Journal Entry 042412-O: I have been hurt really bad tonight psychologically, physically and possibly by a biological attack directed at me and I have done nothing nothing to deserve it! If I died tonight it wouldnt matter one bit to me. Let's see? I messed up the first part by leaving out using an attack on my person by possible if not probable implantation in my ears or on my person of a device or devices to torture me. In doing so it maybe possible that I be murdered right here right now from injuries sustained! God help future generations! Innocence will not matter. Any hospital visit or night time raid by facist or militants, governments controlled by extremist for any reason could spell doom for millions if not more! If we dont destroy or imprison people in this country capable of doing what I have endured for eight years our whole civilization is at risk! Write your congressman and demand controls on torture be enacted please! Our future depends on it as a planet! God bless, Peace, Love and Knowledge! I'm not sure who posted what the other day and what happened where much less how to write a new post article or whatever the hell it is Im trying to do here!


Please forgive me if you read this post or the next two until I figure out what has happened to my creativity what little I have or even my ability to research anything!


I'm pretty much isolated from the damn world which sucks!

It may be my own God Damned fault or it may be someone Else's and why the hell can't it be someone else?

If it is my fault I don't mind taking the blame as soon as I get some real evidence!

All I know is that this medication if it is the same damn medication I used to take does work when you get it and it isn't takin away for cutting the damn grass! Maybe even painting a sign that I am trying to let people know means "Damn-it" I have just begun to fight!

Maybe swing back down through Missouri and see my wife's sister- oh yeah ex-wife but "what the hell"!

Do you ever just get sick of hearing how perfect everyone is and keeping up!

You would think I would be angry and hateful to the point I would have to be by this time after 7.5 years or so being told by doctor's one thing and  treated like a complete outcast by the only family in America that knows they have the best percentage of being ADHD of most anyone else but refuse to admit it is not what it is not and that is a personality trait that is cured by sedatives although the benefit of the right medication is slowing the reaction time just enough that an already under normal conditions if ADHD a slightly quicker reaction time in the physical sense that is associated with impulsively and impulsive actions are one of the major symptoms we work to control without having to be Rambo! Rambo I guess would not need an anti-biotic or pain pill to survive his own surgery!


I have dealt with the dual edge sword of on the one hand having to control my sleep habits under pressure to fail in ways out of most people's thought field or pattern just a few years ago or at least it was not in mine and I took to using varied doses of ephedrine for many years not to fail but to succeed which every piece of evidence I would produce would in fact prove beyond a shadow of doubt that it did work to improve my life and my family's more so than I realized at the time or began to realize as it became less effective. Unfortunately I didn't have anyway to break my focus to succeed nor divert the drive forward with my business in a manner I can say is remembered at all in hind-sight another fact I have weigh heavily on me when I look at the distance between my doctor and my first office.


Later in the process of having an uncontrolled OTC as my primary and atually only medicine to treat and control much better than I realized even at the time and most helpful tool each day for years that were mostly peaceful- not made angry to prove me medicine was the issue a contention that be fact I would have to die and lose my mind to not have ingrained in my mind!


Each and every witness in my life would testify to a similiar if not definite pattern backed up by data!


The issue is not "he is addicted and won't go to sleep thus he needs to give up take the cheap medicine and forget life at 45 but exactly the opposite is true. The best medication ironically other than that OTC  is the most expensive a fact I have tested in every way imaginable!


In fact the bottom-line is that in deed my family has ignored and resisted for the most part the truth to the point that I only feel comfortable around people that have had just enough success in life or much more in many cases that has to help them to realize the difference a cheap generic has on us when a better although  to be like taking an aspirin for a migraine!


The ingredients in fact don't have to be the same with generics as I tested again the othr day when my son was ill and I went to purchase his anti-nausea medication- Emetrol at Rite-aid. Completely different and the Emetrol is 2.00 more to boot but I bought it because I felt it would work best and to my knowledge it always has.


The additional money for a medication is a simple decision to make in any one's mind you would think if anyone but you was convinced the medication either one or two things 1. Worked. 2. Didn't not work. You could find that a consensus would be hard to find among people of like mind but differing ideas of what is best for a person not different now than when he had nearly a million dollars a month being collected for his company's operation at times that began and only ended because of a hurricane and a natural disaster being responsible for a 750,000.00 thousand dollar short-fall over the last quarter of 2004 when compared to the same period in 2003!


Not another issue nor any other the only issue that would have prevented my success that year was a hurricane!


Now I just look forward to the time when I as a free person may have the opportunity to not live among people that are impatient and attacking like banzees while slowly using a psychological ploy used by enough so-called mental health professionals to irritate an already disgusted man because his OTC did the same job as the Shire!


Thus it would be apparent immediately if distraction were employed in an unnatural way in my situation that it would do harm almost immediately to one's psychological state of mind but and it's a big but I hope that will not be an issue that can't heal to some extent with time away and to retest myself in a more normal set of circumstances thus solving any if it really exists perceived idea I just refuse to go to sleep!


The sleep issue is another all together and with a little shove into a feeling of further and further loss of time a driven but now depressed easily person need as much life emotionally as a higher quality ADHD


So if it be your decision to consider my call for a 30 day immediate stay from any action by my family in this matter for whatever reason I may have laid out as possible I would like to set about the job of proving the little man can rebound from disaster as well as acquire an attorney!


Friends the paper or article you have just written would be my opening statement if I were so unfortunate as to not have an attorney to defend me in an action that is more correctly described as an ambush to anyone that has been surprised and and hauled off to a one-way session of court if you are in fact the fact the only that hasn't prepared. If not considered as a viable choice many a person in our country would suffer the same fate over and over until it appears they lose the will to even defend themselves based on my observation of the poor souls.


I hope none of the people that read this ever have the unfortunate events that have been only slightly explored because of the time involved in introducing the facts in short order at least hopefully to the extent a chance will be afforded to introduce not just circumstantial evidence but evidence that is backed up by the facts that simply scanning a copy of my Social Security income statement would most likely prove as evidence of the OTC's success and the prescription medication certainly deserves the same consideration to not be seen as less than as useful as the OTC for every reason that we as patients and our doctor's as monitor's of our progress have to have seen at least once or they would give up on us as quickly as an ADHD and Type A family that has splintered over a situation for more reasons than were apparent in the fall of 2005!


God Bless, Peace, Love and knowledge and in a parting comment for Today it although negative may be of positive use to you one day. That is that there is a marked and noticeable drop in your family as a wholes mental and psychological view of you once you announce the symptom's so please don't let the slight evidence of that in your own life get to you too bad! It will be permanent and noticeable but the help of a professional beats the trial and error of an over the counter medicine not protected even to be available next week much less next year and you have a crisis that rivals well please see me income statement and also that of my ex-wife Valarie as well since I always had intended as was done to my recollection that being fact that her income increased as well and to a higher degree than mine by purpose!

Last night an Angel this morning a ridiculous excuse for a sales pitch!

Last night I talked with an Angel at Shire. This morning a person obviously promoting a non-truth called to pitch one in the dirt for Barr! I hate to see such a person claim employment, knowledge and then make a claim of Shire Pharm owning, producing and selling an inferior product from it's own facility the generic made by Barr that many have said is as so! Hell no it aint Adderall XR by Shire and if you haven't compared the two you should and afterwards call your family members that depend on life saving medications and tell them that I am either a liar or that good lord "dear loved one" how much more would cost for your Name brand Trade mark originally researched and developed medication? Then help them buy it or ask them too so they have the benefit of it's life saving effect if that is the case!

I wrote a piece a couple of months ago when I spent the additional money and was so thrilled to have the chance to remind myself what I had already known to begin with that I stopped by my doctor's office and gave my doctor's nurse a hug upon finding the Shire product in Mobile and experiencing not only no ill physical effects but clear and present positive effects that I haven't known in months and that doctor had specifically told me would be the case if I had the Shire product as another reminder in writing on my prescription only a month prior only to have that blown off locally by a person in a pharmacy. Lord I wish them no ill will but the caller Today?

A Shire representative this morning had choice words for such a person to make such a claim in call that too me at first was just seen as harassment by communication- they used another term more intense in it's legal nature but that is for the Company officials to decide when the message and phone number is passed to them Today!

The piece I wrote a couple of months ago or so wasn't my best writing now that have reread it but who the hell knows as Senator McCain mentioned in a tweet concerning his concern over cyber terror and my reply "God Speed" because I have enough trouble keeping my sites up and after rereading my piece I wish I had the money to make an original copy of each of my posts but the bottom-line is Shire will help you work, Love and relate and their other research projects may save someone's life but I'm just a home-builder on his home computer letting people know a true story and it goes back many years but right now Shire is trying to save only a part of life and I as a democrat applaud the Medicare for approving the use of a drug that cost 93,000.00 to extend a man's life 4 month's by having the use of a drug for prostrate cancer!

I hope the FDA is getting the message loud and clear that we want to live, work, love and relate to our family member's as well and as long as possible when they are involved in the Health Care Debate!

Senator McCain I enjoy your writing and thanks to shire I can do that on a prescription medication as well as on the over the counter medication that is no longer available in my state that may have cost me some sleep but sure helped me sit, focus, concentrate and do so at home and at work or jump up and handle a project or problem in a calm well thought out way that enhanced my life and that of my families for quite a few years back in the 90's and until someone thought a few nights of rest were worth the loss of a dream business and family over the old belief that a man or woman could handle any issue without such a medication.

Now let's save the lives of those that are afraid of admitting they are ADD, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, Depressed or otherwise by erasing the idea that self-medication of any kind is a crime and a shame and let those people feel comfort in the fact one pill isn't going to become just an addiction to relieve addiction whatever it may be and afford people the benifit of the doubt on television in our news reports by an official government stance that yes we may be doing something the wrong way but it's okay to ask for help and not a life of constant pressure to say our life has been something it has not!

How many millions of you out there feel this way? I hope I get this out and it is understood as not a message of let's let people on the street manage those conditions with medications that someone conjured up or had to figure out by trial and error over the counter but a message that it's okay to take medication now that will make life in hindsight and to our families seem much more of a joy than a subject to use as one to talk about each other at family gatherings when in the later times in our life we will have to not feel fear when told this drug we must take will cure a disease that we can't see but our symptoms and test results show may kill us or in fact will do so!

I for one hope we all can be as the congressman I wish I could recall his name and stand up now for everyone's right to be treated as possibly not in the narrow 10% as drug addicts but just mis or undiagnosed!
Over the counter or at the health food and herbal medication store or even if so forced by being overlooked in the decisions of the FDA. That 10% may not need a drug but what if 40% of us do? Do you want to be told your whole life of success was a mistake in judgement or do you want to be given the benefit of the doubt?

I for one do and hopefully have proved my point in my life so that I can move forward as I wish I may have several years ago and many years ago if I had the encouragement for myself as well as my family members that I even discounted as not being just ADHD!

I just got lucky in my own trial and error early on enough to have a footing have you found yours? Make sure you have and those that you love so that fear of a doctor prescribing a medication is all you have to worry about and not of a few taking you as drug addict when they themselves need the same help!

If you stand up as I have done don't think it won't be considered by some as wrong but your children may not have to face that same idea that you were wrong from the start if you do stand up!

you might look bi-polar if you stand up one way or another but if you are then maybe it would work out okay I just hate the expression because that was made into a mountain in my life that has taken unusual actions on my part to prove as a bunch of crap but there I go! Lord thank god I'm just ADHD and recovering from depression from my fight and I hope your life turns out well enough that you can only count a couple of issues to worry about other than living life!

Sorry I haven't had time to research the latest ways to derail the ADHD mind cause I'm still dealing with the one's that somebody said don't exist as human as human!


I'm sure their are plenty of new tricks up the sleeves of those that would and please remember when you do derail us your hurting the damn economy!


Why?


Cause we make up a pretty large block of this world's population and of course this countries so if we go down as a race of mammels it might just hurt you where it hurts the most!

Who knows the President in twenty years might be a black-Indian woman that is ADHD and was born in the 52nd State of Polynesia and that would be a shame especially if she's a lesbian that does'nt hate the rest of us!

Well why the hell not? Because somebody said damn your not ADHD your insane!

I want to marry my dog! Why not? Let me just give an example before my coffee kicks into a different gear my insanity!


Last night for example. I had several bad dreams after struggling to get to sleep in the first place.


By the way when I say "struggle to go to sleep". I mean damn after three Equate Tylenol Pm's and a klonopin because my 50.00 a pill Ambien aint a bit better than what I just listed and for what reason who knows?


Don't blame it on Vyvanse their out of stock!

Maybe it's the damn Cymbalta but after I take it I just feel like I have no brain function and sleep is what I want but I have to past the hyper it brings on first so "what the hell"!

Anyway back to Annabelle my future bride better known as Boo Boo! Every time I wake up or woke up she not knowing I just had a dream that last nights "you know what I mean" list of parts mainly consisted of my ex-wife telling me what a wonderful life she had now! For Pete's sake!

The point of the matter is that each night that I have such dreams and when I awake for some reason with on no Que my beautiful Yorkshire Terrier scoots her little butt up to me for no reason and it soothes my mind like a gift from a God wrapped into a eight pound bundle of love! Sometimes she'll as we are trying to get to sleep and find our comfort zone she'll jump up run over and throw herself in sideways against my back and that soothes my mind as well!

Oh you'd have to be there and if your a dog lover too and female we might could hit off in Carmel California cause they love dogs too or let's just make Fairhope, Al. home and the Carmel of the South!

I'm sure your dog and my dog would get along fine!

Much has happened in my life and the world since my last post and although as with the world it has been some horrendous such as in Japan and as in the middle east although as we watch with great anticipation the changes that the people of that region "demand" for themselves and future generations- a little anxious.


The determination and sacrifice of people's from both areas of the world not to mention the suffering which in Japan has been thrust upon them with a resolve to overcome deserves for a lack of a better phrase to use well it deserves a standing ovation.

The same goes for the people's of the Middle East as they put their own lives in danger and in too many cases give their lives to gain their freedom.

As for my life over the last few years in a very minimal way I find parrells with both situations and have the utmost respect for the fighter's of the world for some similar if not the same ideals I hold as sacred!

Never give up on what you know is right although it may look wrong in the public eye. Why?

Life has those times that can seem to last a life-time where we as members of the human race have things in our lives that expose both our strengths and our weaknesses but if your intentions are on the right course and something more important is at stake don't let it destroy your goal of brining about a conclusion that is what is not only right but in the ends benifits you and millions like you or like you enough to say so in public!

The weaknesses may lead to ridicule and i told you so by your detractors and though they may seem many and have resources beyond your known control in the end the reason we cal ourselves a democracy is because even with a simple majority having the power to decide your, the nations and future generations fate many of those in the majority understand your plight as well as those as listed above through their own life experiences!

Some may be positive and some may be negative but it really boils down to private decisions and a few made made as groups that determine our fate as a nation a people and across the spectrum to even your own decision which is the most important overall decision made!

In the end what people in your life ultimately feel about you does have an impact on your life and depending on your goals one vs the other on a list i'm sure that can be long that feeling even if not a direct conclusion based on interaction under the normal course of a person's life effects you!

your friends, Neighbors and members of your community will ultimately decide one way or another if you are and have been sincere in what you are trying to acomplish so if you have a few set-backs and those mount for reasons that are made far beyond your control an introspective of yourself is most likely important and for goodness sakes that was an understatement I would think even the most maligned among us may ultimately come out the other side with our dignity and some self worth that is not of a financial state but if in any state other than a defeated and disgraced state even that measure of a person's life may be realized but not one by then you would feel is the most important due to the struggle and damage done and in some cases yes you can be in the area of the track you want to end life end with your accomplishments and relationships mostly repaired but at some point you have to come to the end and I'm not promoting a person being demoralized or even a nation to attain those goals!

Compromise that is of everyone's benifit although an ideal found to be difficult can lead to second chances.
That is if that is your goal but whatever your goal hold on to it and make it a part of your everyday living soul and try to eliminate your losses through weakness and follow some type of reasoning that keeps you as close to the golden rule as possible regardless of how it may be twisted by those that like to argue a point.

Now to some that may be called foolery! They may say your goal is not quite worth the fight but find the right data and a friend that hasn't got to be holding your hand to know the truth and you will eventually find many more of your thinking and those that may just have the heart to give you the beneifit of the doubt regardless of who, what where and when you have stood to win- and winning does not have to be a triumphant parade to be important but it doesn't have to be a time not of relief.

I would say in hang in there and be the person you are just as I said treat other's as you truly would want them to treat you and if you come up short but overall are the better of not being at all and have some measure of comfort in knowing your life was not a sham and was indeed a collection of success in more ways than not maybe your life will be an inspiration to others that have far more difficult fights to win!

Useless trivial opinion but the usefulness of trivia is to some may be the saving grace for another!

Once we leave this place maybe we've done something positive or at least something worth the journey after all!

That is some people's hope in a state of folly but not in some of our lives and our only hope is to not be undone by those that would distract from our journey and hope and dream to be a live when we leave this place emotionally and spiritually which is much more than many before us and many after us that were right on themselves.

I have some personal things i'm fighting for and the chance to be less of a burden and more of a positive influence has been jeopordized by the loss of privacy in ways you may find appaling or acceptable but in the end isn't that freedom through knowledge and our own control of destiny more important than not and isn't that the goal of us all?

If not then you may be in a better place but not in a better place to live which is just an opinion but when I can I want to do another trip to your place and if it was the pleasant visit such as I have had in other places too many to name I hope i won't find anything to complain about that I unfortunately have been a vgictim of on a few occasions only to look back and laugh at the memory and realize it was actually a nice trip and any trip is a vacation that is of your own choosing in life even if it is to the corner store coming from a person that used to drive a thousand miles a week or more that is quite a turnaround in my way of thinking in the first place!
