Journal Entry 052812-C: Memorial Day 2012!

Friend's,

I hope regardless of what you were involved in for the Memorial Day Holiday be it work, play or rest you had the time to give our veterans a moment of your thoughts!

This Country has called on it's Citizen's to Serve it's defense so many times over the last 236 year's since we declared our Independence from The King; not the friend's, allies and blood ties so many of us share in some way with The British Empire!

Millions have died in defense of Freedom and Millions have come home after the defense of our Freedom's injured physically and scarred in one way or another; some alot more and some a little less as stated in the defense of Freedom our Countries Interest and the Defense of our friend's and Allies!

I certainly don't claim to be a great or even average writer but I do appreciate what our Veterans- Living, Deceased or Living with physical injuries and the memories of the terrible events they experienced, witnessed or otherwise were involved in to "defend" us as ordinary Citizen's or in defense of the Citizen's of other Lands and Seas!

Once upon a time our men and women came home to a country wrought with descent regarding their mission and many were treated as less than the "hero's they were and still are even to this day!

I hope you could agree with that comment and let's work to insure that situation never occurs again and regardless of your political leanings I hope you agree we as a Nation and partnership of Allies should always "defend the citizen's" of any Land that wants "Freedom" for it's People and Democracy or Government by all the people equally!

I guess that is my Memorial Day post with one last comment regardless of the situation may never again as long as The United States of America exists shall we take up arms against each other!

I have my Southern Heritage but I am a Citizen of The United States of America first and foremost and hope you share my feeling our system shall always straighten itself out as long as we as individuals participate and stay active in protecting the rights of individual "Freedom" under a system of government that insures law and order through fair and humane treatment of our Citizen's and take care of our Veteran's!

As well as pay homage to their service!

Is dead! Hell Yes. I'm sure your as happy as I am that this man is dead because he was responsible for making the beginning of this Century an awful experience to say the least for so many people during the last decade not to mention the the death of so many Americans!


Thank you to our CIA, Military and to the President for making the death of this individual that has caused us all so much trouble I just don't know what to say other than Obama good riddance!

Yes I'm serious! I need a policy that covers my online and onsite activities and of course that includes sales before my father evicts me or worse yet takes me up on my asking him to dis-own me since he was the one that preached to me for the last 45 years that his grandfather had taught him to always have more than one egg in your basket and i know it is Easter week-end and The Donald says it's okay to "fib" but he is a republican and i'm a democrat so i can't vote for him anyway!

I voted and donated to Hillary Clinton in the primaries for more than one reason and one of the reasons is I am one of those that think for God's sakes your husband- President Clinton is the best President of the 20th Century but I'm hedging because how could he beat out Franklin Roosevelt or John F. Kennedy that blockaded the Island nation of Cuba to prevent short range and limited arrival time to our shoes of hydrogen nuclear missiles with the greatest Navy in the world?


To top that off I voted by a slim margin in my mind of percentages for Senator McCain who is a hero almost to the extent that my friend Admiral Jeremiah Denton is but I am a card carrying member of the Mr. O'bama's Democratic Party and he has my vote if the GAS prices don't kill us all literally because:

They don't make an Electric 18 wheeler, Jet plane or for that matter Train or Ship!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes we could literally starve to death trying to get an electric car!

Lord I'm busy today with this yard sale so let me go for now!

I didn't like the possible result anyway so to "Hell with it"!

The bottomline is we need cheap gas to keep us off the internet and for all of us that have lost something in the last ten years well we need something too.

Don't ask me what it is because like I said my IUO isn't even any good!

I did enjoy P. Morgans interview with Oprah last night and if he keeps up the good work Larry King can feel good about the decision that was made at CNN!

I sure hope honesty turns out to be the best policy like i always have thought it too be because sometimes we open a can of worms and it turns out to be rattlesnakes!

Random no! I'm talking health Insurance and Lord have mercy it sure is difficult to figure out what to do and what to ask and "what the hell'?

Should we try someone in the court of public opinion based only parts of entire story?

Freinds,

As you watch this video do you take offense at what is being shown and if so for what reason? The video shows some 21st Century Navy Saltiness that if we could see the whole un-edited production would we feel the Captain had made fun of any one group or multiple groups or just maybe he meant something else to be known or exactly what is the rest of the story?

Public opinion is a mighty strong thing to be used for or against an individual, group or practice regardless of what it is and I for one don't neccessarily feel enough information has been shown to punish anyone here.

In fact would anyone that is straight, gay, Lesbian or from any other group on the planet think that a ship with 5000 plus crew members wouldn't mirror the same percentages of the general population in any manner?

They don't throw out the best minds or the most talented and actually under President Clinton's policy "don't ask, don't tell" policy to my recollection the purpose was to keep the best minds and most talented in the Service of their country but hey repealing is supposed to put us on a level with Isreal where they aren't supposed to throw out there best minds and most talented either so did the English Language change or have I lost mind!

I'd love to go over to my old Facebook and find out what President Clinton because I'm a democrat, Christian and for God, Jesus and whatever they decide about punishing someone once it get's to that point and certainly not for something that who knows what Jesus would think unless you read his own words and it wasn't much on condemnation especially salty humor!

The Captain is a fighter pilot for God's sakes! Just watch because it didn't seem to difficult to find some actor's and actresses for the movie so maybe I'd made it in Navy after all because I may be too serious to some but I'm realistic about things that are based on percentages and our population is one big opportunity for someone to use percentages.

If that doesn't make sense then I guess I am nuts but at least I have a sense of humor and don't feel like the Navy is much different than it has ever been. Now sue me! Damn-it!

If this a public opinion poll my vote goes to let the man sail as captain with his multi-dimensional crew so they go do there job!
