Friends,

It means so much too me that people from all over the planet visited my sites today!

I was depressed all day about how miserable a failure today's trip south to Foley, Gulf Shores and Orange Beach was for me and Boo Boo!

It may not be that way for you but for me personally what has transpired over the last eight years has left to many deep open wounds that neither I nor Boo Boo I hope can be happy here!

Maybe for you too visit but the torture and wounds are too deep and severe here!

I feel fresh and knew when I cross the border into Florida well no memory triggers that I think will become a reality in Florida!

It's just a few people in Alabama that pride themselves on hate I assure you!

I just hope I havent waited too long to leave financially!

It has to be an orderly and planned move and I'm not sure I can do that without Shire's Adderrall XR or Vyvanse!

Friends,

I hope you had a nice Easter Sunday. Truly I do hope you did enjoy a day of fun and celebration of your faith, family and the resurrection of our almighty God's son to heaven by whatever means he was evacuated from the evil he proved exists on this planet!

I truly mean what I would bet many of you are afraid to say in public that our Almighty God sent a team of his best people to this planet in the form as stated he created us and with Mary's permission and her partner's knowledge his son was born beneath a mighty vessel from Heaven that lit the sky in tribute!
I lost my place at the end so I'll just have to insert here!

Billions of lives are at stake!

The tactics used have been barbaric and devastaing! True and to thousands!

Psychological testing using phrases my mind has repressed come from text books no one wants me or you too read!

Tactics of repression have been eight years in use against me by many minds working together to destroy many other lives I know not just those lives effected by life's destruction and the negative impact it had on those around me!

How many others have had good and productive lives destroyed by a perverted lie and by whom?

Only a thouroh and just investigation by a fair and just higher seat of government will determine!

If not revealed to the public properly and not covered up in the next few years determine our way of life in this country for years to come!

If covered up?

The United States of America may never recover globally!

Other governments may take the opportunity to destroy us economically through our own ignorance of how important education is for a full and long productive life!

Even if we have to use medication to educate!

It is liberating to be the rebel I always have been and proclaim one day God's finest will walk among us and we will damn sure know who they are!

Journal Entry: Its bad when the Weather Channel plays Pink Floyd!

I've been tortured with verbal abuse for yearrs in a use of a system I dont beleive in but have to endure against my will for exactly what I have no idea. Hell they could give me book on it and with ADHD and associated Depression from that life long condition having to go untreated after not having to be for whatever reason tornn down and rebuilt mentally I couldnt read the damn thing anyway.

Now. I dont know what happened to my settings here but im afraid to mess with them.

Bottom line I've been tortured for my resistance to this abominal syytem I will only hope to be okay.

I guess that is it. I wouldnt treat my worst enemy with more trauma- for long!

I dont think could handle it anyway!

Medical use?

Like I said "we as a human race cannot expect anythingg positive from this abomination.

If a loved one has Alzhiemers get them a gps and life alert but for Gods sake dont make them a receiver and a mic!

Add, Adhd, and depression will be the least of our concerns and it aint no fun trying to manage those anyway. We sure dont need coaches or monitors!

It's great to be back on blogger writing a little although for the last couple of months I have been put in the most difficult position of having to utilize Barr's generic version of Adderall to have the quality of life we all deserve and it has been less than quality.

I understand your misery if you have had to make do on this medication and if you have not had the opportunity to have the benefit of the original Shire version of the product I certainly hope you get the chance.

I personally have to say that at the risk of sounding as if I'm kissing up here as I have applied to be on the Vyvanse assistance program that my experience with the Shire products have made my life better even in some of the most difficult circumstances that anyone could imagine living here in America!

Otherwise I would not be a successful albeit beat up at times patient being treated for ADHD. Please be careful yourselves as unfortunately there are many individuals that work diligently to undermine the success of an ADHD patient on a 24/7 basis.

When your mother's maiden name is Wright and your father's last name is Wooley how could you Not Have a little Irish mixed in with the Scotch, Indian and a couple more?

I know the football team will be back and maybe myself and my son's and our families can attend an Alabama Vs Notre Dame Game for a BCS National Championship game!

My parents attended four of just such games one in South Bend, One in Birmingham which I had the good fortune of attending but the two they attended that were for all the marbles were in the bowl games and I didn't get a chance to attend!

The stories my Mother and Dad can tell about those games!

The one I attended in Birmingham Bama lost 7-0 but that's okay because I met some fine people from south Bend that day!

Stay off the Internet? C'mon Yall!

Stay off the internet? Don't write anything about us or them or anybody else?

Friends that has been some advice I have received and in an off-hand, in-direct way that I'd rather keep to my self although documented by someone other than myself a threat to stay off the internet but it is okay because I'd be a fool to let that deter me and so would you!

Why?

Good Lord I just noticed on the Crawl update on CNN the following:

Face Book raises 1.3 Billion? Okay I'm ADHD and I forgot to write the amount down so I m not certain I'm within a million or two so the balance might not be correct to the penny but.....

Congratulations Face Book and that is pretty much an astounding number to a man that with all his might and knowledge not to mention most of his family and the hard work of some fine men and women my most successful year in business even with our area suffering a declared natural disaster to begin the fourth quarter of the year only grossed: 3.9 Million!

O'kay had it not been for the declared natural disaster we would have approached if not surpassed 5 million in gross sales and were on track to gross 6 or 7 Million the following year but damn!

Congratulations Face Book!

Those same individuals that would tell me to "stay off the internet act as if they don't want to acknowledge even my meager success much less that I'm ADHD or had a means to self-medicat that was in fact eleiminated by our wonderful government at the time for reasons that you may or may not agree with but Damn!

Laughing but don't take it wrong cause I was one of many people screwed by the government over the last ten years but keep it in perspective for God's Sakes!

I kinda like this one that our founding father's set up and not to critize but "Damn" these people that don't have the patience to wait til the next election or "Insane" that is the one's that take things into there own hands literally and don't have the sense to back someone or run for office themselves!

ADHD and proud of it for the "last 44 going on 45 years!" Depression comes into play in your life when you get the advice I get!

Should we try someone in the court of public opinion based only parts of entire story?

Freinds,

As you watch this video do you take offense at what is being shown and if so for what reason? The video shows some 21st Century Navy Saltiness that if we could see the whole un-edited production would we feel the Captain had made fun of any one group or multiple groups or just maybe he meant something else to be known or exactly what is the rest of the story?

Public opinion is a mighty strong thing to be used for or against an individual, group or practice regardless of what it is and I for one don't neccessarily feel enough information has been shown to punish anyone here.

In fact would anyone that is straight, gay, Lesbian or from any other group on the planet think that a ship with 5000 plus crew members wouldn't mirror the same percentages of the general population in any manner?

They don't throw out the best minds or the most talented and actually under President Clinton's policy "don't ask, don't tell" policy to my recollection the purpose was to keep the best minds and most talented in the Service of their country but hey repealing is supposed to put us on a level with Isreal where they aren't supposed to throw out there best minds and most talented either so did the English Language change or have I lost mind!

I'd love to go over to my old Facebook and find out what President Clinton because I'm a democrat, Christian and for God, Jesus and whatever they decide about punishing someone once it get's to that point and certainly not for something that who knows what Jesus would think unless you read his own words and it wasn't much on condemnation especially salty humor!

The Captain is a fighter pilot for God's sakes! Just watch because it didn't seem to difficult to find some actor's and actresses for the movie so maybe I'd made it in Navy after all because I may be too serious to some but I'm realistic about things that are based on percentages and our population is one big opportunity for someone to use percentages.

If that doesn't make sense then I guess I am nuts but at least I have a sense of humor and don't feel like the Navy is much different than it has ever been. Now sue me! Damn-it!

If this a public opinion poll my vote goes to let the man sail as captain with his multi-dimensional crew so they go do there job!

Let me ask you this? Are you alive, not in jail or not in the nut house for all the wrong reasons?

If you can answer yes I'm alive and no i'm not in jail for any reason well then how'd your New Year's Go?

If you had a date, were in area near a New Year's Celebration at all well guess what your damn New Year's was better than mine!

So how about this question? Have you got any medical, physical or Hell could you possibly have a trait of any kind that your doctors office told you a week ago that you might get the prescription Today if your damn lucky that needs medication?

What if you dropped a heart pill in the toilet? Would you get credit for that son-of-bitch?

My Dad says life ain't fair. Well I used to not- but for God sakes I beleive him- it sucks and has for six years going on seven couldn't catch break if the whole planets life depended on it!

To top it off "I missed the damn Alabama Game! Fell fucking asleep! Who the hell wants to sleep anyway at 45 going on 100!

They won't let me on Face Book and I talk great about 'em all the time well kiss my ass!

No I'm not in a good mood but i'm getting there I just hope every where a bone connects in my body will stop hurting when I get all in one if they gava damn enough to write and sign the prescription that should have been filled last week for "humanitarian purposes" and that my friends is how i feel about this thing called life!

ADHD, ADD: Sometimes I joke about it. Sometimes I'm wrong but............

ADHD, ADD: Sometimes I joke about it. Sometimes I'm wrong but sometimes I'm right on target and I know it through research that I have such a hard time doing when I'm not on the medication.

My Christmas wish for everyone that has ever thought, been diagnosed as or has dealt with the misery of being not only labeled something else and treated for it- the wrong condition is that they have the help they deserve and by the most qualified people their families, they themselves or that just happen to come across their name by chance in some way on this world wide web.

My problem is with the whole process and the people that fall through the holes in the diagnosis and treatment of this miserable, depressing and sometimes debilitating condition that many people pass off as addiction.

You know what addiction to a medication that is supposed to help you function as you once did is in fact to most of us and I'm saying this to because I beleive in free speech and if you will notice in my posts I've tried to lighten up on individuals that at one time or another have entered my life and tried to help in their own way because I hold no grudges against anyone that has done as stated above only maybe in a way that may have been taken as unhealthy for me and anyone that may have the same condition in it's many different stages or seemingly odd way of presenting itself depending on so many factors in a person's genetics, upbringing the values they hold dear and the values they may disagree with in the eye's of the person they are dealing with at the time though slight in nature those differences may really be in Values.

Values have to be discussed. Upbringing which gives us a foundation for our values and the genetic values we may or may not share.

Just the very meaning of values in the English language or for that matter a slight variation in one's definition of a word used in a dictionary can alter one person's opinion of another and affect their life dramatically on top of the conditions they may have suffered with for a life time until someone made them look in ward and it the condition becomes worse because they start to feel out of place but you can recover from that for the most part but the main thing we all have to have is consistant medication that we can depend on to benifit us in making our lives better for the longest period of time each day so we can string those days together and make a life again for ourselves!

what I just I said is for the Adult that is ADHD, ADD as well as depressed that it has ruined part of their life, the person that once dealt with the issue successfully and now finds themselves without that ability because of their mistakes, illegal ways of dealing with self-medicating or legal ways of dealing with self-medication that to most of us that know the truth about the condition and it's related issues as we grow older and attitudes shift one way or another begin to look at life from a different perspective but the duration, quality and availability of treatment options we are fully aware of and having been able to make some determination on own prior to that treatment are of the utmost importance to most of us because we are not stupid.

Your children are not stupid and our teenagers are not stupid in fact I for one have seen poor individuals in a much a less favorable condition both medically, mentally and with few options that they can determine own their own and the it my friends makes them appear less intelligent but don't count on it!

In fact you would be surprised if you had never been around such people what they in fact are aware of but have little knowledge on how to save their lives and count on professionals that I for one have hoped would be open to the fact that they indeed the patient they were dealing with at the time was capable of having a much better quality of life than at present at that particular time.

You may ask if you are ADHD and depressed how could you notice such things? What about the fact you claim different medications have different effects on a person that are not explained to you by the doctor and not because the doctor is not intelligent but because of other limitations that may exist- many limitations exist my friends and the lack of communication exists between even the most intelligent of human beings and once you fear another's actions you may accept them but wouldn't that lead to depression? What about those that either give up and go back to a street that can be unforgiving or those that simply fall into a deeper state of depression?

Lift those people up my freinds and my faith and most likely yours whatever it may be will be fullfilled in some way not for your well-being but for the well-being of someone else!

that's right the purpose of this post is to say something to those that don't understand what it means to take a medication and expect it to have duration, effectiveness and not leaving you feeling like your out of time!

your out of time when your medication let's you down in your pursuit of a better life for you and your family because someone- no offense intended at the FDA tells 308,000,000 citizens of at least this country that generic medications are all the same thing which means they have same duration, effectiveness and don't leave you feeling out of time! the time part can then be seen as an excuse by some or just a plain old addiction by other's because when your medication leaves you feeling out of time like you just fell off a cliff without a parachute that you reach for another dose when you know the original name brand may not do that or because someone trying to prove us poor souls and I'll myself just want our lives back and they can only be put back together by the right people with the right heart and some cold hard cash unfortunately in this country and if you think I'm not telling the truth God I hope you get to the point in your life where you have to make decisions based on what someone thinks or how much cash is my insurance going to cost this year and since it could mean the difference in having the same doctor or it could mean having to start the miserable process all over again of finding a doctor that has taken the time and effort to evolve their diagnosis and their opinion of your intentions based on several years of treatment to that you having to see another doctor that may or may not even have the same opinions going in to your treatment and screw things up so bad you wind up back at square one!

Square one in my case was when my over the counter remedy was ruled a threat to my heart and health and taken off the market or made almost the most miserable experience other than just letting the symptoms I was only slightly aware of when I began taking it over the counter years ago become much less of a problem and I quit asking myself. "What is your talent in this life Clifton"?

It's over the counter use also stopped most of if not all of my experimenting with substances that most all of us have experimented with some out of thrill seeking and in my opinion of free speech, searching for that answer and suffering some depression at not having fullfilled my dreams. I am the one that takes the chance on Free Speech my freinds so I hope to God in heaven someone get's some good out of what I say and I do accomplish removing some of the obstacles that we all face as ADHD, ADD or just to top it off being depressed as Hell at the whole situation.

Anyway if you have made it this far in reading what I have had to say and you have the good fortune of finding the perfect or as near perfect patient to physician relationship- be totally honest about what you can!

That's straight talk in the real world and if they ask you how one medication performs vs another make sure you explain in detail without fear of retribution what it is you are trying to accomplish and if they don't seem to get it they aren't the right one and if they do you'll know it this free speech world of ours!

Until help someone but keep in mind they may not be the person you thought and I mean in simple ways but at the time they may be very similiar and not want you to know it or admit it themselves for whatever reason!

Tomorrow we celebrate Christ's Birth! tonight our children are waiting on Santa Claus so go figure on the whole deal and lift someone's spirit no matter what condition they may or may not have based on your opinions, observations or beleifs and go light on them if they let you down because they really don't want to and for God's sakes somebody have the guts to turn in the medications to the FDA that make life miserable and have the guts to tell the FDA which one's don't make life better for eveyone around you even you!

Make sure you tell the FDA by name - brand, maker and make sure you tell the truth because out here there are children and grandchildren depending on you to do just that!

Somebody let me know if anyone else has the guts of a Michael J. Fox, Ty Pennington or someone else that may be willing to talk straight in some book somewhere on the positives of something regarding a medication and not some person that ignores a condition they may have that is either so slight in it's effect on their lives that they choose to deride the rest of us that have managed to get by for many years only to be human and need a little encouragement after being told they are crazy, an addict or just plain wrong about themselves if that person is afraid of going public or just bad off enough to need duration, consistance and the time so they don't feel like an addict when they aren't!

God Bless Lindsay Lohan out there in Re-hab for calling 911 although I don't know the details of the situation that made her take that action and until I do know I will side on the side of I hear you girl! I don't even know her complete story nor do I know Tiger's but I for God's sake and anyone they suppossedly have hurt no offense but I feel there pain because I using my freedom of speech and hopefully you will if you disagree by normal means and not by fire bombing my house will accept my theory that maybe me and let's see- Paris hilton might just not be addicted to our Shire product and if we differ in opinion that's fine but at least we might agree history of our lives tells a different picture than what we might think, assume or know that other's in our lives may feel, think and act on that may in fact devastate our lives and hopefully we won't devastate your's by simply living!

A Merry Christmas Conspiracy Theory!

Visitors and Friends,

I have a life-long problem and NOW it's even worse as I get older so I have changed my plans!

I personally wonder, don't you as we get older and wind up on all these drugs and keep in our minds our old school "fear" if we have bad eyes- "what the hell would we do if the world came to an end?"

Well I had plans to escape the cities and be like Kevin Costner in the Postman and surivive with my glasses in tack and if meant killing someone to survive "well they would just have to go"! For my Families sake of course!

Then the Chinese and our good freinds the American Indians not to mention the damn Brazillians got us hooked on their herbs and vitamins.

Now were hooked on stuff we'd all have to line up at the drug store when the air raid sirens went off to have and when we ran out we'd be in a pinch! Especially if we couldn't find our contacts or glasses!

The last thing I want to be is an old ADHD, almost blind man with a case of the nerves from re-hab and medication control and then have to fight for my life at every drug store that the better able to function had already raided!

You talk about an all out riot?

I have recently decided to change my plans and "To hell with surviving"!

I plan to face Mobile or Pensacola- most likely mobile from Fairhope Pier and take the blast wave!

Singing Patriotic songs!

All you out there that are Athiests better hope us Christians, Jews and Muslims don't go insane before God makes his triumphat return especially if your on something you have to grow, simulate or get from the pharmacy! OTC or not because us Christians that can see will have already been there and you'll be shit of luck!

Decmeber has been a hell of a month. Lord I'd love to have some lunesta because I've been laying awake on stuff that you'd think? Damn. He outh to be asleep and in fact in I've gotten my self a liitle down over the whole affair.

Affair? Hell I could screw one of those up two. maybe two or three at one time if I had the nerve but who does and if you do somebody gonna lose- most likely you.

Happy 25th wedding anniversary which ever day it was my darling! you always wil be in my heart as long as it ticks!

Freedom of speech and defense of a way of life and England!

If that language is too strong for you then you live in a fantasy world beyond anything you've ever known and I for one do understand! It's still funny as hell to think is possible yet sounds so absurd and un-American!

Who knows where the unabridged term originated, unedited or what the Fuck!

Now can I still call myself myself and fell as though I'm a Christian in your eye's for saying that in the first line?

Who cares what you think because "I beleive in something so much more incredible than what a word of slang means that I don't give a damn just praise god and pas me some ammunition to my freinds in Great Britain that know that term is said in the States about your strength and determination during one of your wars that you would have one just out of pure spite for your enemy even if our country had done nothing!

You English would have fought door to door to the death in defense of your country if it had been invaded in some old fashioned way and to that "I salute you"!

Earlier I wrote a post that had a mixed message! It Cleared itself up! So let's talk Pearl!

The morning of December 8, 1941 saw a sunrise over the eastern seaboard of a country that some say was unprepared for what had taken place the day before on  a Sunday morning that saw the rise of the Sun come to what I consider the pinnacle of Japanese Imperial Power in the Pacific.

It is said that Admiral Yamamoto spoke these words "I am afraid we have awaken a sleeping giant"!

I'm sure that even with the hard fight ahead that morning was the pinnacle of Japanese Imperial Power!

I don't know at this writing if that is his exact words if his words or tone at all but the giant had already been awakened!

The giant just was not quite expecting the attack on the Sunday morning of December 7, 1941! An attack that occurred upon our Air, Naval and Ground forces on the Island of Oahu and the civilian population caught off-guard or in some cases at sleep in their beds with many of the crews aboard the ships in Pearl Harbor depleted of their crews as they made their way back from a night on the town or asleep in their bunks on ships unable to get underway upon such short notice!

It is amazing that any of our planes got off the ground and they were outnumbered 100's to 1!

Thank God as I will or have said that the carriers U. S. S. Enterprise, Lexington and Saratoga were not in harbor or within striking distance of the Japanese carrier planes or the Battle of Midway may have never even be more than a minor scuffle.

The battle of the Coral Sea lost and in particular the moral boosting attack on Tokyo by bombers launched from the U. S. S. Hornet just a few months after the attack on Pearl may never have happened.

If you have a political leaning you may blame the Roosevelt Administration for not being prepared but as noted in the Wikipedia Article a total of 30 pages.

I've had little time to do an in-depth reading of this marvelous account you should search simply as December 7, 1941 on the wikipedia site and read for yourself the accounts not only of the attack and it's aftermath with the loss of human life and Naval, Air and ground forces also read background to the conflict that detail the events leading up to the attack that paint a picture of a Roosevelt Administration already under pressure as you have to know without even researching the federal governments financial condition due to the long and devastating effects of the multi-layered depression that had started in 1929 as well as the natural effects of the droughts in the plains that are commonly referred to as the "dust bowls" our country was making efforts to prepare with little capital do so!

I remember my grandfather Sauce telling me of the anxiety and panic in those days and weeks following the attack as the West coast of the United States prepared for a possible invasion that very well vould have occurred at some point from the 12-07-41 attack forward as you research the details and read the accounts yourself.


I remember grand-daddy Sauce talking of being in basic training in southern California or very near there stories I wish I had listened more intently on but the one thing that always stuck in my mind was him telling of the Army using horses to pull the Artillery even at that late date in history!

I had been told stories of the Japanese government buying all the scrap steel it could to build it's military and prepare for a war against what I thought was The United States of America and that Hitler had asked the Japanese to delay their actions to give the German forces the time to subdue Great Britain.

I did not know until scanning this wikipedia article that our President's cutting off sales of oil to the Japanaese as well as shipments of airplanes, parts, machine tools and aviation gasoline as early as 1940 when Japan had invaded French Indochina was an important lead up to action by the Imperial Japanese Regime!

The Imperial government of Japan as stated didn't take such a halt in sales of the listed supplies as anything but an unfriendly act which as I scan the article I see that prevailing sentiment in Washington was that would be perceived as a provocation!


I'm sure many sleepless nights were had in making those decisions to sanction as it would be called now, a country intent on doing it's part in being a successful partner in an Axis of Evil some feel is inconceivable for some Today to perceive as possible in the modern age with our almost seemingly instant knowledge of the actions of this planets nations through our technological advantage until your see, read or hear of the news reports of how easy it is to simply hack into our national computer network that only a few days ago was stated by some one in our nations military as a waste of use against such a nat as the wiki leaks situation.

The wiki leaks situation has me with feeling thoughts of damn sometimes it is just what the public needs is a dose of the truth it may not be seen as ready to handle and then my thoughts turn to the fact exactly how much damage can the truth cause in a world where China a personal favorite of mine to extol as a friendly that has such an investment in our economy and destiny that surely they would not be found to be attacking or condoning the attack against Google that most assuredly has occurred with the consent and knowledge of the country's leaders!

My patriotism is toward what keeps us free which in my opinion is first and foremost a Free Press and a strong military that is capable of not being caught off guard as we were the morning of December 7, 1941!

Are you my friends of the opinion as I am that we seem to be trying to control the actions of the world and spreading ourselves a little thin lately with somethat almost coming as if it were meant to be or coordinated in some because we find ourselves in some ways in a similar situation as we did on that fateful morning!

The one arm of our military that can bring timely pressure on a rogue or testy nation is our Naval forces and the mighty carrier task forces we can project because we have numbers unlike we did in late 1941!

The second arm of our military to be able project power in such a fashion would be the Air force a fact that makes having the capability to refuel those forces in the air an even more crucial element that should have already began but due to delays has put us in the position of having 40 year-old planes of unknown numbers to me available and I'm sure with some research I as well as you and our enemies which may not be our enemies in the true sense as of yet but if our economy is further delayed in recovering by high fuel prices which in my mind are a much more threatening issue to our economic recovery than a 2 % cut in payroll taxes when a large percentage of our work force has moved from the payroll to the rolls of unemployed many left off the rolls all together and not counted as unemployed or to the ranks of the self-employed which is the segment of our population that along with agriculture that has built our country!

Only in the last 100 years has industry been the strength of our country with it's decline being almost impossible to overlook to anyone that has in anyway kept up with the news over the last few years!

This fact would almost be impossible to ignore in our preparation for conflicts though not coordinated by an Axis of power such as in WWII with Hitler's ruling Nazis in Germany the Italian fascist government of Mussolini to the eastern arm  of the Axis in Imperial Japans intent on ruling southeast Asia and Western Russia!

Austal corporation's operations in Mobile, Al. and those of Northrupp Grunman in a cooperative effort are years behind just as the production and placing into service of the crucial tankers that Boeing Corporation now has seemingly lost again to the cooperative effort of Northrup Grunman, EADS & Airbus that to our area "Mobile Bay Area" may also be about to come to fruition in producing jobs for both aerospace and maritime shipbuilding long sought after for this area!

The Fast Coastal Operating Ships of Austal Corporation are needed to defend our nation against a gradual loss of it's ability to project power anywhere in the world in as short a time as possible!

Why?

As our President stated only 1% of our population is actually in the military service of this country!

Our carrier battle groups need time to arrive in the area and our our supply lines to develop which have shown their vunerability in Apfganistan to atttack not in the theater of batttle but on supposedly friendly soil as is the case in Pakistan!

Our ground forces could even be increased by what I'm sure would be an unpopular but idea to improve our unemployment numbers by instituting a draft of a type possibly based on a short term enlistment with a couple of years of reserve duty. I say throw some ideas on the table in Washington!
 
As for the attack on Pearl our Naval forces were crippled and the horror of being left helplessly entombed aboard the U. S. S. Arizona which sits on the bottom of Pearl Harbor today as a permenant reminder of what a poor economy and a gradual escalation of the number of hostile nations can lead to; which is all out war and a National debt we may not overcome!

These events could become reality in some foreseeable future and the blame does not lay on the present Adminstration of our country but on the government as a whole over the last ten years beginning with the attacks on the International Trade Center Towers in New York on September 11, 2001.

The decision to invade Iraq a second time and several natural disasters that we have experienced in recent years that not one government agency that I know of has made public as to the extent of the effect those events have had financially.

The decision to invade Iraq on erroneous information for a second time and the combined cost to our economy of the natural disasters we have expereinced namely the hurricanes of 2004 and 2005 you have to dig deep to find except in private organizations such as for example the National Association of Home Builders and Realtors!

Citizens when you consider the increase in gasoline, heating and industrial fuel prices our nation has experienced over the last ten years it is any wonder the population is spent emotionally and financially and mad as hell that anyone would give a tax break to anyone making over 150,000.00 per year unless they were indeed reinvesting profits into facilities.

The question I ask is where has our government been through all of these events and I don't blame one man President bush but his own as I call them "people" and both houses of our congress?

Could we find ourselves over extended? Our own military commanders have softly spoken those words or at least it has been made to seem that way by our national news media a sign that our country's most important foundation of freedom "the free press" has also made things at times seem less than critical even when our financial situation was so critical that our ability to continue our daily operations in the free enterprise system almost came to a stand still in the last months of the Bush administration at which time if not for his own courageous efforts to restart the system our country could easily have gone the way of the old soviet Union after a lengthy arms race with the United States and it's miserable long-term war in the same damn place no one else has had any success!

Afghanistan!

As for Pearl Harbor and the unfortunate and tragic events that unfolded that Sunday morning every American should take the time to read some history of the events leading to that morning and in fact study the efforts of President Roosevelt to prevent our Nation from entering a war before we were ready a mistake that surely would have cost more in lives than not having to have used the Atomic bomb on the civilian and industrial areas of Nagasaki and Hiroshimo!

The ships Austal and Northrupp Grunman plan to build will give our country the ability to project naval power into areas that would need to be secured for operations in deeper waters without threat of submarine attack on scale that might be seen at some point in the future if our nation is not vigilant and the production of the refueling tankers should have already begun to allow our air forces to be on patrol over rogue nations that unfortunately most likely would not have included Iraq under the regime of Saddam Hussein!

We did not have the luxury of the carrier numbers we have today to begin with in WWII but surely the plans for many new ship were on the planning tables and I'm sure now that our nation was on the track to preparing for Japan's entering the war directly against this nation.

In fact President Roosevelt had already authorized and deployed volunteer forces in occupied Manchuria prior to the attack on Pearl Harbor that antagonized if not slowed Japans advance toward complete or almost complete control of south-east Asia in the famous Flying Tigers of which you should also search on Wikipedia at your convenience!


I am sure that God has those men and women that lost their lives that fateful infamous day on December 7, 1941 in his care now regardless of what they were doing hours prior to and especially with their heroism shown in the instances where a few men and women fought bravely in the face of over whelming odds and thank God our carriers were not in harbor that morning as the Japanese planners and commanders had hoped!

In retrospect my only disappointment in our nations response was the lack of preparation in the Philippines where our forces seemingly did not prepare which in no way takes away from the service many thousands of Americans gave both in defending and eventually losing their lives waiting on our forces to fight their way back to those Islands as General Mac Arthur promised upon his retreat from the Island Nation that we proudly call our ally to this day!

I would love to research the individual bravery shown by millions of Americans and allied forces in the second world war but Ensign Joe Taussig, Jr. the only commissioned officer aboard the U. S. S. Nevada that morning back in 1941 and managed to get her limited crew into a position under heavy attack as battleship row was set ablaze with a sky full of overwhelming enemy firepower managed to get underway and moving which must have been noticed by many a American Service man and in doing so ignited what must have been some hope!

Something you can see in the old movie Tora! Tora! Tora! as it is depicted that "one" ship making steam and no disrespect to the fine actors in the modern version but the one scene using modern ships that I recognized the silhouettes as having the look of having been built at Ingalls ship yard in Pascagoula, MS in the 1970's and painted white ruined the modern version for me how about you?

By the way Ensign Joe Taussig, Jr. lost a leg in the action that day as he managed to maneuver with the crew the Nevada to what I think was an eventual grounding to prevent it's destruction and loss!

Wouldn't you have loved to be apart of that defense of our country that beautiful morning on Decmeber 7, 1941 after having spent the evening with a beautiful woman that watched from some distant apartment and hoped that you had served and proudly defended our country and worried if you had survived?

I would have!

What better way to love, live and even die much as the passengers and crew of the plane that went down in Pennsylvania on one man's call for us as a group of civilians to "let's roll" on these SOB's "inserted" for a more accurate view of the state of mind such a group of American's must have held as they possibly overheard that planes destination for use as destructive force that may have dealt our country an unthinkable blow to it's Pride!
