What the Hell happened to pills in this country?


Dr. Barrett used to give me a five freakin month's supply of pills in the 90's I couldn't take!


Oh yeah the Zanax worked. The Ambien worked. Even the Librex for my Irritated bowel- so damn good I almost gave up my pure old white crosses! They worked like a charm and I still went to sleep in less than 20 minutes on a damn 1/2 Ambien and the Zanax I quit because I couldn't go to sleep without them and who can sell 80 houses in two years as an example half sedated?


Now half asleep on my white crosses? No Problemo! Just pop three while your gettin the client a cup of coffee and they smoke a cigarettee and your good to go til you get home!


Then you pop three more and do the work that selling three houses a day prevents you from gettin done at work!


God do any work aholics or contractors, business people that know what it takes to succeed still live in this country?


I mean damn. I worked 7 days a week then polished up on my white crosses to the point I could work 6 and be home by 8:30 most nights!


Then by God I started my own builing business and I knew what Charlie meant! One hobby was almost too much. It was either (Family,sex,kids) or (Football or Fishing)! I know what he gave up but I ain't telling! It damn sure wasn't Sex- No offense Donna Sue! Charlie you'd understand for God's sakes! Your my mentor and hopefully the only one that ever get's in my head!


Dan good Lord man next time tell the poor son-of-bitch he might as well comit suicude if we turns 40 and we get an eight reprublican!


If President Clinton was President I think all these drugs would work and honestly I think Senator McCain likes it in the Senate! No disrespect but I would too!


President O'bama they Mr. Reicht already let the proverbial cat out of the bag on your deal with the republicans but hey he is a hero of mine as well so figure out some way to let the Republicans have the lime light so us victims of the 00 decade that respectfully are still alive can have 1 more chance to get the shit we need to be successful before our children learn a different idea that all of us and I do mean all of us out here feel and that is we were happier working our asses off!


Now I'm on a damn Ambien and who knows what it would take to knock my ass out but I sure hope isn't my Vyvanse because I'm counting on it too kick my ass out the door before coffee!


I might have to turn around because I forgot somethin but that's living and right now my shops closed until I take an Ambien to work and a Vyvanse to sleep!


Shire sue me or somebody and get this speed pill right! We are counting on you! God Speed and Hail to the queen!


I sure need one cause mine might have been dosing me the whole time! I wouldn't mind at least I had something and was gettin her done!


Warning if you are under 21 and read this you may not understand! It's half-joke and half-a-plea!

Friends and Neighbors,

My friends I must say here and below I haven't written since I was on XR and definitely not on the Barr Product much less been able to sit and read or repair a computer like I can? Shoot I need a Techie for that!

They actually have in Mobile, Al. the brand of medication that I was jokingly told in my own county "was out of business" or something like that and "I certainly wasn't surprised that after six stops on the way across our beautiful bay that I grew up on and wonder many times how I managed to survive this long to tell you my life story!" "No I wasn't surprised that in Mobile, Al. a CVS that as many of you are aware is affiliated with at least one if not many of the brave individuals that carry the banner of the ADHD nation "Shire" the maker and owner of the Trademark for a brand of medication" so vilified in my life that only 13 years of successful use of it's cousin Ephedrine and the knowledge that people such as Shire and one Ty Pennington stand up and defend our right to be ADHD, ADD, OCD, or even making it worse the Depression that comes from a seven year fight to get your life back!


I've been down and out for almost four months due to my own stupidity in asking my doctor to consider the "worst of the Evil in generic medications that I have known"! Barr Labs! Cheap it may be but if you plan to work or have a career or even and especially an education cheap doesn't cut it and if your ill physically buy the Name brand with the Trade Mark 1st, please?


The Barr Labs version of Adderall XR as well as many generic medications although enticing because of the low price make me for one worry about the people in this country and others for that matter that are told oh that generic medication is the same stuff and in fact one pharmacist or their assistant told me once "the Barr is the global brand"!


Lord God if that is the case then I should have been on this ADHD page with you writing and enjoying the same benefit that I have enjoyed from over the counter medications but not as dependable or having the duration of symptom control that Shire's products have and I'm sure many of you know that but it is crucial not only for we the ADHD, ADD, OCD, PTSD, or Depressed over the whole affair to stand up and let our neighbors know that the cost of a medication has no bearing on it's worth when compared to the value of Life, Liberty and the pursuit of happiness over a long life span and not a life span cut short because of a generic medication that wasn't found to be "that much different so to speak in the eye's of our FDA!


I am a staunch Democrat and well I have some leanings toward the right as well but if National Health Care is to have a chance it must take into account the importance of people's ability to not only have physical and visual treatment or even audible treatment under controlled conditions that is but also the ability they must have to say "I want the medication that my doctor has written on the prescription" as medically necessary!


Our lives and the lives of our children's children depends on it!


Thus my ADD, ADHD and alike friends and neighbors I am "anti-ADHD and "pro-drug"! LOL! My ADHD has cost me some years of misery both prior to and after I sought treatment but the bottom-line is that a fine group of Physicians and their staff have saved my life! Thank you Dr. Ney, Anita, Nadja, Dr Cantwell and Dr. Bergman as well as Dr Shaikh and Dr. Mace the man that once told me his professor had said everyone in the country could benefit from a little Ritalin- well that may be true but as for me that stuff is almost as bad as Barr and it was probably generic since that was early on in my treatment but feeling ill may come at some point down the road for all of us when taking medication so having that prior to having to ask for the silver Bullet is a privilege when compared to the Nausea and miserable effects of some generic's! I know we all are different and so are those drugs! I have swapped this one for that one more than once and thanks to my doctor and not a few others not mentioned I am now heading in a different direction than I was prior to her help and it is because of an Herbal supplement and a an FDA acting in two different ways of thinking- taking an herbal root off the market- Ephedra. Yet promoting cheap generics which if monitored properly maybe we wouldn't have to be! The 21st. Anything is possible and I hope it's private! LOL!


I'm not perfect and most likely their are many like me so I have one hell of an Idea that I want to see become a reality so another person like myself does not have to spend 7 plus years trying to prove to anyone that they were being truthful although it had gotten sticky and was coming to a point that I needed a person to save my life before I found myself in a worse situation and that idea may take some real work to see as a reality or it may not!


I since I am not a doctor nor a therapist don't have nor have I had a chance to discuss it with my doctor but I hope too one day!


It certainly does not involve taking a person's life away from them on the premise that one roach seen is most likely only just the start of discovering more roaches! I'm one person that can say I'm the only roach! Lord I hope you let roaches into heaven cause I sure have been called one and worse but I'll take the roach designation any day but I stand up and say that many of us are in the same situation and should not ever have to endure 7 years of anything to kill one roach!

What would you do? Really think about the possibility in a world with a man like me!

Right now! Right here in a place that looks and has always felt like camelot more than just a place or area to live a man lives!

Just one man and a cat and a dog that is here for him to love and she is here to love and fuss at me. Now the cat? She is my daughter's and I love the cat but she is a pain in the butt but that's okay cause she is just spoiled too.

Now this man has a problem. Not one that he has the mind to even discuss much less the time or motivation - hell even the mental energy to fill out a complaint for a warrant to be issued most of the month and this has gone on for seven years and damn he's living on disability and it's a lie he wants out of if possible before the culprits as my wife used to call them before she left get away with murder of the mind!

Oh it sounds so out of this world and I have so much bottled up ambition to do so many things with my life that it makes me look bad enough to get the medication that works and i've been afraid to say something straight enough to draw the attention of amnesty international but after seven years what I need is not a priest to exorcise a demon but actually NATO!

Ten years ago even I would have thought I was crazy and I think anything is possible! But I tell you this I live in a world where heckeling is a 24/7/365 experience and a medication that makes us that are ADD or ADHD better people and happier too is used against us so much that we want to jump up on a mountain and ask our neighbors to please understand even if they were living in a home that had a man or woman or even a little child being harassed and in the process that person not only has lost 7 years that were needless years to lose because being accused of everything but being jack the ripper and your only crime is that you have been diagnosed and treated for a condition that you don't realize how bad it affects your life until you aren't that hyper out of control know it all that doesn't realize why but for some reason all of a sudden a little white pill called the white cross changes your life for such a wonderful way that you don't even realize how much it has changed you until it is taken away from you and your forced to live in a world for a short time that was more innocent than evil yet your called every day of your life your a liar by some expert with a little bit more technology than god will allow and your really more of a self proclaimed patriot in your own mind because you know the truth!

Yes the truth my friends! What is the truth? That every last person on this planet that "tells their children that drugs are evil is one day going to have to face the truth in a pharmacy line that the poor people around you although proud and in pain or misery from working their fingers to the bone or that have some awful disease that the drugs in that pharmacy may be many and have a different effect on this person or that one but when you find the one that works and it saves your life in some way shape or form but your whole life you lived in a drug war that should have been a drug therapy session like hitting a dad-gum peace pipe may just have been or is to the native americans- soothing! Well somebody or maybe speaking through a damn loud speaker the size of a pin point just distracted me and all that jazz but folks as you look around you in that pharmacy and you think "Thank God" for this medicine I'm about to get that for years had no ill effect on me but now it is not even the one I used to call a white cross and my friends said "man doesn't that stuff make your skin crawl and you say back to them no actually it focuses me and helps me concentrate and in doing so fills some primal need to run like the wind and wear yourself out for nothing to the point you actually buy a computer because you can affford it and the once impossible to pass course you took on the original windows opens up a world that your mind now craves to soak up the information almost like a sponge where once in your life you actually asked yourself time and again what can I do with my life to make a difference in my childrens life so that when I'm gone they and my parents who had worried about hurricanes destroying their way of life could if not during my life maybe not have to worry so much years later to a teenager finds themselves embroiled in a war over a medication they had taken for years that is now being decepitvely used as a weapon becuase the once calm and peace you gained from it has been turned into a way to torment your thirsty mind and no i'm not sitting here lazily waiting my time out on this planet because my faith says that "man is to use his mind and his time wisely even if he has to live in wired house or even a wired body that we lie to our children when they are young and tell them that what God gave us is all poison!

Even Sex! Well that lie is pretty well by the simple but serious command our lord made to us all to be go and be fruitful!

It is hard not admire president Lincoln because he certainly wasn't ADHD or ADD becuase we either hate to read and just like to do it til it's our best or we plan it and plan it again and love to slow down to a cruising speed on a medication that our poor children can't decide for themselves if they like to put it on cruise or if they are supposed to just be themselves even if after they have had cruise control and can just keep it ten miles an hour over the speed limit some miserable souls come into their lives and say well you made that decision to have cruise control and I know you can't decide if you feel guilty for having it or happy as hell that you have it so we are gonna take it away because like we always told you they don't let people in China have cruise control which is a lie because that is where cruise control grows right out of the ground!

Yeah we are the cruise control police and we have something now to make everybody look like they are crazy because who wants to spend all their pent up energy that now is focused on finding what you said for the last three weeks "what's the use i'm just burned out from hearing these voices that is the biggest damn lie you ever heard for real!

So who do you call? The people at Shire or maybe the people at concerta but they are on the same team competing for a starting job on the enlightened world that I stand in line trying to figure out how do I tell my kids that if you take this it may save your life like it did mine for 10 or twelve years but watch out for the cruise control police because they have taken all the fun out of even getting your license to drive!

I just told you the truth and I hope you can handle it cause I think most of us have some sense!

Defiance? It can be a wonderful thing for your side and it can for mine too if we have our cruise control so we don't use buck shot on that poor little quail by accident!

So who do you call ghost buster's or the police? I think it's somebody from Oxford! They did put out a report that both Ephedrine and Amphetamin's are something that are less harmful than maybe some folks had preached to us our whole lives was worse than a rattle snake!

So friends hen it looks like i'm in a hurry writing these warnings and offering a glimmer of hope for some of us if we stick together it's not because I'm manic or high it's most likely because I was defiant last night and said damn-it I'm gonna get this done cause if I don't I might never get another chance!

Depacote? Good god if it doesn't plug you up it will shut up or screw up something you love!

Yes I'm in a hurry to get a message out cause I have something else planned and have for seven years and it isn't some fantasy so no matter what you have heard I might not be an angel but I sure ain't the devil's advocate!

That is it cause my five year plan is behind schedule and it ain't because of drugs it is because somebody thinks drugs kill! They didn't kill for ten to twelve years they saved my life and that is the god's honest life so doctor's have some mercy on us cause we do want to sleep!

It doesn't mean much to most folks but Ijust can't get deep enough.....

It doesn't mean as much to some folks as you would think and to others it's just not on their radar scope at all but I just can't get deep into a subject this afternoon or at least right now as much as I would like.


Sometimes you find out you just don't mean that much in this old world to some of the people you even pay may of your income too and that cuts a little deep.


It does seem their are others of us that means more too and some good conversation is as important as the almighty dollar and to those folks I salute you!


It is always interesting how someone may not return a phone call and at least update you and we get all bent out of shape only to find out they actually gave a darn and were overloaded because they did give a darn!


Then we run across those that don't return a phone call and we don't expect it because we have given them all the information they need and things just come together.


I salute those people. One for knowing we trust them and the two for not adding to our distractions as we go about our daily tasks trusting them.


Then there are those we are supposed to feel close to that never call  or if we do they never return our calls and to those people I feel for because they have some reason for their lack of concern and those people like I said i have concern for!


Confused?


It depends on how your day has gone to this point and who you have dealt with and if any of these situations make any dang since too you now doesn't it?


I just can't get my reach mode going this afternoon and if you notice by my posts it only happens occasionally and that bothers me immensely!


Should it?


Depends on what group, individual or what thing particular has led me to these feelings Today!


I hope you don't understand but if you do I salute you!


sometimes in life something as simple as retelling an age old story can make a person's day or talking to someone they thought was a "favorite of theirs but along comes that stranger that turns out to make your day if you can hold off the disappointment in others long enough to enjoy what they in their individual lives has made your day a little brighter!


I'm not quite through Today so let me make a phone call and see if I get put on the back burner for whatever reason that last time so I can try to over come it or reason with it or come to grips with or just plain deal with it as some shallow folks will plain and simple tell you to your face if not worse!

Maybe I ought to to take a drive and see why no one can stand in for someone and I'd tell you why I had to write a letter a couple of times and drop out or ask out of something I enjoyed doing for the public good a couple of times in my life but let me take a drive first!

I had such an extreme dream let me tell you about it!

Give me just a second though cause I just woke up and when trying to mix my decaffeinated coffee with my half-caffeinated coffee I threw coffee all over the dang house! Be right back.


I had one hell of a an extreme dream thanks to Ty Pennington and what's his name from that show where they ate stuff for the idea for the name but the dream was all mine!


My Dad was right one time and when I get some 1/4 caffeinated coffee and some drugs for this ADHD I'll be right back!


7:06 Am Anyway my Dad was right. Never go back to sleep unless you want to have a bad dream! I woke up this morning at 5:00 Am!


Now who the hell wants to do that unless your fishin, huntin, makin love or workin? I don't even like to do it for any of those reasons unless it's my idea!

My wife hated that crap for years and I tried to make it different but everything always turned out my idea! She used to say "you think everything is about you don't you?" I'd think of Carly Simon and start singing to myself!

It made me sad but it was true. I wanted her to switch on somethin but I was always against it unless I reached for the dang switch myself! What a shame.


Anyway I went back to sleep! Damn dream. could have been a good one cause for once in my life my whole family was on the same page except my Ex-wife!


Our old home on the Bay was on a hill now between two rows of homes one to the North and one to South. Each had a road that led down to the Bay- I assume Mobile Bay!


The residents were retirees! Turns out they were misinformed bust bodies! Let me go get my coffee and ADHD drug of sorts!


7:15 Am Let's see where were we. Well I did just take 4 Equate pseudo-ephedrine 30 mg red tabs just like I have all week and damn well let's go on with the story!


"I'm not sure if this coffee is 1/2 decaffeinated, 1/4 Decaffeinated or 3/16 decaffeinated." Look the main thing and we all know it is that it isn't "100%" caffeinated! Oh yeah let me log me my meds!

7:21 Sorry I'm back. Well I'd have been back sooner but I had to cut my truck off! Oh yeah I forgot to mention that. Let me gets some nicotine and I'll be right back!

7:25 am Okay I'm back! Well I found my nicotine but I had to finish sweeping up the coffee remember? Dang I only have a half-a-cup of coffee left! Be right back.

7:30 am Look you know I'm forgetting my dream but I'm trying. Ok? Let me say though that Equate Tylenol PM x2 I took last night knocked me right out but damn I woke at 4 am and 5 am and 6 am! Actually I was up before that but I laid down at 8:00 pm with two-substitute Ambiens next two me in a bottle because I just didn't think the Equate pm would work so be careful cause you never know with that Benadryl substitute in your substitute Tylenol what your gonna get!

7:43 am: Sorry I had to re-up on the coffee and nicotine after doing some editing and spell-checkin! Oh I had to find the Dog and turn on CNN for her. Dang Atheists on there with what's her name! Here's to you God we know your there and we sure as heck need you!

Okay back to the Extreme Dream segment. Where the heck was I? Well while I'm thinkin "The football sure was somethin yesterday and so was Basketball!

My University of South Alabama Jaguars lost to the Louisville Cardinal's and my University of Alabama Crimson Tide lost to those Purdue boilermakers! Dang!

Let me go back to the top and look at where I was in the Dream.

O'kay the deal was I was living in my parent's old Mobile Bay home. Maybe Dee Dee sold it back to me cause the old-farts next door did the same thing to her! "Laughing"!

It started out with me being in my Jon boat on the Mobile Bay Causeway actually in the Blakeley River fishin in a Little cut into the Marsh and I still had my grand-daddy Sauce's old 5 1/2 hp Johnson. My sister Kathy swam down the river to where I was South of the causeway bridge to let me know I needed to come in because she had somethin to tell me!

My motor wouldn't crank right-a-away but I wound up right behind her and I'm going to Add I asked her to jump in the boat!

There were some old-farts standing on the bridge watching us as we passed under neath heading to what used to be Mizell's landing but now it's called Mike's landing I think just at the East end of the bridge!

Wait-a-minute maybe that's my ex-wide's new boyfriend- ah who cares!

The girl I'm kinda in Love with- claims to be in Tennessee pregnant! Wouldn't you if you were her?

The main thing in my dream my sister is on my side! She did say last week I was wasting my life with these blogs and I'm sorry about the Porno blog to my ex-wife!
It was a good idea if I wasn't so ADHD or just plain Techno dumb or just plain impatient and stupid whichever comes first!

Meth! I Said "Sis I'm on Adderall when I stay up past 8:00 pm! She said I know Cliff but they don't understand!

In the next scene I'm standing outside with my Ex-wife on the south side looking down at this god-awful subdivision they cut low into the ground on either side but we as I said were looking south at the situation which if you knew the lay of the land would be impossible because they would be under-water!

I told her what my sister had said and she replied "you can't have anymore Adderall because you stay up past 8:00 pm and it's gonna get you in trouble!"

I replied I have to have my Adderall so I can get somethin done! she said stay on the Equate pseudo-ephedrine cause I already called your doctor and told them you were better off!

I screamed at the neighbors go look up your medicine in your pill book and encyclopedias cause I like staying up til midnight- like Wolfman Jack!

Reader's at that time I woke up and it couldn't take a chance on going back to sleep cause I love God and I want to Love somebody and go to school- pass and complete some subjects! Not to mention work a full day come home write my thoughts and dreams down for you my readers and make a dollar here and there!

I know it used to let's go make a dollar Today but now it's every other day!

Have a great Sunday, go the Church of your choice or not but Believe because there can't be any other way! Don't let the Dinosaurs fool you because they were part God's evolutionary plan! His days and our can't be the same- don't you think?

Look like the Crimson Tide is just too much for Jags tonight!

Jag fans get ready for Saturday and a noon CDT tip-off with the Louisville Cardinals up there and well see if tonight's tangle with The Alabama Crimson Tide pays some dividends for the young inexperienced team that Coach Ronnie Arrow is molding here in South Alabama!


The game was close at the half with Alabama holding only a marginal lead but half-way through the second half things started getting out of hand especially with an injury to the Jags inside man. Any injury to your hand, wrist or otherwise can be just enough to make it a different feel for the young man.


Ronnie Arrow is now 1-1 against the Alabama Crimson Tide as The tide prepares to travel to Purdue; after the two aforementioned road games for the Tide and Jags they both take a week off before resuming play.


The University of Alabama is now or shortly will be 4-3 as the the University of South Alabama Jaguars continue their schedule at 2-4!


Go Jags!

I'm just about past my bedtime so let me go for now so I can get up tomorrow and resume my schedule whatever that may be in trying to right my program!

Hopefully the Jags will make a late run and make it respectable after 43 years of play and 1200 games played much to the delight of us Basketball fans here in South Alabama!

It's great to be from Alabama and ............

It's great to be from Alabama and ADHD too because we get the best of both world's!

Although our ADHD is not curable in the true since of the word, Life may get us down and with the right doctor, communication and medication we can over come both- Depression and ADHD!

All we need is as stated above and the following:

1.)  Support that understands why were down.
2.) Support that understands the ADHD mind- I'm talking family.
3.) Insurance(?) The question mark is because I'm just not sure if the government health care plan covers and understands us as well and no offense to the surgeon General because without reading the entire plan or parts there of I can't comment with confidence on the subject. I will as soon as I can and with her being from Mobile, Alabama and with the Trauma we all in the military as civilians over the last Ten years have experienced; God knows we need to help everyone be there very best!
4.) Love and support because it takes time and effort broth sides as the patient and the health provider and their team!
5.) As a patient your #1 goal should be to ask for research avenues be it the most respected experts in your area, region and country as well suggested reading material by your doctor.
6.) The only thing I would add would be to read past, present and stay current with future research in the area of ADHD and that one word we hate to admit to ourselves sometimes I mentioned- Depression!
7.) #2 goal find patience enough to allow everything to work out for you and your family!

*To the rest of the world what I have stated above most likely holds true in your lives as well given the human nature and the nature of our planet! Yes I can say that as a Christian please think of that yourself because I know we all come to believe in God almighty and I hope you also find solace and peace in the words of

My savior Jesus Christ through your own path! My opinion and that of those I respect most likely the most because nobody talks anymore face to face to know.
My belief is that there maybe a false religion arise one day but it will be based on the teachings of one man against our belief in One God that has many answers to our questions but like I said we are humans created equally and God knows us because we were created in his image on his schedule!

A different day it has been indeed!

Friends and foe alike,

Today has been a much better day and it is strictly because of the medication and that's about it.

I decided to bring myself up to the level as prescribed by my doctor on my Adderall XR and the results have been as usual- wonderful!

I feel more like myself and as previously stated that is your perceived "State of mind".

Now what have I accomplished?

1.)I've posted some blogs.
2.)Read some things from a couple of different books
3.)Abstained from having to have any nerve pills until about 15 minutes ago when I felt the need to take 1/2 a clonazepam which is said to be for panic disorder but it more like a valium than a Zanaz that is in my own opinion.
4.) I also worked on monetizing this blog through the advertised sources but that may take a little more time and effort than I have been able to have to this point.

Amphetamins? Hopefully you read my earlier blog and you know my stance on some things even better than before.

I haven't started any building projects! Laughing!

My coaching has been not bad at times but at others it seems more like an interogation! Laughing!

What else could you call it but coaching with an attempt to disrupt. The attempt to disrupt does eventually get you to the point you might need a nerve pill!

don't be concerned for me but if you are ADD or ADHD and are having trouble making it in this life without medication please consider it but do so with the knowledge their are some that will test your limits of endurance in ways you never thought  possible!

There are parts of the book I'm reading that if truth be known I'd have finished long ago if not for some attempts to accomplish something by someone other than myself and I don't have one problem not naming names because it really doesn't seem to matter!

What's going on in my life is bigger than me and that is about all there is too it!

I am trying to keep it or they or whomever would infringe upon a person civil rights from destroying my life and that of those I love by preventing me from being the person I can be!

Who knows what the outcome will be but it should never in anyone's life be to surrender in anyway, shape or form especially to take your own life so please if you ever are faced with such pressure to go against your belief's don't do that one thing that once you are gone no one will be there to defend your honor!

I meant no disregard for those that have been left behind by such actions as stated but for those that would contemplate such action against there own self- life and time between you and your tormentors will heal some wounds you might think now as mortal!

Now who among us would want to do such a thing as leave people behind to live with and try to defend our honor in the first place?

Yall just have to read some of the book I'll post with this blog even though it's old school to some of our young professionals it is right!

If you find that it was written for you don't worry that is a good thing!

Wednesday. One day we all look at as hump day.  Well not some of us because we work too much in the first place but that is okay we have to work on that issue in life as well but the subject in this blog is dad-gum-it! Being ADHD.

1.) Stop
2.) Think
3.) Organize
4.) Stay on task til it is finished!

Ie: Medicine stupid!   The reason for this benefit? 

That is why we take it and people that don't know or understand that philosophy have no idea what ADHD is but they can be okay to know as friends!

They are just so dang opinionated that those of us that are ADHD & utilize medication for treatment know from experience;  and I mean they our friends & family but -always think we are on too much so they hound us and wear on us til we say look this "stuff" can help motivate as well as the previous items listed in simple order but that seems to add fuel to their fire! But damn.



The only problem is we have to nicely say back I know; when we want to say we are tight but you aren't me and you are ruining my time to find that philosophy I always find useful  and to tell you the truth that makes your hounding more of a problem than that dang drug you keep saying I'm on- in public!

So Adder's and ADHDer's keep that in mind so you don't hurt their feelings because they out number us and although a good fight not to mention quickly won cause we tend to have a chip on our shoulders from all the advice when we really have another peice of advice we want to remember so we can say to ourselves not anyone else because our friends and family think the fact we keep adding to the checklist on one task so we are already humbeld and trying to find one more task to complete because our brilliant friend's held us up telling us we were going to die!

So now we are behind but I bet we stay later and have more fun doing that than you do being all perfect and not worrying about it but problem is we love you! Heck you don't look all stressed out and I was that off the medicine not now so I have no idea why you feel I'm about to die all the time!

One more question for you my friends because I've found two sides two coffee?

1. In the Am no meds- total anxiety and stress, but I have to have it!

2. In the PM with meds it calms and releaves stress for a short time then screws up my focus and that in itself to early in the evening makes me long for that calm peaceful feeling which is the one thing that can make life at least difficult if you aren't careful; one more for the day!



One more question? Do you ever wonder what the other side feel like in their minds being so organized and focused or whatever because I think that would be interesting as all get out to know? I'm of course talking about those that are not and don't have our personality trait to consider.

Look yall sometimes I get in a better frame of mind when no one is telling me I'm wrong for deciding to be treated and wasn't winging it.

The trouble can be that each medicine has different affects on a person's abilities to get a task completed.

Today has been a busy, focused and productive day!

Friends,

Today has been a much more relaxed, focused and productive day for me! I have to say there is a reason for this and although very Technologically challenged and as impatient a person as you would ever meet particularly when it comes to learning anything new even when I want to learn it has been much different Today!

The progress and the feelings of success have come with some small mistakes worst of which I lost but will find the "New" more personal Title to this blog which is important as I delve into more stories from a life that has been pretty interesting at most times to say the least! LOL!

Thanks go to my doctor for changing my ADHD medication back to Adderall XR by Shire yesterday from my second attempt to utilize Vyvanse actually maybe the third when considering dose which I'm not discussing with you that is between you and your doctor.

Ty I'm not sure your regimen and I hope you don't mind my mentioning your name as I wish you well but I'm just more at ease with the XR. Maybe one day I'll learn the secret to making Vyvanse perform as it may for you I certainly don't know but I know one thing and that is Shire has had and will continue to have my complete confidence.

Ya'll I hope your evening goes well and as this site evolves you gain some information or direction one way or another that improves your quality of life!
