "boat ramps"!

I may not like this post because I'm trying to write this post watch Dr. Drews new show on HLN that I have to say is an impressive show.

I know what I say doesnt amount to a hill of beans but I may have said something negative about him in the past but his new show is let me see?

Positive?

The pier?

It was wonderful out there tonight. Period.

I enjoyed talking with everyone. I just think it is amazing the "therapy" it is to say the least it is to be around positive people.

Talking with those wonderful people inspired me to drive to the boat launching ramps where I met more fine people out enjoying the summer nights.

South Alabama has much to offer if you have been psychologically or physically injured in your life to whatever degree that may be.

I hope to influence anyone I can to never let anyone talk you into laying down and giving up on life no matter the odds against you!

Journal Entry 071112-C: Squalls Over Mobile Bay!

Friends,

Summer has truly arrived in The Mobile Bay Area.

Tonight a light breeze with a slight coolness in the breeze was felt as the breeze off the bay ahead of the squalls moving in from the north-west cooled on the skin as the thick hot humid July heat caused a sweat to break.

Summer on Mobile Bay has indeed arrived as it has for thousands of years.

The fish were biting both croakers, catfish and I think someone mentioned an occasional white trout.

Old Glory surely fluttered in the breeze as it should forever on that flag pole over Fairhope Park, Beach and Pier.

I hope you enjoy the pictures.

I would write more about the wonderful experience of visiting the Pier with Boo Boo and spending time with the people of Fairhope, Alabama and points far beyond in a truly wonderful area to live for most of the population but I'll let the pictures speak for themselves.

Journal Entry 062812-A: It's 6:22 am. Thurday June 2012.

Friends,

I lost the text to my first attempt at writing this post this post this morning due to a phone call but let me try again.

First let me say last nights post was from the "heart"! It was a beautiful sunset over the bay and it was nice to get out with "Boo Boo" to the Pier.

I fel asleep last night before I took my 1-mg Intuniv and 2 1-mg Clonazapams and awoke around midnight or shortly after midnight to a bad dream.

I remember thinking "no wonder"!

I turned off the television and took those meds and went to sleep. Hopeing I wouldnt dream about those crimes committed against me in Daphne mentioned briefly in last nights post 062712-C. Nor the ones here.

I woke up this morning feeling physically on a scale of one to ten about a five.

I would rate my sleep about a six.

I write this blog for many reasons but one is to see the prosecution in a court of law the criminals responsible for those against me prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

White-collar, blue-collar? They both can be members of a mob.

If you have had similar crimes committed against you.

Be certain they are prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

The few do not rule the majority or the minority.

I plan to have a decent day.

I hope you do too.

You know what depresses me?

I came home and wrote that last post and come back on my C-Spire Wire-Less "Smart-phone" to see advertisement's for "Detox and Re-hab Center's!

It breaks my heart!

I have seemingly no control over such a "national disgrace"!

People getting rich "stealing" lives from person's deserving of Doctor Amen's "three day" evaluation to determine their diagnosis. That information I hope he still publishes!

I want to see advertisement's for Shire products back on my site.

I want the "Art Institute" to advertise on my site!

I want to see other "educational opportunities on my site".

I want "career and small business" start-up opportunities on my site!

I want to see "family and Vacation" tourism advertising on my site!

Anything positive about having a "better life" by way of an education, career, business, entertainment at a tourist destination on my site so you and your loved ones can "go enjoy the fruits of your labor" so you can come home without fear of your world being turned upside down because you are ADHD, ADD, Driven and/or Love being "creative"!

I want you to come to Alabama and see a successful community of men and women that aren't depressed as "every-thing" that is "Holy because some well let's be nice- person in your life well turned it upside down and someone got paid to do it!

Please don't hate me because I am ADHD and Driven to success?

I had to say it someone has too!

I hope many feel as I do even at ninety-six!

My life seems a waste because I wasn't treated for ADHD as a child and had the opportunity too "shine"!

I'm trying to get past that.

You better work "for it"!

I may get down a little sometime today over something and you may as well but please "get up and keep on Truckin!

The longer you let yourself stay down the closer to a longer stay down you are and you'll regret it so don't lay there, sit there "cry about it if you have too" but get up and fight for your life and those you know "Love" you!

Journal Entry 060512-B: Good Night Planet!

Friend's,

Today was a great day getting a chance to get up take care of some problems early and see Doctor Mark Gacek about my miserable "ear" situation, have him work some medical procedures, prescribe me some medication that truth be known has already given me "Relief" and not to mention have him reassure me it wasn't contagious!

That takes a major weight off my shoulder's in operating my "brick and mortar" business and getting me some relief from some anxiety at night!

Last night was hell but not the type of hell I have had in the past; physical or psychologically or well mentally truth be known!

I will leave it at that for now!

I am just happy to have medication and hope for a "better life" regardless of what has happened in the past!

I still have hope for other's in worse situations than my own and wish you all well as the path of life hopefully continues for everyone that reads my posts, their loved one's, friend's and anyone you may be associated with on this planet of ours as we all seek a "better life"!

My medication log is posted for those that understand we all need medication in our lives to live!

1/4 Suda Fed

6 Drops approx of Prescription Ear drops.

2 Prednisone 30 mg

I have taken my medication and my contacts out so i'm going to keep this short but I must say Today has been productive and I appreciate it considering the circumstances.

1/2 SU - 24 24.

1/2 Suda-Fed 24.

1 - 50 mg Teva Tramadol for pain in my ear canals, head and neck or throat.

3 - 3 mg Intuniv 's by Shire "right out of the shire sample packaging"!

2 - 1 mg Teva clonazapams.

Thank you! Boo Boo and I went to the pier here in Fairhope, Alabama and thank God we had some Tramadol for pain and some neosporin to put on our ear plugs because as I suspected there was a breeze blowing and my ears were throbbing about four o'clock!

One thing I wanted to mention was another bride was in the park and I asked one of her friend's if she was getting married and she said yes next month and I replied "Thank God"!

I love to see all the happy people! I'm trying to be happy myself by working on this house and my business with Boo Boo and hopefully we can find someone of like mind to share some good times with soon!

First let me say the Neosporin in my ears hasn't killed me yet!

It may or may not be a cure but it sure cooled both of my ear canals down so I could get some sleep last night and my dreams were a non-reportable issue!

I jumped up this morning with a better "attitude!

Boo Boo and I sure enjoyed the trip to the pier last night a little later than normal!

The "tramadol" sure helps with "ear" pain; it did last night and has today!

Boo Boo and I accomplished some items on our C-Spire Android list of things to do before noon!

1. I wrote a post on Coastal Home Solutions!

2. We put our "white board" back up to keep track of our posts and repost for our advertiser's on Let's Sell Somethin!

3. We had Coffee.

4. We have considered how to invoice our "advertiser's in a way that is both affordable and considerate of the fact I have taken the liberty to list some out of simple courtesy for their business practices and offense will not be meant. Anyway.

5. We stopped by our CPA's office and picked our records only because of our financial situation at this time and he and I discussed the best way to get our 1040 and 40's filed.

6. We discussed his charge to file an Online Sales Tax Return.

7. We visited Rite-Aid and asked Josh to contact the Doctor at Thomas Hospital to see if we could get a refill on our Anti-biotics so we can get through this month and get Insurance and an Appointment with possibly Doctor Mark Gacek a reknowned ear surgeon early next month in Mobile!

8. We stopped by Animal Wellness to find out from Cathy how much her anti-biotics are going to cost!

9. Boo Boo and I came home to a verbal quiz!

10. I took a 1/2 a Suda-Fed 24.

11. I caulked the door unit.

12. I cooked Boo Boo and I some "brunch"!

13. I wrote a letter to the State Department of Revenue regarding keeping our current Sales Tax number.

Journal Entry 051212-B: Takin a break from "Repairing some dryall" Listening to 96.1 The Rocket!

Taking a break Listening to 96.1 The Rocket; thinking about Hank Williams Jr's song "tha's tells of living the songs we write to his daddy" I beleive the song goes!

I was thinking to myself "we live these songs as well not to mention "we laugh and cry" to these songs as well.

You know what I mean if you "love music and who doesn't"?

The memories a song can remind us of are so strong and the emotions so strong; who would ever not want to feel those emotions or have those memories lost?

I certainly wouldn't and I hope you feel the same?

Journal Entry 051212-A: Boo Boo is and should be angy with Me!

First Let me say Good Morning! It is about 8:11 am cdt.

One more day to all you Mother's out there on this Planet!

You all "put up" with so much from us men, your children and grand-children let me just add your "husband, ex-husbands and boyfriend's!

Boo Boo is a mother as well and although everyone thinks she is a boy because she wears a "Crimson Tide" Fan she puts up with it; she just isnt a "fan" of Regions!

Anyway!

Boo Boo is angry with me because she should be!

Last night I was "selfish" and she still hasn't forgotten the "selfish" act!

I woke up last night after a bad damn dream; I havent had a good one in months! LOL!

Anyway!

I bought a Zero bar last night at Wal-Mart and was planning to eat it Today but last night when I woke up after that "dad-gum" bad dream I had a sweet tooth!

She was asleeo; I thought as I snuck or stumbled into the kitchen half awake and my mind must have been on that Zero bar?

Commentary from somewhere right now but "it was women being nice" so I'll let it go.

I ate the "dad-gum" candy bar; the whole thing and I took the last bite hearing Boo Boo stirring in the bed!

I went back to bed and Boo Boo was awake and when she smelled that candy bar was visibly irritated with me!

She first layed near my pillow then progressivly further away from me and I realized I had hurt her feelings terribly!

She still this morning "stand-offish" from me!

I owe her some kind of apology!

She would have been so happy with just a taste.

Anyway, have a good day. My ear drums are growing back and I'll spare you the details other than to say take care of your ears inside and out.

They are easily "damaged" be it by your hand or "someone" else by accident or on purpose.

Journal Entry 051012-F: Boo Boo and I had a wonderful walk at the Fairhope, Alabama Pier!

Friend's,

This evening just before dark Boo Boo and I had a wonderful walk at the Fairhope, Alabama Pier!

We took some pictures and posted them on FaceBook!

The pictures don't tell the complete story but they did turn out nicely!

There were a lot of people out enjoying the late afternoon air which their was very little wind blowing in fact it was as close to no breeze as yesterday was windy!

First Boo and I walked south along the sidewalk and it was nice to see other people enjoying the night with friend's and family; taking photo's and generally enjoying themselves.

I noticed on the beach a lady we see regularly walking her dogs but we walked on saying hello to one couple and continuing our walk around the "oval" only stopping for Boo Boo to smell this and that!

As we rounded the "oval" on the east side we tried to walk on past a young couple oblivious to us and quietly as we walked by I thought it "wonderful" to be young and in "Love"!

Spending time alone in a beautiful park by Mobile Bay in a Country that hopefully they still know as "free and private"!

We walked on around the "oval" saying hello to another man as he walked on by!

I decided to get some excercise a little more so walked north to the other end of the parking area to the north end of the Sea-wall!

A couple was sitting and talking again oblivious to my thoughts of "what it was like to have such an opportunity to enjoy a private conversation!

The next couple was crabbing and fishing. I asked the lady as I approached "are you catching anything?" Her reply was first "just a few crabs as he added a croaker or two"!

As we walked toward the pier; oh I forgot I walked up the steps to the bluff overlooking the Bay with Boo to take a picture of the pier with the sun in the background.

Back to the walk to the pier. I noticed out of the corner of my left eye a couple; maybe just a bride and maybe her entorouge and photographers near the fountain "taking photo's"! I hope she was the bride or she could have been modeling but again my thoughts were of "the joy of Love"!

We walked on out on the pier saying "hello" to single men, women and couples and Boo Boo got her share of attention and she offered her attention to possible new friend's!

We said "Roll Tide" to our obvious flow "Tide Fans"!

As we approached the Restaurant on the Pier; sorry I can't recall the name but the "smell of fresh" Sea Food cooking filled the air!

As we walked further out the pier first built in 1885(?) I noticed a pod of Dolphins slowly making their way south along the charted ten foot drop off just west of the end of the pier!

People and birds were every where enjoying the night!

Most young, old and of all nationalities "to many to mention were enjoying their time on the Pier!

Most were catching "croakers and catfish" but from a "fisherman's perspective it was "enjoyable" it seemed to all as I would "imagine!

We walked on back west with me wondering to myself what "we would face back here at 19680?


As we neared the parking lot a group of "mallard's flew overhead and as we said our last "have a nice" evening we got in the truck and drove to the house; just Boo Boo and I!

We are at the house now hoping for a quiet, peaceful evening so tomorrow will be filled with improvement and some accomplishment!

Journal Entry 051012-C: It's Kind of Funny!

Friend's,

It's kind of funny that I mailed out Mother's Day Cards yesterday and the one I reversed the address and addressee to was the One to my own "Mother"!

The tragedy would be if she did'nt get the card so I put a little gift in the larger manilla envelope and the original card and took it to the Post Office in Fairhope, Alabama!

I followed that up with a call to my dad to make sure he knew to look for it the mail!

I also mailed a letter to The State of Alabama Department of Revenue about another "important" matter!

This ADHD in the 21st Century has it's depressing points and if not treated with medication you can most certainly be left behind at a young age if not allowed the "freedom" to "learn the ins and outs of the technology" so you can the "knowledge" you need to be successful Online or in even a "brick and mortar" store; that's my opinion and I hope it is the "opinion" of enough "educators" and parent's as well as Adults to keep our Citizen's and those of other countries on the cutting edge!

It's funny but not really that I can write this post on 1/2 a Suda-Fed but can't have the ability right now to gain the knowledge needed to use my "will power" and "free-will" to utilize the power of a Shire product such as Adderrall XR or Vyvanse along with this Intuniv to further my knowledge and pass the knowledge and some reward for that ability on to my Children and grand-children; for whatever reason that may be?

I truly beleive in knowledge gained through education and on the job training and/or through other schools of higher learning!

Learning something new each day is the only certain way of having success in this life along with networking with people of "like-mind"!
