Good Lord! It is a consensus!

I want you too know that I appreciate the support that many of you have shown me in whatever way that may be shown.

The last three months plus and especially the last few weeks experience with medication that has been 100% not as it is advertised or that has functioned as it has in the past has been very disappointing to me.
I have had such poor results with a generic medication made by Barr that is substituted for Adderall short-acting that apparently is not available by Shire with the trade mark hollowed A but is shown to be available on WebMd and undoubetedly had been considered as still available by my doctor that indeed was not available at Wal-mart as well as the fact it was not intended that I should be on this medication for more than a month to save money has been disastrous.
To top off the situation I have been working to become a Vyvanse patient to no conclusion other than too have it prescribed a few days ago and at the 70mg dosage now offered which I had expected to be similiar in symptom control and results to 35mg and 50mg vyvanse that I had been prescribed previously that had worked exactly as it had been researched to function - did not function in anyway as expected and in fact after it was left unattended in my home in fact did not function at all as it had previously has been another disastrous event to say the least.
Adderall XR in a two dose or even three dose level of 60mg in the brand name by Shire has in fact been the most effective in my case.
I still have the feeling Vyvanse in some form at the higher 70 mg to 90 mg dose once a day should be and would be effective but unfortunately I was not afforded the opportuntiy to see those results for at least a couple of reasons!
The medications are marked a particular way according to the manufacturer's guidelines and in the past I have had problems with those markings being as listed and problems with the medication to boot.
I can't stress to you enough how important it is for you too make sure that your medication is safe and secure in your home if you have anyone that does not share your expectations or understand your expectations based on experience from past prescriptions or what your expectations are for yourself & your doctor's!
As for me when a medication such as an ADHD medication does not perform as expected there has to be a good reason for it so report it too your doctor and your pharmecuetical company as per their guidelines!
Bin Laden had it made compared to my situation especially if he was not under pressure from any outside distractions that have gone to extremes in my case that make me look very much in misery if I get out at all! Heck he must not had much noise in the house being used to punish or change his state of mind since it was just said he had 5 wives living with him!
You would think one of them would have said to hell with this torment being directed into this house, I'm leaving!
My wife and children left and it worked out better for them because the harrassment and torment leveled at me and that is used in this country in some cases without our knowledge of the reasons and is called mind talk among some poor individuals is absolutley the most miserable thing a person that is driven to get something done could possibly imagine!
I've seen it several times in official areas and it is almost unbearable!
That is my reason for offering thanks to anyone that understands such actions and what it can produce that is so mmiserable I've seen people cry their eyes out and not have any way to help them!

I have felt so miserable that today I purchased some of my old ADHD medication over the counter Today that has a nauseating cough medicine included that as stated previously worked to perfection for me for over ten years in the 90's and early part of this century and has in fact made me feel much better which is a ridiculous result for God's sakes!

Bronkaid!


That has to indicate some kind of adulteration of my medication after it has left the pharmacy I hope!

Back to Front Front to Back! No we didn't get done right!

Sometimes it you need need a friend or two maybe three! When you get a little older and you have to take medications you'll have to have them 24/7/365.


Now after all these years we "think" a Mike in our life was caught certainly not for the 1st time disrupting our lives. Unfortunately we are two or three depending on the technology that makes us feel like a damn computer that actually works! Sometimes we just feel like a slow hard drive operates!


The only problem is that for some ungodly reason we made a mistake three months ago and changed our medication upon our doctors permission to a weaker, shorter acting "generic" medication that it takes a third more to have it actually work which is as blunt as I can get.


This month we get 70 mg Vyvanse after having 35mg and 50 mg Vyvanse in the past and along with it we were suppossed to have a 20 mg short acting "name brand" Shire Adderall to utilize during the evening or morning or whenever but as posted in our earlier post we wound up having to wait for the 3rd but our money came on the 2nd this month for a change!


The 70 mg Vyvanse went quick with 7 going missing which with some money we might have a security system but to work we need the medication and eventually to live we may need even more pills just because!


In fact we do take 1/2 of a 20mg Cymbalta which sucks on the damn Shire Adderall XR 30 x 2! It also sucks on the Shire Vyvanse 70 mg capsule which may be why it sucked too!


Now on the Vyvanse you are supposed to get kicked out the door and back again so we can run a damn store!


On the other hand when we got the damn Generic Barr crap we felt like shit after about 5 hours but damn it worked better with the Cymbalta but Today we forgot to take anything because the three of us wound up in a daze until we turned on the air-conditioning!


Now we have a cup of coffee, a coke and we hate to take the damn 1/2 a Cymbalta before we go pay a few bills! when we get back we are going to have to take a Clonazepam just becuase we are afraid "not really' we might lose our minds and have a heart attack wether we need it or not just to keep a maintenance dose in our systems because we don't won't to get off it either and have the real Mccoy in the form of a panic attack like we used to because we were being rehabed!


All right to have our manly nighttime schedule of sex or work we have to have that damn small dose of Adderall or crappy ass Barr!

If we all get along and don't argue over when it is time to go to bed we might not take ten more and die!


We all three are laughing so hard right now that we got past an argument that we might kill Clifton's body!


If that aint insane enough what is because us older folks feel like idiots at our computers so who knows which one is gonna make it to the door to meet a customer we need real bad if we could all get on the same page and call "Bill"! the super computer guy that stays pissed off all the time for a damn good reason!


I hope he come back. the poor dog Val wants back and so do we all three!


We are like a three for one nightmare! God we want seperate bodies but maybe not if she'll come home!


If not then we all three are doomed! Because we have to have a damn computer that works so we can look at you beautiful ladies we could'nt bare to destroy at a younger age God help us!


Last but not least is that damn name brand Ambien which if you fall asleep early enough you don't see rainbows all day the next day! And God it would be nice to remember our ass from a hole in the ground after one of those pills!


So now we all have agreed that another trip to the mental hospital would drive us to commit triple homicide on ourselves which none of us grew up knowing existed- that is this damn technology which who knows where the other two bodies are!


If we had anymore insanity between the three of us we couldn't make it too the toilet except that Clifton has a sub conscious that keeps track of the medicine on out watch for God's sakes! So we are all criminals except maybe Clifton and he's laughing his ass off with us!


God Bless us please this time because to be honest Wal-mart could at least let us know if they found Shire cause we did a long damn time ago!


Oh god and damn some new Vyvanse that kicks Clifton and us out the damn door to McDonald's first thing because he gave up on it a long time ago- that is one of us and not Clifton's sex games and neither one of the other two want to say we like sex because we are scared but he has to drive us to the women or punch these damn buttons!


Is it possible? We all three agree!

My 64 bit Internet Explorer needed an auto update I beleive because I just received it and prior to that the..... well that patch from windows didn't work because I just lost my line again so only one excuse is needed.

A different day it has been indeed!

Friends and foe alike,

Today has been a much better day and it is strictly because of the medication and that's about it.

I decided to bring myself up to the level as prescribed by my doctor on my Adderall XR and the results have been as usual- wonderful!

I feel more like myself and as previously stated that is your perceived "State of mind".

Now what have I accomplished?

1.)I've posted some blogs.
2.)Read some things from a couple of different books
3.)Abstained from having to have any nerve pills until about 15 minutes ago when I felt the need to take 1/2 a clonazepam which is said to be for panic disorder but it more like a valium than a Zanaz that is in my own opinion.
4.) I also worked on monetizing this blog through the advertised sources but that may take a little more time and effort than I have been able to have to this point.

Amphetamins? Hopefully you read my earlier blog and you know my stance on some things even better than before.

I haven't started any building projects! Laughing!

My coaching has been not bad at times but at others it seems more like an interogation! Laughing!

What else could you call it but coaching with an attempt to disrupt. The attempt to disrupt does eventually get you to the point you might need a nerve pill!

don't be concerned for me but if you are ADD or ADHD and are having trouble making it in this life without medication please consider it but do so with the knowledge their are some that will test your limits of endurance in ways you never thought  possible!

There are parts of the book I'm reading that if truth be known I'd have finished long ago if not for some attempts to accomplish something by someone other than myself and I don't have one problem not naming names because it really doesn't seem to matter!

What's going on in my life is bigger than me and that is about all there is too it!

I am trying to keep it or they or whomever would infringe upon a person civil rights from destroying my life and that of those I love by preventing me from being the person I can be!

Who knows what the outcome will be but it should never in anyone's life be to surrender in anyway, shape or form especially to take your own life so please if you ever are faced with such pressure to go against your belief's don't do that one thing that once you are gone no one will be there to defend your honor!

I meant no disregard for those that have been left behind by such actions as stated but for those that would contemplate such action against there own self- life and time between you and your tormentors will heal some wounds you might think now as mortal!

Now who among us would want to do such a thing as leave people behind to live with and try to defend our honor in the first place?

Yall just have to read some of the book I'll post with this blog even though it's old school to some of our young professionals it is right!

If you find that it was written for you don't worry that is a good thing!

Question? Does Alabama's Mental health System use deception to treat patients?

Friends of Freedom our country was founded on and millions have died defending,

I feel certain the State of Alabama either was told a bald faced lie or they perpetrate a bald faced lie if not both!

You are told in this State that you can hear voices and it be a natural occurrence or that it is caused by specific medication(s)!

One in particular is Adderall XR that is the truth as told to me in a joking manner when I answered a question in this way.

The question was Mr. Wooley do you hear voices or noises that are not there?
1.) I answered what I know is the truth in my case. "Doctor I don't hear anything that is not there!

He ignored me and answered once we get you off Adderall XR you will no longer hear voices or noises that are not there!

He was a liar, I knew as I looked into his eyes and held my response because i was on Adderall XR and "in fact the other members of the staff asked me?

Mr. Wooley why are you in this facility? You do not seem to exhibit any issues?

I lowered my head in dejection and barely responded because I knew what a doctor responsible for my life had just told me and in fact it was a bald-faced down right lie!

How do I know this to be true?

I had succumbed on two occasions to verbal harassment in my home in plain view of my family on an over the counter medication and was committed to protect me from possible charges of harrassment 3rd in my best judgement of the situation at the time!

In the 1st facility where I mingled with both male and female patients a female patient that was one disabled by medication or a real mental health issue asked me this question?

Cliff how do you like this mind talk? It was being piped in to the best of my knowledge to every patient as some used music and others used speech while others used nothing but breaking down in tears upon their falsely garnered confession of hearing voices!

I responded ma am there is no such thing as mind talk because the poor woman was being led to believe a damn lie!

One of the poor patients was a young lady from Silverhill who might be ADHD and may have been on some other medication how the hell would I know unless I asked?

If she in fact was scare to death by that lie and is ADHD and is in need of help taking the medication and then using it to self-help her-self as is the truth of the matter through my own use of stimulant medication without hearing a damn thing til 2004 possibly prior to my minor wreck and a slight concussion the day Ivan struck then she is being denied basic health care to my knowledge!

One man brought his own damn ear plugs which if you read the package only blocks about 30 decibels- not nearly enough to drown out a pre-planned and positioned intercom system that could ruin a life which it has I'm afraid mine at least at times I think it has!

Do Not allow security companies to sell you such a system for your elderly family members unless they are in complete control of a device that is hand-held or it is possible in my opinion that they may suffer eventual harm if their condition detiorates in any way due to whatever the cause may be!

P. s.- My fear that such a system could be used to defraud the government of money or at the very least allow a person to gain funds they are entitled to prior to or in a wave of deception is a threat to this country and her people and our way of life!
