Some things that we see and learn from our loved one's is enough to drive us insane and when it is on purpose it doesn't matter who the hell it really is that is doing the damage!

We both each side winds up doing each other in, in some sort of way shape or fashion and that is the truth of the matter and when you get a few more involved that look at everything from the stand point of it's either daylight or dark they miss out on the two best times of the damn day!

I love my parents and everyone else in my family and have some respect for some other people that a certain percentage of people would call me insane for but I hope the majority of you would feel like I do and that is to Love someone until they kill you!

Now I did my part as gently as possible in a situation that I know isn't right but it isn't one that I need any help figuring out is wrong I just don't need any more testing to see if I know that there is something wrong because as you know I made up my mind a long time ago what had made my life better and if it means everyone else might see me die a year earlier then I'm just like every other man or woman that strives for something in life and say to hell with laying down but you can be forced down and then made to look like you don't realize your are doing it over and over but this is America and we don't lay down but just long enough to find the strenght in something to get up and it might be a stick in some people's case!

Good Sunday Morning! I just got the hell up!

Friends,

I'm sick and my dog is sick this morning so were both sick as dogs!

Now let me share a little bit of knowledge with you that I thought of as I was laying in the damn bed trying to wake up and realizing i sick physically.

There is a lie in this woorld and it's made up of so many to produce one result that it almost makes you sicker!

It's bi-polar disorder!

You know what the hell I am?

I'm ADHD have self-medicated for it for 15 damn years and have trouble dealing with a damn schedule that a one damn pill a day regimen set you up for because the damn one pill a day makes you feel like shit off and on most of the damn day and at least when I self medicated I could regulate not just the pschologicial effects of medicine that are where the beneifits are but the the damn physical effects I didn't even experience until the damn company that made the Mini-thins, Two-way's eventually and the other one I can't remember screwed up what was once just a white cross!

For you that have no clue what a white cross is it just was a little white pill designed so you four square the damn thing! It had no damn cough medication in it and had NO damn side- effects other than to focus you like a laser beam and provide you with the ability to MULTI-TASK!

That is because as stated in the first part of my message to the Damn world as stated above is that the damn Ephedrine had no cough medicine added from the beginning so there was NO need to call it a Damn Two-way! They are damn poison to an ADHD person!

PHYSICAL poison!

The damn Asthma label was the cover for us ADHD souls BUT OFF-LABEL ONE-WAY OR THE OTHER THE DAMN STUFF WAS A SAVING GRACE FOR ME REGARDLESS OF IF IT KILLS ME OR NOT!

YES IT FOR ASTHMA'S IT JUST DOESN'T CAUSE DROWSINESS FOR EVERY DAMN BODY FOR SOME IT GETS US FROM POINT A TO POINT B ALIVE AND FOR OTHER IT HELPS US BREATHE AND FOR OTHERS IT HELPS US MULTI-TASK AND FOR OTHER THAT HAVE SOME TROUBLE SITTING AND READING SOMETHING YOU DON'T WANT TO READ IT HELP WITH THAT TOO!

NOW back to bi-polar mis-disorder! GOD save Mr. KENNEDY regardless of if he is younger BUT don't cop-out on that craping medication because you can be angry at something in this world and NOT be a MANIC-DEPRESSIVE AND KILL SOMEBODY THAT DOESN'T DESERVE TO DIE!

Other wise we wouldn't have a military they would all be on BI-POLAR medication and they would just be much more likely to become SUICIDE BOMBERS!

NEVER ASK FOR A MOOD STABILIZER UNLESS YOU HAVE LOST YOUR MIND! ONCE IT WEARS OFF YOUR MAD AS HELL!

MAD means ANGRY!
DEPRESSED means SAD!
GAY means HAPPY!
LESBIAN means will work either WAY!
HOMOSEXUAL means whatever you want it too mean!

And yes my friends you all are welcome in the military of the future except the people that cop-out and claim to be Bi-polar because if you claim it then you want some drugs!

If you are ADD or ADHD you don't most likely want the drugs for anything but to accomplish something and to tell the truth unless you are surrounded cut-off and outnumbered you most likely wouldn't be a suicide bomber you would most likely come out of that FOX hole and attack with you guns a blazing and that is relative to your situation because we are NOT dumb we might make a quick decision that makes us a hero or villian especially if we aren't on our ADHD medication that gives us a little advantage in every way, shape or form!

The bottom line is if we aren't helped as children to treat our ADHD then we most likely get punished for our conduct from time to time and some of us were a little more defiant than others!

Yes it hard to tell us what to do unless you are a genius with people and I've had the good fortune of having those people in my life and the medication that made my life worth living and I could detail it from now til dooms day and some dumb ass would call me out on it because they are stupid!

Now are ADHD people more likely to be a problem in the manner in which they manage their medication?

Maybe not if they begin at a younger age!

The rest of us are seen as just Damn drug addicts by the people on the planet that do something else and hide it like their life depends on it until they are found out and they just take up the cause of what works for them!

If someone calls and says do you smoke weed or condone the use of drugs just ask them to be specific!

As for me I'm in that 78% that just says "to hell with it" I just really want a nice loving person that is in the same DAMN 78% as me!

Why George Carlin? He told the truth in an irreverant manner that made you laugh your ass off!

It may not have been phonetically, grammitically, politically or for that matter spelled correctly in each and every instance but it was okay by me but no offense oh that's right I was simply saying I'm just glad to be alive but don't take that seriously or the wrong way either- just blame it on my genes, my preference to do something I used to do that served me well and God it was legal no offense to President Clinton and President Bush's FDA that took that herb away from us and no offense to anyone that holds it in disregard or thinks it has harmed anyone but Damn it was nice to be on when I wanted to be on and off when I wanted to!

you know how I feel about the deal I just happened to start taking the damn things on a regular basis about the same time or a little after in some legal, way shape or form as someone I've never met and that happens to be someoen my ex-wife and I used to enjoying watching on Sunday morning before church remodel something!


I like to remodel, build, talk about it, make it happen and hug my former clients like I got a chance to do this morning at Wal-mart! thank god you didn't throw anything at me cause that would have meant my sales pitch had back fired and become reality! huh?

At the risk of getting arrested for Blasphemy!

I have sworn to you before several items of interest to the ADHD, ADD and to those that don't believe in such none-sense but I'm going to do it again!

First of all one fact in my life and hopefully it will work in yours as well as it has mine.

When at first you don't succeed try again.

I took 4- count em 4 SudaFed 30mg tablets this morning at 8:45 AM December 1, 2010 and as of writing this I have been under no stress to take a nerve pill although after writing this I might. Joke okay? The last part the 1st part is true!

It almost works as good as the Adderall Xr, Vyvanse or short-acting tablets you can get by prescription and it is NOT illegal in anyway, shape or form!

I don't feel high but I do feel content and have accomplished a couple of tasks so that too me is success!

Give me Hell over it or try it yourself and say Damn somebody but please don't do it on the SudaFed we don't need the bad press!

Concussions, Carbon dioxide poisoning, ADHD, losing your cool, ETC.

Concussions ignored because of Self-medication...............I am a recovering individual that once had it all!

Now I am trying to regain something in my life but that means nothing without some truth.

If you haven't read my page previously then you don't know what happened to me.

I had a wreck the afternoon of the 15th of September 2004 on the way home from working from can to can't worrying and preparing for a storm named Ivan.

I self-medicated for years with a medication that once was legal now is not or at least not without an added anti-histamine commonly found in Robitussin but okay for a cold it just doesn't interact well with my life-long condition now much worse because of a the concussion I suffered but was to Macho and determined to go home and finish my day by boarding my windows which may have been partially boarded but who knows all I know is my son had my truck and was south of me and I was almost home.

My lovely wife at the time and still my lovely wife now only my ex-wife of 19 years at the time but of 24 years at the time of our divorce last summer was on the NexTel with me trying to get me from where I live now and where she lives now.

I fell asleep. Had a single car wreck "thank God" and survived. I'd give God credit for saving my life but my "self-described" beleif in people in certain situations saved my life.

The whole thing get's to me 24/7/365 so let's just say I was on Pollard road in Daphne, Al. my normal path home or one of two or three the least traveled because I hate being stuck in traffic and like to take different routes. Hey, I'm ADHD in the first place and the medicine helps- but it's not a cure all!

Over the counter or not!

The bottom-line is I wonder sometimes if I should have gone to the hospital, called the police or just died right then because before that wreck I had very few times other than what is normal for a normal ADHD person to lose their cool.

If you do have occasion to use a generator near your home be it in a tropical, winter or other situation that requires ventilation make sure you keep the unit away from your house to prevent the fumes from collecting in side the home as we did the night of Ivan and thanks to my wife and children feeling ill it was moved because I myself for whatever reason did not pick up on the other physical and mental feelings that my family was feeling.  

Carbon Dioxide poisoning can, has and will kill you if you fall asleep in such a situation and don't know the part of the house the fumes you may or may not realize congregate until is too late! Too late is death okay!

Once I had that wreck and all Hell broke loose in a slow motion fall of my business I couldn't believe it! I was home-builder with all going my way except the prices and eventually the labor problems I guess we all had.

Another bottom-line is that if you get hit in the head two many times who knows what will happen too you!

Listen to Dr. Sanjay Gupta and maybe he'll let us all in on what happens to a as my wife once put it bascially a nice guy that is ignorant of what his true problem is once he get's hit in the head to many times and was self-medicating with ephedrine and begins trying to cope with not having the pure Ephedrine that is NOT exactly the same as "Pseudo" which should be and is the word defined of the day!

Definition: Pseudo (soo'do) adj. False:sham

No derogatory inference to SudaFed brand or Claritin brand medications and I have only used those as reference because I've tried everything known to man including ginkobiloba various vitamins and stimulants including food to focus, concentrate and otherwise pay attention to what needs attention.

Going to sleep is not my biggest concern except when I'm on one of those stimulants that does motivate the brain only keeps you awake!

Some stimulates as stated work for a short-time then put you too sleep or leave you miserable if you are truly ADD or ADHD!

God Help those of us when we die and go to heaven or get to the gate and ask if we can come in. That is when it is all going to get more interesting or you know that is my weak link but not in my faith just my knowledge.

I do know I should have lost my anger quicker and any of my friends will tell you that I don't or didn't hold grudges and maybe that is my problem or was; Damn who knows? God almighty and our savior which many have yet to know.

I am glad most of the time I missed the pecan trees or I would be dead and if you have had that experience and lived to tell about it you know what I mean if not I'm sorry for you and your families!




I do know your State and mine should be careful about what your problem is and not blame it on what it is not. Go figure that one out in my old posts.


Valerie your not a bitch but I'd be proud to be your son and called a SOB because toughness is a virtue every woman's man wants!

Here comes the ambulance and I hope they pass this time but next time I might need them because those old injuries just get worse- the physical ones okay! Oh well it was the fire Chief!

Don't ask don't tell. I mean it. Don't ask and God I hope I don't tell! An ADHD I think trait!

I hope you like the picture. Hell I hope none of my builder friends were involved! Look close and maybe that is the old foundation or heck maybe the project was moved over a few feet!

P.s.- One question? I passed my test to become a licensed Home Builder in Alabama on the first try! I know the score but what percentage of people actually do that? Pass on the first try!

I'm proud of that because I was taking that crap I had to buy that had 200mg of something else in it that I didn't want as well as the fact that I studied as well as I ever have for any test and worked too but miserable!

Call the Alabama Home Builder's Licensure Board in Montgomery, Al. @ 334--242-2230 and get a list of books. buy your books here or there if depending on the price! Have them send you a package: Tell 'em Cliff sent you!

I'd say call me but I don't answer the phone unless I know you as a customer, friend, builder or I'm on something "that works!

Just for Hell of it ask them if two houses a year is as good as 48 in two! Well I'm capable but they don't want me through default. I was licensed to the end 2005 to screw something up! Ask my customers there oughta be list somewhere but ask the first 60+ that should cover my best times.
