From Hell with Love! Shire you have been screwed Too!

Friends,

I hope got your attention because I have been had which means in saltier terms screwed!

At least I'm still alive! The devil is in the details but he sure has been beating at the door trying to get his details that I wish he would just come to the door in his natural form so I could whip his ass all over my front yard!

Now that I'm through letting you know that I really don't have much else to say because I'm just about as disgusted as you would be too if in my position.

I would like to direct you too this photo that was taken on the 3rd of this month and since it clearly shows a difference in the two capsules that were dispensed to me and with the hell that rained down on me it is no wonder that a man that has done exactly as he has written over the last few years both here and on MySpace and experienced what your family getting involved in something then everyone trying to turn a page only to have it "the hell" return from a different direction screwing up everything you try to accomplish without anyone asking you in a normal fashion if it should have to be asked anyway "what the hell?" well then you can imagine that I might have some real reason for concern considering in my opinion any company would want consistancy in their quality control and want to know if that quality control had been made to look less than it is by have two different markings on a capsule that would be dispensed.

If I were just some child or parent picking up a prescription for the first time or a person with no prior knowledge of how a person is supposed to gain results from an ADHD medication then they would be pretty much in the dark and might over look such a possible tampering with their medication and decide "NOT" to continue treatment for an incurable and easily treated condition that I hate to see people make light of but I also hate for people to underestimate.

The reason is simple.

1. Education
2. Career
3. Family
4. Quality of life

*If you don't care about any one of those four items listed or all of them together then you don't know what ADHD is or you don't give damn about someone even your own child that might be ADHD, ADD or whatever the hell else the medication might be good for in a more detail sub listing of those categories above!

Now One more important thing you might consider is actually two things!

1. I would think long and put my child in any ADHD coaching program or any other program that treated them harshly or was based on the no medication premise and make sure it isn't some "yeah sure we will work with you on coaching someone that is on medication" when in fact the philosophy is too do just the opposite!

2. The object of ADHD treatment is too see improvement in all four categories sted in a persons life and if you simply have someone report "fantastic" news you your child no longer needs ADHD medicatid to do is keep up the good work of don't be surprised if that goes to basket one day!

*Note: Medication: Works almost any adult and I say anyone that has any sense would see an improvment and even if the anti-christ is trying to tell the lie that it doesn't and you'll know so I shouldn't have to no offense is intended!

I have NO Problem declaring that if Ephedrine was still available over the counter with-out syrup added I would be successful. Period!

A Merry Christmas Conspiracy Theory!

I have a life-long problem and NOW it's even worse as I get older so I have changed my plans!

I personally wonder, don't you as we get older and wind up on all these drugs and keep in our minds our old school "fear" if we have bad eyes- "what the hell would we do if the world came to an end?"

Well I had plans to escape the cities and be like Kevin Costner in the Postman and surivive with my glasses in tack and if meant killing someone to survive "well they would just have to go"! For my Families sake of course!

Then the Chinese and our good freinds the American Indians not to mention the damn Brazillians got us hooked on their herbs and vitamins.

Now were hooked on stuff we'd all have to line up at the drug store when the air raid sirens went off to have and when we ran out we'd be in a pinch! Especially if we couldn't find our contacts or glasses!

The last thing I want to be is an old ADHD, almost blind man with a case of the nerves from re-hab and medication control and then have to fight for my life at every drug store that the better able to function had already raided!

You talk about an all out riot?

I have recently decided to change my plans and "To hell with surviving"!

I plan to face Mobile or Pensacola- most likely mobile from Fairhope Pier and take the blast wave!

Singing Patriotic songs!

All you out there that are Athiests better hope us Christians, Jews and Muslims don't go insane before God makes his triumphat return especially if your on something you have to grow, simulate or get from the pharmacy! OTC or not because us Christians that can see will have already been there and you'll be shit of luck!

Something else to give thanks for at Christmas time wouldn't you think?

Navy should handle San Diego State on the water!

Friends,

The Naval academy should be able to handle the San Deigo game tonight pretty well considering it could be played on water!

If they do get Qualcomm Stadium ready or dried out for the game I'm still pulling for Navy to win the game although I wish both teams and their fans a great game and a Merry Christmas!

As for ADD and ADHD citizens of the world i'm learning and tweaking my own life on a daily basis which leads to new discoveries from the mind each day so take my advice with a grain of salt or an ADD or ADHD of your choice if you are an empowered patient and if your new to the whole situation which i hope you haven't been under a rock but in a nice way and transparent was remeber President O'bama repealed don't don't ask don't tell!

So friends when you get to the doctor ask and tell so your life can be made better a little sooner!

I would have said no pun intended but although i appreciate the Sooner spirit I would rather encourage some little Bama Fan's! Roll Tide and Go Navy!

Caution for the single person!

Friends,

I've been battling what i know to be some depression over the last few weeks. I thought it was a problem i could solve with some xtra sleep and that ADHD would take over if I quite taking my ADHD meds.

I did quit taking my prescription ADHD medication for over a week which normaly would lead to hyper-activity within a few days NOT weeks as some of you might think.

If you aren't depressed and you are ADHd according actual research I have done that includes ordering and reading a package delivered to me from Dr. Amen, Stimulants normally leave your system within three days!

The reason I use this as an example is because I for one beleive it to be true from my own experience.

The depression can come from long term issues or even a flurry of short term issues.

The extra sleep does not seem to help especially if you utilize a sleep aid that makes it easier to stay in the damn bed if you are single and could even mess you up on a job! See that again.

I was married so long that when I took Ambien years ago I was lucky enough to have someone push me out of bed and into action toward getting to work.

I'm sorry to say that when you live alone that can become a real problem. Last night i left off the generic ambien and went back to my old standby Tylenol Pm generic.

I was up at 8:30 am and out of the house to Wal-mart.

I feel my ADHD symptoms now but I'm holding off on the ADHD medication of any type prescribed Adderall XR or any homeopathic type medication or over the counter medication for now but I feel the stress of being hyper but at least I'm out of the bed and not sleeping til noon on a generic Amvien that didn't slam me right into a mode of sleep anyway!

I need to quit this post now and walk away from this computer before my ADHD gets the best of me!

Decmeber has been a hell of a month. Lord I'd love to have some lunesta because I've been laying awake on stuff that you'd think? Damn. He outh to be asleep and in fact in I've gotten my self a liitle down over the whole affair.

Affair? Hell I could screw one of those up two. maybe two or three at one time if I had the nerve but who does and if you do somebody gonna lose- most likely you.

Happy 25th wedding anniversary which ever day it was my darling! you always wil be in my heart as long as it ticks!

that goes out to the former but never to give up but if 25 years from now you still say no  then okay... the former Mrs Valerie aka Valarie P. Wooley or simply Denise!

I Love all your AKA's and if I died tonight Annabelle aka Boo Boo Wooley would be yours to hold, to love and keep as long as you both should live!

I take pills! Adderall that is gold for the use of those of us with the guts to try to do so in a world filled with denominations of our own religion that hate our guts and belittle us in ways some of you wish were not possible but those ways are possible.

Your home is an open door for harassment beyonf the meaning of that word and it far surpasses "sex" as a danger to you and your family coming in over an internet copnnection you have every chance in the wotld to filter!

Now I'm being led to beleive something I would depend on the same way you would depend on anything else as shown on Television or whatever the Hell is a dependence that puts me to sleep?

Let's do this in the ADHD world let's be brutally honest! And propose a Toast to ourselves as not as dumb as our so-called Christian brother's and sister's would have us to fell we are.

It is 10:36pm on 12-17-2010!

The next time you get your bottle protect it with your life while you are awake! Before you fall asleep make damn sure you pass that bottle and it's remainder of what was really in fact what you thought it was off to the next ADHD person and tell them the same damn thing I said "don't fall asleep untill you have done every last thing on your list including passing it on to someone else and post it to the non-beleiving and in some cases christian world!

Now let's see don't ask don't tell? Sounded okay in the 90's to a man I admire and who knows what the hell he was trying to accomplish but it sure wasn't a lie to be used to pervert our National military it was to protect the lives of those that wanted to serve their country!

Life has those times that can seem to last a life-time where we as members of the human race have things in our lives that expose both our strengths and our weaknesses but if your intentions are on the right course and something more important is at stake don't let it destroy your goal of brining about a conclusion that is what is not only right but in the ends benifits you and millions like you or like you enough to say so in public!

The weaknesses may lead to ridicule and i told you so by your detractors and though they may seem many and have resources beyond your known control in the end the reason we cal ourselves a democracy is because even with a simple majority having the power to decide your, the nations and future generations fate many of those in the majority understand your plight as well as those as listed above through their own life experiences!

Some may be positive and some may be negative but it really boils down to private decisions and a few made made as groups that determine our fate as a nation a people and across the spectrum to even your own decision which is the most important overall decision made!

In the end what people in your life ultimately feel about you does have an impact on your life and depending on your goals one vs the other on a list i'm sure that can be long that feeling even if not a direct conclusion based on interaction under the normal course of a person's life effects you!

your friends, Neighbors and members of your community will ultimately decide one way or another if you are and have been sincere in what you are trying to acomplish so if you have a few set-backs and those mount for reasons that are made far beyond your control an introspective of yourself is most likely important and for goodness sakes that was an understatement I would think even the most maligned among us may ultimately come out the other side with our dignity and some self worth that is not of a financial state but if in any state other than a defeated and disgraced state even that measure of a person's life may be realized but not one by then you would feel is the most important due to the struggle and damage done and in some cases yes you can be in the area of the track you want to end life end with your accomplishments and relationships mostly repaired but at some point you have to come to the end and I'm not promoting a person being demoralized or even a nation to attain those goals!

Compromise that is of everyone's benifit although an ideal found to be difficult can lead to second chances.
That is if that is your goal but whatever your goal hold on to it and make it a part of your everyday living soul and try to eliminate your losses through weakness and follow some type of reasoning that keeps you as close to the golden rule as possible regardless of how it may be twisted by those that like to argue a point.

Now to some that may be called foolery! They may say your goal is not quite worth the fight but find the right data and a friend that hasn't got to be holding your hand to know the truth and you will eventually find many more of your thinking and those that may just have the heart to give you the beneifit of the doubt regardless of who, what where and when you have stood to win- and winning does not have to be a triumphant parade to be important but it doesn't have to be a time not of relief.

I would say in hang in there and be the person you are just as I said treat other's as you truly would want them to treat you and if you come up short but overall are the better of not being at all and have some measure of comfort in knowing your life was not a sham and was indeed a collection of success in more ways than not maybe your life will be an inspiration to others that have far more difficult fights to win!

Useless trivial opinion but the usefulness of trivia is to some may be the saving grace for another!

Once we leave this place maybe we've done something positive or at least something worth the journey after all!

That is some people's hope in a state of folly but not in some of our lives and our only hope is to not be undone by those that would distract from our journey and hope and dream to be a live when we leave this place emotionally and spiritually which is much more than many before us and many after us that were right on themselves.

I have some personal things i'm fighting for and the chance to be less of a burden and more of a positive influence has been jeopordized by the loss of privacy in ways you may find appaling or acceptable but in the end isn't that freedom through knowledge and our own control of destiny more important than not and isn't that the goal of us all?

If not then you may be in a better place but not in a better place to live which is just an opinion but when I can I want to do another trip to your place and if it was the pleasant visit such as I have had in other places too many to name I hope i won't find anything to complain about that I unfortunately have been a vgictim of on a few occasions only to look back and laugh at the memory and realize it was actually a nice trip and any trip is a vacation that is of your own choosing in life even if it is to the corner store coming from a person that used to drive a thousand miles a week or more that is quite a turnaround in my way of thinking in the first place!

How many Stars are there in the Universe? NASA estimates?

Citizens of Planet Earth,


How many Stars are there in our Universe? Is it the only Universe God has created and only 1 planet in that universe is in that ideal location in orbit around our particular Star to enable life as we know it to exist?


What is life as we know it?


What if I said that NASA estimates that there are certain areas around each Star like our sun that can be called the "Goldi-locks" zone? Well maybe NASA didn't come up with that idea all by themselves but even still the idea is an amazing one to consider.


Earth and Mars are the 2 planets in our Solar system that are within are close to that so-called "Goldi-locks" zone. Why?


Readers because the Sun our Star is a certain size and emits a certain amount of heat from it's nuclear reactions on continuous basis every second of every minute of every hour of every day our our short lives here on this beautiful blue planet!


That heat given off is the basis of life in my opinion and obviously that of many other people that think of such things as "what is out there that we don't know about?


The size of a Star, it's age, size and other things I do not know determine where that "Goldi-locks" zone is located and most likely many of the estimated number of Stars NASA released today have such a zone!


The number of Stars? 300,000,000,000,000,000,000,000! Anyone know that number?


How many of those have planets circling them in that perfect zone for life?


God only knows but wouldn't it be a wonderful thing for us as humans to venture out and discover some of those planets in somebody's lifetime? I would think so!


Do I think God cares if we find such life prior to his allowing us to know the rest of the story?


I doubt it and you should too because like it or not we were instilled with a "free-will" by God our creator to beleive or not to beleive!


I personally beleive and the fighting we have to do among ourselves here on this planet only holds back a race of beings from reaching it's potential!


Maybe Evil is discord among the people's of this planet and maybe it is our own fear of the unknown that let's people with shallow minds and selfish hearts hold us back!


The math isn't important but the very fact we have come so far but so little in the last 500 to 1000 years in development is astonishing don't you think?


Jesus is my savior that I know and that became almost an instant reason to live on once in my life and continues Today as I'm sure it does in all Christians but other faiths have our foundation as well and if you just walk outside on a star filled night you might or especially as the Sun our Star rises over the blue-green ocean wonder the same things as I!


God Bless, Peace, Love and knowledge as we were created in an almighty God's image and you don't need the Bible to tell you this but it does in so many places that many people seem afraid to pay attention. New Testament or Old.


Regardless of your faith and on what it is based wonder is out there for this race of beings and remember intelligence may be based on more than we expect or less or vise-versa!

Auburn vs South Carolina!

SEC Football Fans,


The game to be played in the Atlanta Dome Saturday December 4, 2010 at 3 pm CDT or 4 pm EDT if you are heading over to see it in person should be an exciting game!

In case you haven't had the chance you might want to take in some sites around Atlanta or take a ride on the MARTA just for kicks which the kids will enjoy if not yourself!

As for the Game itself. I'm having a hard time not putting my loyalties with the "ball coach" and Coach Steve Spurriers South Carolina Gamecocks to figure out a way to win this game and spoil Auburn University, Cam Newton and the Auburn Faithful's hopes for a bid to play in the BCS National Championship Game!

It's not because I'm a Crimson Tide fan and feel any hard feelings I just happen to like the south Carolina program and it's leader and it's head football coach.

In fact if it were any other Eastern division team I'd be solidly behind the Tiger's!

My gut tells me it will be a close hard fought defensive battle with Auburn winning it in 31-28 contest which by old school standards isn't much of a defensive battle but none the less it will seem that way if the game is as exciting as I assume and feel it will be!

That is my gut instinct and I'll be watching pulling for the University of South Carolina Gamecocks by the slight edge of loyalties!

I hope everyone has a great time regardless of if your team wins or loses because both made it to the championship game and that is what it's all about in the South!
