Journal Entry 062212-A: I fell out of bed with charley horse at 4:20 am!

Friends,

I lost the first text version of this post. I hope you enjoy the picture.

I had been saying or writing that I had hoped last nights post of truth and in-justice did not turn you off to my posts.

I had also mentioned the teller at Regions last year that "showed" bravery" un-matched in her effort to warn me of the pre-planned assault on my finances at Regions in Fairhope in June of Last year prior to my poisoning in the fall that was also pre-planned to ruin my ability to meet with an admissions advisor at The University of South Alabama the week before "I was poisoned".

Actually I was poisoned just prior to our planned meeting as stated in last nights post using my own Vyvanse after I arrived home and never made that appointment date.

I have that noise in my ear the right one again and hope to dee Doctor Gacek again.

I just wanted to keep it fresh in my memory and meeting Pastor Johnson last evening brought her actions to the fore-front of my mind.

I woulc never even consider attending collegd without Adderall XR or Vyvanse!

I was on their program and scammed and poisoned off of it by "fools"!

Journal Entry 062112-D: My Service Dog for Ten years!

Friends,

The two pictures above were taken south of Point Clear.

I wanted to take a picture of the sky and Mobile Bay before heading north from "big mouth" launching ramp this afternoon after driving into the Parking lot and seeing their were no boats or trucks and trailers their and lo and behold I turned around there was "Boo Boo" perched in her usual location on my tool box.

The same tool box she has been standinv on or laying on since I was a builder just in a different truck.

I didnt realize she was an unregistered service dog til the "scam" began about eight years ago when I began to be "tortured" by real people using real technology that has almost cost me my life!

I was balled up on the couch 6 or 7 years ago in a drugged out haze on prescription drugs being hollered and screamed at over an intercom system hanging on for dear life to all that is holy and boo boo while Val was at work and the kids were in school when a program came on about service dogs for veterans.

Thus the service dog label!

Friends,

I hope you had a nice Easter Sunday. Truly I do hope you did enjoy a day of fun and celebration of your faith, family and the resurrection of our almighty God's son to heaven by whatever means he was evacuated from the evil he proved exists on this planet!

I truly mean what I would bet many of you are afraid to say in public that our Almighty God sent a team of his best people to this planet in the form as stated he created us and with Mary's permission and her partner's knowledge his son was born beneath a mighty vessel from Heaven that lit the sky in tribute!
I lost my place at the end so I'll just have to insert here!

Billions of lives are at stake!

The tactics used have been barbaric and devastaing! True and to thousands!

Psychological testing using phrases my mind has repressed come from text books no one wants me or you too read!

Tactics of repression have been eight years in use against me by many minds working together to destroy many other lives I know not just those lives effected by life's destruction and the negative impact it had on those around me!

How many others have had good and productive lives destroyed by a perverted lie and by whom?

Only a thouroh and just investigation by a fair and just higher seat of government will determine!

If not revealed to the public properly and not covered up in the next few years determine our way of life in this country for years to come!

The United States of America may never recover globally!

Other governments may take the opportunity to destroy us economically through our own ignorance of how important education is for a full and long productive life!

Even if we have to use medication to educate!

I have wanted to write this my entire life!

It is liberating to be the rebel I always have been and proclaim one day God's finest will walk among us and we will damn sure know who they are!

Science and religion have cost more lives fighting each other and among themselves than was ever neccessary trying to out do the other and/or proclaim some victory!

Satan? Hell he only has one third the army of God he's no threat it iz our own unwillingness to co-operate with each other at the command of charismatic tyrants from science and religion that we should fear!

Journal Entry: Doctor Lauten at the time with Diagnostic and Medical in Daphne made a set of X-Rays of my injured leg. Injured by a rogue but not in my judgement a honorable if at all a military trained drill seargent by verbal threats made at 167 Ridgewood Dr several years ago. The threats were to the point of in most courts threats that could be considered life-threatening in nature, I repeat. As well the Alabama dept of mental health and Alta-pointe systems should also be investigated for crimes against humanity! Interview each and every poor soul involved and their records for indiscrepencies! As per my own recent reading of Admiral Denton's Book! Reading this book only confirms my suspicians! During a cease-fire: The mind is so frustrating!

You need somebody to hold your feet to the fire.

I beleive this group that loves to play mind games for years manipulating your every move could in fact turnn off the audible verbal hell and move on to someone else and as with the flu our minds would suppress the misery we have endured enough that a person would go forwardd in life a broken person having lost years of their life never to follow up on pursuing the people responsible!

That my friends is one of my greatest fears!

The fear that many people have been tortured for years only to subliminally resort to any form of denial they were even tortured in this program just living with the trauma and allowing the perzons responsible to go free moving on to other victims destroying valuable years of another persons life!

I dont want to be one of those people thus falling victim to my greatest fear allowing a crime against humanity to go unpunished!

That is why I want to have my feet held to my writings or thru my writings to punish the criminal use of a stealth process by which a person has their life held in limbo by criminals that present themselves to the public as innocent and only trying to do some greater good.

That my friends is why although stressfsl to write knowing I will be punished I press firward by writing even this post!

This true story must be told regardless the cost to myself!

Friends and foe alike,

I guess it is time for some of my wisdom If you can do something for yourself that you hope everyone else can do for themselves but find you haven't done such a great job you say that very set of words that make us all cringe.

I haven't done that great a job and right now it's raining something on me and it may be warranted. It may not as well but who the "hell really knows"?

I wanted to offer you some chance of having some holiday cheer by offering a link to Zoosk but just in case I screw it up there might be something to something I've always thought and that is that it is wonderful to have a family and the woman that helped you well God she did all the work so she should be given something more than whatever I can offer and I don't expect any sympathy because I do feel I could have offered more than I am being allowed. Now that sounds ridiculous to me and it should to you but what the truth is I'm just not sure I can tell you of right now so have a good day and thank your-self for whatever you have and hope you get to have it to share with someone that loves you!

You know in closing I really don't feel I have had a fair shake around here but who knows by the time I got to where you are I might have to answer the same questions again to prove something that without the documents that you most certainly need with me at the time you wouldn't believe me and neither would I you. That is a shame now isn't it. I better go because it is getting a little weird around here and I'm the nut. At that is the story I don't believe and never really have. Ladies be wary of us men because we are pretty dense sometimes.

Question is... Who would use psychological warfare against a civilian in a civilian setting?

1. the State?
2. A private group?
3. A public group?
4. A family?
*5. An individual- No! Not without help from volunteers. Easily accomplished with misinformation.

I hope my son Alex enjoyed prom last night- I'm sure it will be a while til I hear from him this morning!

Bring on them Cocks!!!!!  I went to one Bama game in Tuscaloosa better know affectionately as T-town to us loyal followers of the Tide when the South Carolina Cocks came to town! For those of you that are in overseas countries that don't know which is unlikely because we all have few chickens around!

The South Carolina Game Cocks mascot is actually a fighting chicken other wise I assume since I'm from a part of town where it was to illegal have chickens but we thought we were country anyway so I'll call it a "Rooster" that if caught fighting in this country will get you life in Prison almost! Go figure!

Now the fightin Dog thing I know is worse to most of us but as kids I bet my freinds or they bet me there dog could beat mine up! In fact I tell my own Yorkie to sick 'em sometimes so I certainly can't condemn anyone to death for either although I might be more likel to attend a Cock fight than a dog fight!

Last visit T-town Bama won over South Carolina that is the one I attended and someone stole a hundred dollars worth of Crimson Tide magnetic signs off my Yukon or GMC 1500 HD Quad 4x4! I assumed it was one of those Cocks! It may not have been but my ex-wife and I assumed it was! We went on over to Bob Baumhower's Wings to watch the rest of the games, be part of the celebration and have a few drinks of course before driving three hours back to the Coast!

As for my post last night it was and will be the ruth til I pass from Earth and as to it's being handled in a much less brutal and damaging way or for God's sake and my Prayer to the lord silently each day that I nor anyone else is tested by anyone to get them on or off a performance enhancing drug, test it's effects on them or lie to the public about the street drug causing you to hear "voices" scaring the shit out of many a poor soul when in fact they are on an uncontrolled drug that may enhance something but can be dangerous as Hell if not made properly well that still doesn't give anyone the "Right" to tell them after they have been assaulted by their own government officials and told that because they are paying attention that they in some way are "insane"!

The insanity is that anyone that maybe or maybe not is ADHD, ADD, have a learning disability, depression or other condition that a "stimulant" can help alleviate should be lied to, denied or otherwise harmed!

I know the truth, the whole truth and maybe not just a tad of the truth because I as said before have walked into a place on a performancing enhancing drug after being assaulted the night before to make it look as if I were a drug addict when the people responsible knew the plan was to put me in that position and as time drew out that day and into the next night I am proud to say I held my composure, Moral convictions and was even asked by one person why are you here"?

I said "I don't really know"! And later was asked if I were hearing "Voices" which in my mind is a slight upon the ADHD, ADD, Depressed and otherwise needful world of such medication so my replay was to this so-called Doctor "I don't hear anything that's not there"! His reply was a smirk and when I told him what I was on after he asked if I were on any medications (drugs) I reponded with a truthful so help me God answer "Adderall XR"! His answer was you'll be much better once we get you off of it!

That was a joke I would soon find out not that I needed to be convinced! Lord thank God for O'bama and hopefully we get out of Gerinomo's old stomping grounds which I stomped on my-self and saw where he was held prisoner before being released into a open prison camp known as a "reservation"!

I had been to Fort Pickens at the entrance to Pensacola Bay, Florida where Geronimo was held for three years after surrendering to Federal forces where it was visible to anyone's naked eye that indeed he had walked a hole in the floor near the end of the 1800's which would have been less than 100 years prior to my visit as a child!

Amazingly  Geronimo was eventually pardoned and rode in Teddy Roosevelt's inaguarl pare as grand marshall!

Our history books proclaim it was because he was converted to christianity! I pose this theory to you! If the Spanish were the 1st group to introduce slavery and forced servitude onto this continent and Teddy Roosevelt led the charge against the Spanish up San Juan hill then why couldn't or why wouldn't Geronimo have been both a christian and open to Roosevelt's administration as a positive event considering what had happened just over the last 50 years in this country.

Keep in mind if please that Native American Indians passed down from generation to generation information  by world of mouth where as in some christian denominations it is taught not to read a book just listen to what you are told and beleive what we say so it runs from one extreme to another but the bottomline is the Native American Indians knew what the original settlers from Europe had done after they had been treated initially with kindness!

There couldn't be much of a question that had to influence both Roosevelt and Geronimo in some way shape or form! 300 hundred or years of history can only be held hostage if you are not open to knowledge!

Roosevelt may have even hit the peace pipe with Geronimo once or twice the diplomatic efforts between the two sides are purported to have included that experience! As I just was offered this peice of advise supposedly because I'm Insane but these folks aren't quite as angry with me as they can be which I'm led to beleive is because I'm not on a medication at the strenght I was yesterday which is part of their lie to so Lord help me , praise God and pass me some legal ammunition because I'm tired of listening to other people's idea's 24/7 365!

The information I already had without anyone's help was that officials in Washington broke treaties negotiated with Geronimo and the rest of the Native American Indians and it may have been that in Washington it was more than likely not perceived as a positive agreement because they were all on "Drugs" when our military/diplomatic officers made the decisions!

Well Hell I had (just been asked by another RN "why are you here- you wont be here long!") which I'm not suprised but it was a slight upon my intelligence by the doctor but I just smiled having proof positive that some people are just down right arrogant with their intelligence compared to others!

Save our children from these people and you save the world no matter where that may be!

By the way Winston Churchill was in Cuba at the same time as Teddy Roosevelt if the truth be known as a writer after having left New York only months earlier!

Churchill's quote was I beleive mis-stated in last nights post which I realized when I got into bed but that was against my will as well! I just confirmed that in fact it was Franklin D. Roosevelt that uttered those words in response to the attack on Pearl!

I'm not whining or complaining I'm telling a non-fiction story that you should read before some ass makes your life a living hell for bettering yourself!

Do you believe in America? Really believe or do you just take up residence and hope for the best? If you are truly a patriot and believe in this country I need your help! No I don't need anymore mental health help. That was to appease some folks in an effort to ease the pressure on me and some has been forced but that my friends in this State is about as easy as walking your dog! No offense to our dogs-mine is my service dog now!

Interested? I hope because I'm tired of being the fool that is too late to stave off disaster because I'm so nice and easy to get along with- yeah I hope that is the one thing being treated for ADHD does not do to make my life the laughing stock of a few people that could give the Taliban a run for their money in the hate and narrow-minded department!

Maybe they should join them so we can take care of the whole lot at once but as I was saying.....

Have you read the Bill of Rights or Constitution lately? Have they made any changes that we have all missed? I admit it would seem so at least in my home county or state! Baldwin County, Alabama that is!

Like I have said in the past and to no avail on many occasions as I have asked for protection from our local police; last night I decided to spend a little time on my computer and getting ready for Today!

One of the most important things was to visit a website for a parenting class that is required for a court date in august and that the class be completed! As required by my divorce court judge.

Guess what? The class is offered 24/7 365! In America? The land of the free and Home of the Brave! I've been talked to all night yeah I'm the crazy person here okay? A little tired as well! someone just spoke for the 1st time in a while. Thy said "he had to sing it too write"! Well damn do you think I believe these jerks? Some female just said "I invited someone over here last night"! Well damn I guess that was foolish of me in my own damn house to ask anyone to come over for God's sake! I rent it and my Dad said the place is mine so I know I didn't mistake his voice for a females? Lower the decibels and some are hard to make out but raise the decibels and you can nails the people! Well I am glad you didn't make it over although I had hoped you would for yalls comfort but hey after reading this I wouldn't come near this place unless I was nuts enough to listen in on the wire! Yep, they aint the FBI that's for sure but if they were I'd be clear and this deal would wind down and not with me debilitated from being medicated as is going about as planned it would seem! This mess evolves as I'm harassed and it would take federal help to solve it!

Sorry I was interrupted. It is a shame they made it a possibility that such a thing is common among people on Predator's! Remember it and the beautiful mind were just damn movies!

Well I had visitors that feel compelled to ruin every day of my life that is possible by harassing me with question after question about my life, business and love life if I can have one at all!

Six years running now if I don't comply with the rules set forth I get punished right here in America!

I had planned a nice retreat to bed around midnight or slightly afterward after having another great day! A benadryl is the ticket. But when you assault me in my home and rob my time which is my life I just have to sit and listen- Benadryl or not!

Heck I applied for a job online so I can get off this disability some day that is a fraud anyway because it was accomplished not by testing but by confinement, imprisonment and torture over the last six years to suit some groups agenda! No I'm not selling you a line of crap nor is this a joke!

I applied for disability twice canceling once only to reapply and the reason was strictly because of harassment and coercion on top of depression and the denial of verified, validated and confirmed diagnosis that should be known! No not the first one's but a new and clear diagnosis that does not include the effects of wholesale drugs given as if they are candy but the real one that shows from childhood a strong case for ADHD and the position by my parents that no such thing exists even to this day.

The book I am currently reading Think Fast "The ADD experience" reads like my life story! Thanks to my doctor for recommending it at my request for some self-help in uplifting my soul from such unnerving and radical people.

I made the awful mistake of letting these harassing nut cases alter my mind set to the point I asked against my own best interest that my doctor go in the exact opposite direction at last months visit and time is of the essence to get this straightened out so I can stay on a schedule that uplifts! I'm a damn fool for letting myself fall for this crap this long!

Thanks to a nice young lady that smiles and does not snarl at you that has come into my life I have a little more motivation but that is easily derailed by my disgust! And I'm supposed to like these people for doing this to six years of my life?

The diagnosis? Well I have at least two or three positive ADHD tests and depression that accompanied that loss as I have spoken of regarding a business I had worked tirelessly to make a success prior to and after a hurricane in 2004 only exacerbated the situation making me almost unable to function, add in the addition of medications that at times were almost absurd in effect and the depression became unbearable. I felt almost paralyzed at times extending to months and years as this harassment was allowed to continue! Why? Well someone and names can be had to accompany my complaints if I live long enough freely to share them that will explain, exonerate and free me if this is America?

I also Today accomplished something I haven't attempted since the last all out assault on my time by these verbal attacks which to you may seem benign but to me as stated in my last blog were executed by at least one person on occasion that had drill instructor training and was carried out over the fact I had been prescribed an anti-anxiety medication!

I was told that I was already dead repeatedly both in my home and vehicle as I attempted and succeeded in reaching a hospital after long verbal arguments in a home I handed ovr to my ex-wife months ago as I had planned to in any case just as promised when I purchased it for her in 1998!

The accomplishment today was to seek out clients for a lawn care business I have slowly been able to put together and the thing that astonishes me is that I was assaulted for no apparent reason! Why?

And why use psychological warfare on me in the first place? Well if the truth be known for no good reason and that is my reason for putting up these blogs since no law enforcement seems capable or willing to offer any assistance to a man that has been accused of some things mostly minor in nature and never convicted of anything more than well I can't think of anything but look it up.

I'm sure it would appear online somewhere that I in fact must be public enemy number one!

My night was ruined, my day is ruined and if I'm not careful I can be ruined even more just for claiming that in truth ADHD has been made into a means to destroy a life at the age of 44 in my Home state for reasons I would only find the answer to in a court room setting with an appropriate attorney and a transparency of the facts that would stop this unlawful and ridiculous attack on my freedom of speech, quality of life and pursuit of a better life as millions of other citizens I hope take for granted!

God Bless our country and I hope you believe in our freedoms and/or if you have been so harassed or assaulted in your area that together we can make this type action with out some due process of law or notice of the reason for such action against our citizens a known and defense-able situation through understanding the bigotry behind such miserable attempts to in my only best guess that would be to alter the victims way of life to suit another party's best interest against the victims will discounting any circumstances prior to, during or hopefully after the harassment!

I had to let this be known now as I am tired, disappointed in my local authorities and concerned the action could be to disrupt any attempt I may make at balancing my budget and rebuilding my life in the place of my choice over issues that I had thought were long since known, defended and successfully won in probate court, civil court, bankruptcy court and in the court of public opinion!

I could use some help of a legal nature to bring these individuals to a stand still and to allow my life once vibrant and successful to again be such without denial of any of my guaranteed freedoms as a person that although temporarily disabled due to circumstances beyond my control has nothing but made every effort and has been and would be successful in becoming productive with an income to replace my disability income in the allotted time and manner that our Social Security System has made possible for us!

How? By stopping this type crime in it's tracks and doing no more harm to a single person in this free and fair country! Yes it's fair and I appreciate your support. If this country is not free and fair then which will it be? That is which country would a sincere and honest person settle and why would we allow this situation to be in the first place where just for a difference of opinion anyone, myself or even you be harassed unabated for years with no recourse and if any attempt to peacefully end hostilities action is brought upon us to force our acceptance of a fallacy, fraud or simply a crime against our person.

Be wary of only one thing my friends and that are the attitudes that all stories such as mine are from nuts trying to get something for nothing and that fallacy that technology cannot be used to make your life miserable to the breaking point even as it is advertised as a life-saving advance!

Advanced communications technology can make your life miserable if used to harass not uplift!

Read on socialsecurity.gov the damage depression that I now know without a doubt can be inflicted to a higher degree of intensity especially if prior ADHD/ADD was apparent regardless of your intelligence and age may have us to believe is possible! In fact my long held beleif that learning disabilities are possible even in an intelligent person are confirmed in the information I have gained from reading one book!

My father used to say I was just bored in school. No I loved History and hated and was confused by grammer and I completely avoided Algebra in my Christian school because of total lack of confidence I could understand it at all! I can't help it anymore! I want a federal court to step in. Prescribe Adderall XR as previously and give me the opportunity to use my mind in it's entirety to nail every last one of these people for every last crime that could be in the book for denying a person their life and freedom for six years without reason!
