To make money or not! It's hard to do anything under an artillery attack!

Friends worldwide please read this and understand I have a war going on and it would be lovely to have someone contact me that has had the same type assault upon their senses if you still have the technology to communicate with me.


I am using every ounce of my resources to live free, tell the truth, save the the ADHD world and give my family back what was taken away in a sneak attack although my wife said "Cliff there are people that have gone to one of our customers and have said they would run you out of Baldwin County! Months before I took her seriously and realized anyone would want to ruin my life.


My family on the other side "My father purchased and gave me cd's on how to deal with fear and I thought what did he purchase those for as well as he in fact told me that I should quit selling houses.


The bottom-line is this: I my friends was also told by my father that 10 years of taking mini-thins had ruined my life.


Fact is:


Why didn't he hand me a brochure from any ADHD manufactuer? I was only off track for a short time! The man that owned Metabolife could be my star witness as to what happened and why I should never have had to be in a position like I am now with people that have tried to make the idea of me being more than ADD, or ADHD and Depressed so that my posts would not be as they should be and as positive as Ty Pennington's message where he doesn't have to talk about the medicine he talks about the projects or works on projects that speak for themselves with teams that have a local builder that I damn well should know very well considering the tie's our families have!


Why would this contiue to be the big deal it is too me if I weren't telling you the truth? Why would I have to actually read or listen to a CD on "Fear or Anxiety" when I write to the world and tell them this story without fear?


Answer: To let you know that no matter who you are and where you may be that to not medicate for ADD, ADHD or Depression may be the worst possible thing you could ever do and that depression?


You most likely wouldn't be depressed if you had medicated 1st and not with all hell raining down on you in a propaganda attack that rivals none I have ever seen in your home, office and what should be an open and thriving store!


I have saved my silver bullet for this post before I fall off into a week of depression followed by what should be the ability to come out of it with or without ADHD medication but the ADHD is the original and most important item on the list that should be medicated each and every day so that I as a person can have the chance to meet my goals and have back what was once larger than it would be Today.

I would love to take those piano lessons I always wanted too. Maybe auto-cad as well or finish my licensing to inspect home through the U of A. I was scoring well by not cheating the on-line course book when I had Shire's product but it is hard to meet any of your goals with artillary shell falling all around you which in my case to clarify are more like audio leaflets to surrender or die!

I wonder what the populace of our enemies have been able to produce in plant that were so loud they most likely were thinking in WW II "God I hope hear the Air-raid siring before the bombs hit and blow me to pieces and I never see my family again since this leaflet probably is from the country that treats you better than the SOB that came to house with a gun and said be on the line or die!


So I want to pay my sales tax what little have and live free again so I can preach the gospel of "never give up never surrender" so no one has to fight this ADHD war or drug war or lets get to rehab real quick and destroy our life before someone else gets the chance to put us there on house arrest til we die from not being able to have the same inspiration as "Extreme Makeover" does give so many.


I would love to see more people come out of the closet on that premise so people like myself would have the ability to speak the truth and not be led down a path that if they don't take would have left them disabled even if it were only just by 25% at least.


The other tracer fire and rubbish that my family has added to this story was once admonished to us by a well that thought would be have to be left right where it is "the one I just was about write" that is an ADHD person's most likely way of dieing and that is to tell the truth about the wrong subject which they don't know as the truth only the chance by percentage which is 50/50.


I may be led astray on a subject in the isolation of the last few years and each time I leave and come back I feel the most relief because the world as a whole lives in a free and at times open discussion and when you visit my store you do me tremendous good if you aren't the one sent in to tell me to NOT open a business now because times are bad because I know that is not always the time to quit.


I am sorry I couldn't have finished the last post and it was noticed when I printed it even under assault- For God's sakes my friends in the media don't allow the lie to perpetrated that people may take as the truth that a person can't be successful on a pill.


I was and then I was led astray but only under pressure that would make any man fall but I just try to live long enough to see someone offer openly a system that builds "Will power" in short period of time that would make it possible for many of us to take a short break before it is years later and we are still being milked of our inheritance!


There are so many people working to have a something to pass on to their families that includes the Chapter that is more like Senator McCain's taking a air wing and working it to the point all the planes flew for review when no one said it was possible even if one had the wheels down- Damn-it!


President Clinton you didn't leave the White House until your time was up and your hair was much grayer than once you when elected and I understand why. I truly do because when you are constantly attacked you will work against all odds not to give up the ship and remain at the helm and be a little testy afterwards because I've been impeached and all that but I have yet to be run out of this county!


They may haul me out dead or alive to shut me up but I'll be damned if it will be for giving up trying to help this country return to what you were able to work out and make happen by being brilliant enough to negotiate and surround yourself with people of the same mind.


Senator McCain your book that I only began to read once I got back on the medication that helped me sit and enjoy a little reading was givin to me at a time that I was under the extreme pressure of building a business but I was perfectly capable of reading the damn book if I had the time and thank you to my ex-wife Valarie for buying it for me so I could confirm with it's reading of my admiration for you!


Admiral Denton's book is on that list of books to read as well when I get a business running on these medications from Shire US and if you want to know the truth if they make the damn medicine I wind up with after two days being bombarded in a test of wills I won't know how effective they are for me until someone thinks enough of me to shut off the test of wills program and says peace man let's work together to see if you deserve to have that fourth chance in life you have fought long and hard to have!


I made them work for me by controlling the dosage through trial and error something I wish no one would have to suffer through or I would advocate they be available again. In fact I do advocate them being sold in small quantity's with a public service announcement to see your doctor if they give you any ability to work for anything other than Asthma! Off-label yeah you damn right. Lord I've been conditioned to feel every word is a sin and every thought is not mine and every attempt to save my life is in vain and that my life doesn't matter well it does to most people each one so that they can improve the live's of their families not be punished for every move they make because hell I'm not superman but I have- Damn dog! Oh not mine. The one that just barked somewhere else well how many years of abuse on you does it take to break a man?

I don't know but hail Shire and call me to let me know I'm not a fool for trusting you if you have had one patient harassed as you advertised and if not you that advertised it then God sue the bastard's!

The one caller putting down the one I called what if it were a small minority that claimed to be the majority that did that to anyone in the even phone book that broke the bonds of privacy?

That is why I called and why did I wok 5 days straight to get on the internet? To do what I'm doing now and to finish a post properly and advertise these companies that have so graciously responded until I raise the capital to have their products in my shop for the person on the go!

I'm finished until someone comes up with a better more compassionate way of treating someone and allowing them to be what they are. As my son just said you need to go to work. Well my pride is to do and work my plan at all costs because freedom depends on it if I have to die of old age supporting it with all my effort!

He doesn't understand so don't hold it against him because he wasn't allowed to ride with me and learn a life lessons of how much enjoyment we get out of doing what we love!

My oldest son did ride with me and my brother-in-law didn't only because I was under much more pressure to have him on another course but I know he would have been right there with me like in the picture on Facebook!

One night in Jackson Al. with no pressure to answer a Nextel we slipped and slid through the mud in my GMC Sierra to get something done and laughed the whole damn time while working in the dark and cold not to mention again wet conditions.

Man What else could I ask for than that life back?

I now have so many people either trying to tell me I was crazy then and now or trying to get me out and about but this message is more important because in a few weeks without anything that will do much more than keep me from climbing the walls well that's confusing as hell so ask me to lay it out or just give someone in your life a chance to prove themselves and defend the right to Peace and quiet!

Please don't advocate any testing except that which can be done in a few minutes or a couple of days out patient and don't give people hell unless they really deserve it based on real documentation from your superior not as volunteer that has no idea of what is in a person's heart!

I have worked hard to make money and please God let's get this out to the world!

Last night an Angel this morning a ridiculous excuse for a sales pitch!

Friends.

Last night I talked with an Angel at Shire. This morning a person obviously promoting a non-truth called to pitch one in the dirt for Barr! I hate to see such a person claim employment, knowledge and then make a claim of Shire Pharm owning, producing and selling an inferior product from it's own facility the generic made by Barr that many have said is as so! Hell no it aint Adderall XR by Shire and if you haven't compared the two you should and afterwards call your family members that depend on life saving medications and tell them that I am either a liar or that good lord "dear loved one" how much more would cost for your Name brand Trade mark originally researched and developed medication? Then help them buy it or ask them too so they have the benefit of it's life saving effect if that is the case!

I wrote a piece a couple of months ago when I spent the additional money and was so thrilled to have the chance to remind myself what I had already known to begin with that I stopped by my doctor's office and gave my doctor's nurse a hug upon finding the Shire product in Mobile and experiencing not only no ill physical effects but clear and present positive effects that I haven't known in months and that doctor had specifically told me would be the case if I had the Shire product as another reminder in writing on my prescription only a month prior only to have that blown off locally by a person in a pharmacy. Lord I wish them no ill will but the caller Today?

A Shire representative this morning had choice words for such a person to make such a claim in call that too me at first was just seen as harassment by communication- they used another term more intense in it's legal nature but that is for the Company officials to decide when the message and phone number is passed to them Today!

The piece I wrote a couple of months ago or so wasn't my best writing now that have reread it but who the hell knows as Senator McCain mentioned in a tweet concerning his concern over cyber terror and my reply "God Speed" because I have enough trouble keeping my sites up and after rereading my piece I wish I had the money to make an original copy of each of my posts but the bottom-line is Shire will help you work, Love and relate and their other research projects may save someone's life but I'm just a home-builder on his home computer letting people know a true story and it goes back many years but right now Shire is trying to save only a part of life and I as a democrat applaud the Medicare for approving the use of a drug that cost 93,000.00 to extend a man's life 4 month's by having the use of a drug for prostrate cancer!

I hope the FDA is getting the message loud and clear that we want to live, work, love and relate to our family member's as well and as long as possible when they are involved in the Health Care Debate!

Senator McCain I enjoy your writing and thanks to shire I can do that on a prescription medication as well as on the over the counter medication that is no longer available in my state that may have cost me some sleep but sure helped me sit, focus, concentrate and do so at home and at work or jump up and handle a project or problem in a calm well thought out way that enhanced my life and that of my families for quite a few years back in the 90's and until someone thought a few nights of rest were worth the loss of a dream business and family over the old belief that a man or woman could handle any issue without such a medication.

Now let's save the lives of those that are afraid of admitting they are ADD, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, Depressed or otherwise by erasing the idea that self-medication of any kind is a crime and a shame and let those people feel comfort in the fact one pill isn't going to become just an addiction to relieve addiction whatever it may be and afford people the benifit of the doubt on television in our news reports by an official government stance that yes we may be doing something the wrong way but it's okay to ask for help and not a life of constant pressure to say our life has been something it has not!

How many millions of you out there feel this way? I hope I get this out and it is understood as not a message of let's let people on the street manage those conditions with medications that someone conjured up or had to figure out by trial and error over the counter but a message that it's okay to take medication now that will make life in hindsight and to our families seem much more of a joy than a subject to use as one to talk about each other at family gatherings when in the later times in our life we will have to not feel fear when told this drug we must take will cure a disease that we can't see but our symptoms and test results show may kill us or in fact will do so!

I for one hope we all can be as the congressman I wish I could recall his name and stand up now for everyone's right to be treated as possibly not in the narrow 10% as drug addicts but just mis or undiagnosed!
Over the counter or at the health food and herbal medication store or even if so forced by being overlooked in the decisions of the FDA. That 10% may not need a drug but what if 40% of us do? Do you want to be told your whole life of success was a mistake in judgement or do you want to be given the benefit of the doubt?

I for one do and hopefully have proved my point in my life so that I can move forward as I wish I may have several years ago and many years ago if I had the encouragement for myself as well as my family members that I even discounted as not being just ADHD!

I just got lucky in my own trial and error early on enough to have a footing have you found yours? Make sure you have and those that you love so that fear of a doctor prescribing a medication is all you have to worry about and not of a few taking you as drug addict when they themselves need the same help!

If you stand up as I have done don't think it won't be considered by some as wrong but your children may not have to face that same idea that you were wrong from the start if you do stand up!

you might look bi-polar if you stand up one way or another but if you are then maybe it would work out okay I just hate the expression because that was made into a mountain in my life that has taken unusual actions on my part to prove as a bunch of crap but there I go! Lord thank god I'm just ADHD and recovering from depression from my fight and I hope your life turns out well enough that you can only count a couple of issues to worry about other than living life!

Sorry I haven't had time to research the latest ways to derail the ADHD mind cause I'm still dealing with the one's that somebody said don't exist as human as human!

Cause we make up a pretty large block of this world's population and of course this countries so if we go down as a race of mammels it might just hurt you where it hurts the most!

Who knows the President in twenty years might be a black-Indian woman that is ADHD and was born in the 52nd State of Polynesia and that would be a shame especially if she's a lesbian that does'nt hate the rest of us!

I want you too know that I appreciate the support that many of you have shown me in whatever way that may be shown.

The last three months plus and especially the last few weeks experience with medication that has been 100% not as it is advertised or that has functioned as it has in the past has been very disappointing to me.
I have had such poor results with a generic medication made by Barr that is substituted for Adderall short-acting that apparently is not available by Shire with the trade mark hollowed A but is shown to be available on WebMd and undoubetedly had been considered as still available by my doctor that indeed was not available at Wal-mart as well as the fact it was not intended that I should be on this medication for more than a month to save money has been disastrous.
To top off the situation I have been working to become a Vyvanse patient to no conclusion other than too have it prescribed a few days ago and at the 70mg dosage now offered which I had expected to be similiar in symptom control and results to 35mg and 50mg vyvanse that I had been prescribed previously that had worked exactly as it had been researched to function - did not function in anyway as expected and in fact after it was left unattended in my home in fact did not function at all as it had previously has been another disastrous event to say the least.
Adderall XR in a two dose or even three dose level of 60mg in the brand name by Shire has in fact been the most effective in my case.
I still have the feeling Vyvanse in some form at the higher 70 mg to 90 mg dose once a day should be and would be effective but unfortunately I was not afforded the opportuntiy to see those results for at least a couple of reasons!
The medications are marked a particular way according to the manufacturer's guidelines and in the past I have had problems with those markings being as listed and problems with the medication to boot.
I can't stress to you enough how important it is for you too make sure that your medication is safe and secure in your home if you have anyone that does not share your expectations or understand your expectations based on experience from past prescriptions or what your expectations are for yourself & your doctor's!
As for me when a medication such as an ADHD medication does not perform as expected there has to be a good reason for it so report it too your doctor and your pharmecuetical company as per their guidelines!
Bin Laden had it made compared to my situation especially if he was not under pressure from any outside distractions that have gone to extremes in my case that make me look very much in misery if I get out at all! Heck he must not had much noise in the house being used to punish or change his state of mind since it was just said he had 5 wives living with him!
You would think one of them would have said to hell with this torment being directed into this house, I'm leaving!
My wife and children left and it worked out better for them because the harrassment and torment leveled at me and that is used in this country in some cases without our knowledge of the reasons and is called mind talk among some poor individuals is absolutley the most miserable thing a person that is driven to get something done could possibly imagine!
I've seen it several times in official areas and it is almost unbearable!
That is my reason for offering thanks to anyone that understands such actions and what it can produce that is so mmiserable I've seen people cry their eyes out and not have any way to help them!

I have felt so miserable that today I purchased some of my old ADHD medication over the counter Today that has a nauseating cough medicine included that as stated previously worked to perfection for me for over ten years in the 90's and early part of this century and has in fact made me feel much better which is a ridiculous result for God's sakes!

That has to indicate some kind of adulteration of my medication after it has left the pharmacy I hope!

Is dead! Hell Yes. I'm sure your as happy as I am that this man is dead because he was responsible for making the beginning of this Century an awful experience to say the least for so many people during the last decade not to mention the the death of so many Americans!


Thank you to our CIA, Military and to the President for making the death of this individual that has caused us all so much trouble I just don't know what to say other than Obama good riddance!

Thank God for the Internet and our ability to tell our stories that let people know the truth from their point of view.

Life is funny that way I guess because without our freedoms it sure would be tough to turn a life around that has been wronged.

I hate to preach or wine as some may call it but I'm not I just have a true story of basically working my self half to death like most Americans and I know the rest of the world too but I'm not in another part of the world.

I sometimes wish I could do just that visit another place on this planet but it can't be done again until I help someone and in doing so help myself and that is to some selfish from what I understand but not if ou tell the truth and I'm right here never left and actually have been within 10 miles of Mobile Bay my entire life.

Well that is to live. I've been a few places and down some dirt roads which is just a saying if your not from here or over there but anyhow I'm glad to be ADHD because it gives me a cause to personally work on within my own life and with a little more hard work I'll help somebody and in doing so I'll be alijed!

Vyvanse is the medication to save us until I can find enough wrong with it too say damn this medication aint right but since I haven't had that problem with over the counter medications in the paor much else for that matter regardless of the song as it may go there is no reason for you to think you have to worry about the same thing in anyone's life!

You know how I can say that with a straight face because it's true. Someone else might not like my life or the way I live, love or strive to talk the truth but "what the hell yall"!

Today has been quite positive and informative not to mention.. I met and enjoyed conversing with a very nice, intelligent and attractive I might add individual that should be able to correct some issues with my two sites.

I only vaguely describe the person as like they said upon leaving my office "Let's get all these issues worked out before we advertise our abilities" unquote!

I certainly feel like we made progress so that is what matters and we will give credit where credit is due when given the green light so to speak.

I want to write on a particular subject this afternoon that I had planned to have ready for posting prior to Today as today is of course the first day that will live in infamy as our once brilliant and disabled but very capable President Franklin Roosevelt described it upon the Nation learning of the attack on Pearl Harbor on this date December 7, 1941!

I'll try to get it done before hopefully most of you get home from work or if your are already home by 7 or 8 pm as it is a date that has lived in infamy and I might get embroiled in watching TORA! TORA! TORA! the original version if I wait to late!

God Bless those members of our country that lived, fought and died or were wounded that day and their families just as we do the one's that did the same on September 11, 2001!

Friends and foe alike,

I guess it is time for some of my wisdom If you can do something for yourself that you hope everyone else can do for themselves but find you haven't done such a great job you say that very set of words that make us all cringe.

I haven't done that great a job and right now it's raining something on me and it may be warranted. It may not as well but who the "hell really knows"?

I wanted to offer you some chance of having some holiday cheer by offering a link to Zoosk but just in case I screw it up there might be something to something I've always thought and that is that it is wonderful to have a family and the woman that helped you well God she did all the work so she should be given something more than whatever I can offer and I don't expect any sympathy because I do feel I could have offered more than I am being allowed. Now that sounds ridiculous to me and it should to you but what the truth is I'm just not sure I can tell you of right now so have a good day and thank your-self for whatever you have and hope you get to have it to share with someone that loves you!

You know in closing I really don't feel I have had a fair shake around here but who knows by the time I got to where you are I might have to answer the same questions again to prove something that without the documents that you most certainly need with me at the time you wouldn't believe me and neither would I you. That is a shame now isn't it. I better go because it is getting a little weird around here and I'm the nut. At that is the story I don't believe and never really have. Ladies be wary of us men because we are pretty dense sometimes.

Folks I've been busier than a earth worm in a fire ant bed!

I guess some of you have other ideas about me and everybody else or you wouldn't be human but I have had it going on and if I ever get caught up maybe we can all fit in my Negus and go Fishing.

The main thing is staying caught up in life and to be honest I like to be one step ahead of the fire that chases us all around that are trying to do something.

I'm happy for the times I have that make me grateful to be alive but I would love to have another ADHD woman in my life. I've had two maybe both ADHD and we just worked like a charm but that's history now and I may sound kinda melancholy but we all have some reason to feel that way some times and someone said on Television that we had the right to laugh the other day and I thought "Thank God"!

In fact no offense to CNN but I've had to get away from that Television as much as possible because things may be bad but they aren't as bad as they have been in the last few years.

I hope some of you haven't seen any real hard times in the last decade or so and I know that maybe there were some that had it better than others in the 30's too and the 40's and 50's but enough didn't that we all are eager to see the 90's again!

I for one want my kids to see it like it was then and kinda into this decade not to be vague on the subject but it was kinda like a blur for some of us that were building houses like they were going out of style.

Some folks blame some of my issues on the home-building business but it was the best time in my life no doubt about it! I'm glad to see a few going up here and there and that is about it too!

If you get the chance one-day have someone build you a house and find a builder that handles it all and has a track record for making life as easy for you as possible so you can enjoy it. I know it is a thrill and a rush like you wouldn't beleive just to be involved in the process of having ten or twelve going at a time!

Christmas is wonderful if we haven't had any storms because ever builder I know that was worth his salt wanted to have people in their house for christmas be it possible under normal human conditions or not!

Anyway have a nice evening and maybe tomorrow will be as nice as Today. If I didn't need the income I would go see the air show that may be this week-end because it is just about a 180 degree difference from the summer shows. I'm sure you know if you have lived on the coast long enough.

A different day it has been indeed!

Friends and foe alike,

Today has been a much better day and it is strictly because of the medication and that's about it.

I decided to bring myself up to the level as prescribed by my doctor on my Adderall XR and the results have been as usual- wonderful!

I feel more like myself and as previously stated that is your perceived "State of mind".

Now what have I accomplished?

1.)I've posted some blogs.
2.)Read some things from a couple of different books
3.)Abstained from having to have any nerve pills until about 15 minutes ago when I felt the need to take 1/2 a clonazepam which is said to be for panic disorder but it more like a valium than a Zanaz that is in my own opinion.
4.) I also worked on monetizing this blog through the advertised sources but that may take a little more time and effort than I have been able to have to this point.

Amphetamins? Hopefully you read my earlier blog and you know my stance on some things even better than before.

I haven't started any building projects! Laughing!

My coaching has been not bad at times but at others it seems more like an interogation! Laughing!

What else could you call it but coaching with an attempt to disrupt. The attempt to disrupt does eventually get you to the point you might need a nerve pill!

don't be concerned for me but if you are ADD or ADHD and are having trouble making it in this life without medication please consider it but do so with the knowledge their are some that will test your limits of endurance in ways you never thought  possible!

There are parts of the book I'm reading that if truth be known I'd have finished long ago if not for some attempts to accomplish something by someone other than myself and I don't have one problem not naming names because it really doesn't seem to matter!

What's going on in my life is bigger than me and that is about all there is too it!

I am trying to keep it or they or whomever would infringe upon a person civil rights from destroying my life and that of those I love by preventing me from being the person I can be!

Who knows what the outcome will be but it should never in anyone's life be to surrender in anyway, shape or form especially to take your own life so please if you ever are faced with such pressure to go against your belief's don't do that one thing that once you are gone no one will be there to defend your honor!

I meant no disregard for those that have been left behind by such actions as stated but for those that would contemplate such action against there own self- life and time between you and your tormentors will heal some wounds you might think now as mortal!

Now who among us would want to do such a thing as leave people behind to live with and try to defend our honor in the first place?

Yall just have to read some of the book I'll post with this blog even though it's old school to some of our young professionals it is right!

If you find that it was written for you don't worry that is a good thing!

Good Morning Planet......Memories of Jamaica as well as Chinese and American History!

Friends and Foe alike,

I don't know what kind of day this will be. Lonely or inclusive!

I'm tired today for good reason who knows if it was even for a bad reason.

I'm not depressed. I didn't intentionally stay up all night trying to get rich quick or save a wonderful life- business, family and security!

I didn't take "my Adderall" late in fact I took it too damn early for just one a day which don't tell anyone but I meant it yesterday when I said the squirrels and Today I'm adding one Heck of a fine Yorkshire Terrier on my list that I wish could talk!

I didn't really pay attention to the game last night like I would want too if I were a reporter. Thus the short but sincere post on North Carolina! No I'm not gay I'm just a man that enjoys competition especially now that I'm older and so-called wiser!

I have no problem with anyone that is Gay, I'm just not so when I show the caring side of me or the sentimental side it may be over War or competition especially if you have overcome the odds!

I did stay at the Hotel California last night and if you know what that means then you have been there! Yes I have been there just Bama style and it the one in California!

Well she is a fine dog but she is wanting to go for a ride or wants some breakfast and I'm either worn out from taking too much Diphenhydramine laced Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen which normally two will do it!

Like I said if you haven't been there you don't know!

As for me the best place I've ever been in my life was to Jamaica where I met people from all over the world like me on a budget and for God's sakes if you haven't been you need to go! Your eyes will be opened to a world that has much less worry except your cell phone doesn't work so you'll worry what's going on with your Company!

If you don't bob Marley then you wouldn't like me much or Jamaica but you try it because it like said it is whole different world with a KFC that you don't won't to visit anyway!

Why? Because the food is so damn good it will bring tears eyes literally that is what the bread fruit for! Everything else is so pure you'd think you'd died and gone to heaven, the Tea taste like cool-aid and I didn't see any pine trees but damn the pine was so fresh in the air you'd have thought you had cut a tree down!

You want to bring some the Island back with you but like they say they say at the Airport in Montego Bay just past Margarittaville "don't worry maan" your not in States anymore upon arrival!

You think "worried I didn't ask anyway?" But I'm sure glad you it brought up; and you and you and you and every body else you meet!

I wondered why on the standing room only plane why everybody was so excited because it was like I had just left a war I was involved in winning but was worn out from and needed some R & R back home in Alabama!

Flying over Cuba I looked down and thought they are our enemy and on the way back was sorry I didn't look back down because I was asleep and say damn they must not be our enemy!

Getting back to Jamaica literally and mentally... On the plane there was a person. Well I am back States you know! Laughing! That had one the lottery and was taking their whole family, friends and town back!

Another was an attorney that owned a home on the Island Nation and I wondered to myself "could it be that wonderful"?

Like I said you do have go to know! The place you want to go is anywhere outside of the confines of the resorts that are more like little plantations in coves that line the Coast each with it's own resort some for people that I'm too old to even buy a room!

If you are faint of heart don't worry maan this the way drive! So you hold on to your petrified woman or significant other and try to calm their fears but even the Mack Truck scared the hell out of me! I finally told the cab driver yeah let me stop at that next roadside bar have a drink and yes I will take one those papers you offered me!  To read , okay!

I really don't like beer to much except Budweiser Michelob to be exact but Red Stripe aint bad but the rum is much better! Appleton's is rum of the Island. I like Myer's myself dark! The light rum makes my belly ache! I learned that prior to that trip when my wife and I would come home after a day out on the boat and she'd make Strawberry Daquairri's and on an empty stomach I'd get that fire in my belly!

As for the food like I said earlier get out and let your cab driver take you to the place you want to go and don't be afraid maan because I was timid and didn't take the trip into the mountains to meet the country people after we left the restaurant I had asked him to pick that would let us have a taste of "the real" food because I thought the food at the resort was laced with Exctasy it tasted so good and different!

The problem is and the reason I wanted to but a house down there just like the attorney owned as a vacation and investment property is was or whatever that the food away from the resort is almost better well it is but don't let that sound derogatory to the Couple's Resort in Ochio Rios because it isn't meant to be!

The French Toast was so dang good I for the first time in my life didn't really need any butter or syrup on it but you could drink it and the butter tasted like well it was better than Land-o-Lakes and that is if you know saying something!

Aunt Jemima must have been from Jamaica but she don't have same stuff here in the States!

So if anybody ever threatens Jamaica we outa nuke 'em!

Laughing! We are the only country in the world that could destroy something beautiful to save it! Go figure! Let your imagination run wild!

God Bless America though and the freedoms we have left because maybe we can recover some that were lost to bat wielding woman about 100 years ago! Thank God some of us get a second chance because no offense but she might need it!

Sears knows what I'm talking about and some of the young people need to know the truth of this world before they get too old too enjoy what God gave us!

If you are young go find some old books to read before we make China our mortal enemy for no good reason at all!

The truth be known the Great Wall was built to protect and keep out China's enemy's not to keep their armies in! God help our country because we can't even build a fence to keep people out that we might want here in first place if they have come in an organized manner!

To my ADHD Friends: One thing you can count on as a problem!

Me and Boo woke up to the crack and boom of thunder, Thank god for the rain!

Look if you are ADHD the last thing you ever want to do is drink hot caffeinated coffee before you take your Adderall XR!

Yesterday I didn't drink a drop of coffee and the damn stuff (Adderall Xr by whomever) worked for a short time and I was able to sit and read which is one of the dad-gum symptoms that we all try to explain and a good doctor understands!

Repeat: No hot caffeinated coffee!

Why I can drink Cokes and have nicotine is another puzzle to unscramble so our short memories on our addictions  is a real issue~!

The head-less horseman was most likely ADHD! Go figure.

The whole squirrel in realtion to ADHD is this:

If you watch a dad-gum squirrel, he or she can do two things:

I.) Stop and look around while hunting for food!


II.) Run like hell when they need too!


I.) See number one again!

Adult ADHD? Having issues with outside pressure not to treat?

Let's talk frankly about something here that is a seemingly widespread issue but may not be in another area.

ADHD can be treated successfully and life can be returned to the same state it may have been when you were untreated and truthfully didn't have a soul that knew you were legally treating yourself by accident.

If you were please contact me so that I'll know of the 300 million people in our country I'm not the only person thought to be lying about how well my Ephedrine worked before it was ruined by the addition of the cough medication that was added I am unable to spell! If you knew right now I'm laughing that I can't spell the worst thing I've ever endured having to take when I could have been on ADHD meds and not worrying about what may be next in life; to screw things up if I hadn't been just a busy builder taught to fear psychiatrist in the first place!

Friends if you are ADHD we need help on something and you and I both know what it is:

1.) Protecting our free will to make our own decisions of what, when and where we might want to work, play, *love.

2.) Protection from individuals, organizations or official mental health policies that may be only isolated area beliefs that are not the national standard or the general beliefs of any segment of the populice not neccessarily the majority that is uninformed on the subject of ADHD.

*Love: Ask me one day what I've been subjected too on this subject and what my definition is of the word Love!

The Company I once researched at one time discussed this issue on their public website. The statement was in regards to children and the tendency that people in their lives that may not beleive in ADHD and change their dosing by not giving them the noon dose of ritalin. The stated reason Concerta was developed and marketed as once a day ADHD control medication that I know of only two person's that claim to have been prescribed. The bottom-line is that if you know of my life story I was one of those people that didn't beleive at one time in my life in ADHD and with-held treatment on week-ends with my oldest son when he stayed at my house at my request -a foolish thing to do I admit and have told him now that he is an adult! Regardless of if it were the right medication or not in my opinion because I was uneducated a statement I have never made in this context.

I was the fool considering my own youthful experimentation on occasion that thankfully was in fact cured by the accidental use of an over the counter medication that everyone is hoping I die of so they can blame it when it could be some of this other medication I have been fed. Since losing it before being educated on the subject of ADHD out of desperation so that I could speak with my doctor in some way, shape or form that would lead to the truth sooner to help me do what I'm doing right now!

An outrageous Idea: Form an organization that's sole purpose would be to visit or possibly live with an ADHD adult for a 30 day period to do two things:

1.) To protect an individual from outside interference in their ADHD treatment.
2.) To by positive reinforcement help the adult patient maintain notes and compliance that makes their quality of life improved and helps them to lives worth living on a schedule that is consistant with an average life as lived in this country on a daily basis in a natural but somewhat sterile enviroment.

Living alone I thought would work at one time for 30 days if it could be without outside interference but that has not been protected in any way shape or form!

I have a police report where I have asked for such protection only to be scolded when I mentioned Adderall.

Idea: A seminar that our police could be involved in that would explain the newer and more difficult ways that a person can be harassed or have such interference disrupt their lives by either side of the fence with regard to such medications and their use. Separating street drugs from prescribed medications that are meant to help if not interfered with for any reason by technological harassment by communication.

It has taken me hours to write this because my computer has slowed down so much!

Be some kind of success that makes everyone around you take notice and wonder what is this person's story that they are having such accomplishments against odds that were assumed impossible & just smile and take it as a compliment to see in their eyes amazement and do it with class not arrogance only a personal uplifting of your spirit!

Remember if you are a little older that it was done before most of these people knew you and became involved to begin with! Keep it too yourself unless someone in your life helped you to make it happen!
