It's great to be back on blogger writing a little although for the last couple of months I have been put in the most difficult position of having to utilize Barr's generic version of Adderall to have the quality of life we all deserve and it has been less than quality.

I understand your misery if you have had to make do on this medication and if you have not had the opportunity to have the benefit of the original Shire version of the product I certainly hope you get the chance.

I personally have to say that at the risk of sounding as if I'm kissing up here as I have applied to be on the Vyvanse assistance program that my experience with the Shire products have made my life better even in some of the most difficult circumstances that anyone could imagine living here in America!

Otherwise I would not be a successful albeit beat up at times patient being treated for ADHD. Please be careful yourselves as unfortunately there are many individuals that work diligently to undermine the success of an ADHD patient on a 24/7 basis.

I up about an hour ago running around outside in my pajama's.

Before I took my ADHD meds!

Anyway I was outside putting the garbage cans out, cleaning up the right-of-way, pulling down so old limbs on my property- well somebody else's property and thinkin'!

Just thinkin' as I moved around the property very close to the street at times realizing just in time that I needed to get my pajama wearing butt a little further from the street because some are blessed with a job job and some are blessed with a job! Those on their scheduled job might just run over my ass!

God Love 'em because when I was building I was driving, my left knee held the wheel, my left hand held my coffee mug or my Sobee green tea or at that time the best energy drink going taste or otherwise for the mid afternoon drowsies was Mountain Dew Red or an Amp!

Yeah I know I took Mini-Thins and Two-Ways and whatever this red package is that only the top tear off is left that I found in my ex-wife's desk or maybe it was in the Credenza that was my mother's but on lease when I was a builder!

No offense Mom!

Anyway yeah they helped as long as God and Government would allow us ADHD folks to hav' 'em before the cough medicine take over! In more ways than one! Do have to list them?

Anyway the truth is the truth that can only be told in a few countries but more countries than a week ago!

Anyway! I had my blue prints on the steering wheel somethin' in my mouth most likely a Twinkie and my Nextel now Sprint in my right hand safely away from my ear Thank God- well CNN reported yesterday that radiation from our phones has been found to increase Glucose production in our Brains and/or cell activity!

I forget the ladies name on Brooke Baldwin's or maybe it was Wolf Blitzer's program?

Anyway the bottom-line is that may or may not be a good thing for us human's!

Who knows what Trauma watching me drive from her seat in my roll away brief case that caused my Yorkie- Actually a long haired minature Labrador!

Let's see should I take my ADHD medication or stop drinking my half-Caffeinated coffee?

Hell it could be the sugar!

What time is it? Oh it's only 7:55 am by Micro-Soft time!

Anyway I was walking around starting projects and after popping the hood on my 88 Dodge to tighten the wire holding my power steering pump I thought the only people that know what I'm doing is me my dog and the dog next door!

Thank God! So I came in to write this story and advertise some chain saws and ladders! I've got three one elecric with a dull blade and two gas powered that I'm not sure will run and several ladders none of which is For-Sale!

ADHD misunderstood and the maligned!

Regardless of what has been the typical ADHD hell that is not caused by a pill but by the negligence of the few and the total disregard for human life and the undeniable effort to make a alter boy out of me I have managed to ask for some help!

That help is from you! 1.00 would be fine! Becuase the old drug addict! Laughing! Is not such a drug addict after all and if I were i'd be a better human being than the people that claim to be superior to me!

Let's see I think we have made some progress here and maybe with a few models for Alabama girls, A few nice posts on Fashion for gulf coast girls, The sale of some items posted last night and this morning, the help of my friends at Rent-A-Geek even though i might have to pay them but hey the bottom line is that might offend them cause we are in this thing to make a living!

Help from Darcy entering some info in quick-books now that I have intuit as well Pay-pal and amazon back on board to boot we should be able to make some headway if the anti-adderall crowd and all their followers don't kidnap the google Executive for God's sake and put him to death for being one hell of a guy!

Yes I have to work some odd hours and yes I have a store to open but that will take a miracle or some damn cold medication since I get hammered by some evil I figure is akin to the anti-christ because last night i was saying the lords prayer around here before i said to hell with it and said damn let's see here i've got two different Adderall capsules checked from the CVS and one has made it a living hell staying awake and the other has well made some difference- hey call me crazy but Shire I need you and if i can find the time I might check out this information I read the other night on your web-site that might save my life!

No I'm not a drug addict but if Ty Pennington had my  he'd blow his brains out! Well like i said yesterday mycalled me in last month after being directly involved in attacking me none of this I told my when called out on the carpet in Decemeber as to if it were my or not but of course i lowered my head and said it was and . Well I was told earlier this month sometimes our plans don't work out but if mine don't i know who to blame and blame is just a nice word I am trying to use to say that after a few days of their up tilt in bombardment to make one man think he is insane for taking a pill that he might need a truck full of to win this war and if you are anti-drug- to hell with you! you'll need one one day and some idiot will take it away from you just for the hell of it!

that is easily accomplished without much more than a lot of pressure and to tell you every day that there is no such thing as ADHD or after that get's you down and a few other million things to be very frank! And I mean millions in the likes of handling someone else's money in a disaster area that your depression is just in your head!

No duh! To top it off i'm in every body else's boat again for the first time in a while and I feel your pain. The 40 million that have no prescription drug coverage all of a sudden after I upgraded my families blue cross to include Dental and with the rise in prices to off-set their supposed cost in coverage I've got insurance for my ex-wife and two children til their 26 I hope but for the same price as it was with me! Oh only 521.00 month which is not much for some I guess but I'm the one trying to get off disability which is in fact after some recovery that started well over a year ago if I could keep my Adderall locked up safely in fact I have said to hell with a log!

the crap comes in two type capsules anyway and i'm hoping Adderall just had a change in their markings which I want to ask them if that is true but damn I would hate make them hate me!

It is the only thing that actually works but I might if I still have a doctor go with generic next month and hope to god I make it!

It wouldn't be so bad but I have taken this type medication for 18 damn years and had never had one bit of trouble to as the Metabolife founder stated they raped cinderella!

Well it has been close to that for many of us. Because I don't know if I should throw up now or wait til I'm back on the crap that they call Asthma medicine that by the way Adderall works on pretty well or whatever it is I have in these capsule because yeaserday morning I could hardly breathe til I took an Adderall and it cleared my sinus congestion! Seriously so it kills pain and clears your sinuses! Damn that 125 year-old recipe aint that bad my friends!

Til you throw some cough medicine in it at high doses like they did the old cousin I took that was just fine til they ruined it!

63,000,000 doses according to the FDA and a few people couldn't get to bed by eight o'clock.

Hell I never would have had a thing to be upset about if I hadn't dreamed of being  somebody and wanted to first get home alive and secondly get the work done after the kids to bed maybe I won't have to worry to much all night about who, what where and when something had to complete or get up and run out the door and be immediately behind at the office or eventually in my truck!

Then when you get home is it take a chance on a drink that might put me too sleep or work the next day ADHD if not for my coast guard cocktail that went sour!

I certainly wouldn't have much to complain about if not for the meds cause although I thought I was smart when quite figure out what I wanted to do!

Now it's everything I can so I don't ever get in a position that I have to let anyone push me around til i'm angry about it- something I never had to worry about before- on medication! Now isn't that something?

Our home movies sure seem to show a different story! And I don't mean the personal one's I think are beautiful- I mean the pics and movies of us playing in the yard and me working on whatever til it was finished with some patience!

Patience now is like time in a bottle i'm afraid we don't get to turn the damn thing over here anyways!

Get your kids on the medication young enough and at a low enough dose that will work so they can get an education and not have to have task of trying to get one at my age in a different field after the fact when you have pressure from all directions and your sane enough to know when you are being had!

Yeah just one. One left I'm afraid but I won the argument but I'm dieing from the wounds of the battle. But again as I said It was worth the fight and we all are in the process of kicking the old "proverbial bucket anyway so it was "worth the fight" and I'll be glad when the enemy realizes they lost the damn thing and moves their rag tag asses back to where they came from because "what the Hell" yall!

Look I just lost enough "Free speech" after having saved it to constitue a Federal ban on something and it vsure as hell is not what I speak of it's just a fuckin shame!

I had saved something that was the best description of a military Technology that comes home to roost on someone and next it could be you and now I'm too upset to keep writing so sit on your ass and let it happen to your country but mostly your future ancestors are counting on you not letting a terrorist attack on your person or theirs destroy what so many have died for including hundreds of thousands of Iraqi's!

Hell if I could actually say I had one it would be after I'm dead and gone I guess thanks to my friends with the ability to use the technology that killed all those Iraqi's- Jamming!

Interference with command and control just like walking into a room and every one jumping up and hollering BOO!

Now I'm gonna stop and yall ponder what I have said please because my war is one and I'm out of money and have maybe a third of my life left and damn-it.

Well I got damn-it out! My thoughts and the truth now that my friends is going to wind up back as people writing notes just like the Thank you notes someone had started writing that "Kati Couric" reported on the other night if it continues to trend like it has where only the rich have the money to jam our poor asses!

It damn sure aint no dumb person technically like I am my mental strenghts are somewhere else and my physical strenghts are fading with these old injuries from being so wide open my whole life!

If I weren't ADHD why would I have all these scars?

Another ADHD Post to get me in Trouble!

If you are ADHD, another condition that the medication Helps you tremendously on Meth or almost as bad lose your Insurance listen up!

Anything is better than the alternative including being unmedicated and truly ADHD or Depressed or for that matter any number of other reasons you may be prescribed, smart enough or unfortunate enough not to have this information and find yourself in worse trouble than you thought possible!

First of all let me say i can't promise you my latest experiment with over the counter medication will work for you attitude when it is most important such as when someone cuts you off, your wife is angry with you or your boss, family member otherwise irritating individuals that you might just happen to Love or not!

Here's the scoop:

1.) 1 Bronkaid Dual action ( yeah the dual action is the problem)   Caplet at Breakfast. Make sure to eat with it if you are like me and Guaifenesin  makes you want to vomit!

2.) 1 30 mg Suda-Fed as well if it you find it will work for you- most likely but like i said the alternatives are pretty bad wouldn't you agree?

Lunch:

1.) 1/2 Bronkaid caplet with as I said lunch.

2.) 1- 30 mg Suda-Fed or Equivalent but as I have said previously a brand name is preferable.

That's it then if your are truly ADD, ADHD as well as depressed or some other doctor has diagnosed properly then you can tell the nay-sayers to go to Hell long enough you don't wind up a chicken shit and agree to go to re-hab for something that doesn't need re-hab it needs treatment!

Now if you aren't one of those listed above be a chicken shit and go to re-hab before you wind up in jail if you don't want anyone's advice just wait they'll give you advice like I read with my own eye's and mind every time you ask for a Head Ache remedy!

The fact of the matter is I was on an on-line support page one night and some poor individual asked if they could have an Ibu whatever just call it a Tylenol and the sadist moderator said "NO"! "You'll relapse and I though for God's sakes "Thank God Iwasn't in the room with that miserable person that said "No!"

Well yall if I had been in real room with that sadist moderator or mentor and couldn't have a Tylenol for my headache you know I'd be totally unmedicated and Lord I'd have to well you get the picture!

Friends, Neighbors and those I don't know personally,

Please take some advice from a stranger that has spent his whole life working to make his family happy with n idea what to do past the next week because I'm techno dumb and to top it off I didn't even pass a windows class I took in the late 80's!

Why should you listen to me? Because I've been down, I've been up and back down down again. The reason no planning! Only promoting!

I couldn't plan out on paper more than a six month budget in my personal finances and my 17 year-old second wife made one mistake and paid the furniture bill and not the Trailer bill! Damned if I didn't take the check book away and not in a mean way cause I love women and especially smart, sassy, confident, balls of energy just like me!

From that day forward I handled all the bills and keep in mind I was self-employed and had a salaried job! I've worked since I was 12 years-old trying to sell somebody something that "I could believe in from Bar B Q to mobil-auto & truck detailing after my dad got hurt on a job in 1985 to Becoming President of my Dad's Company Southern foundation Drilling Co Inc. after his accident to coming home from repairing the damaged equipment after the insurance companies fought over whom to blame when it was clear who that rest with and it paid big for my family at my Dad's health, life expectancy and more my Mother's miserable routine of having to help restore his scalp after it was removed in that terrible accident in December 1985- 6- years after he and my mother lost everything both business wise and financially after hurricane Frederic that hit Mobile, Alabama on September, 12 1979!

The only thing not damaged by that storm was his construction equipment he had just purchased one year earlier!   
They lost a portion of their home, their prized 38' 1957
Chris Craft Constellation, The primary business that was recovering from an  Interstate 10 by-passing them in 1976!

If you are Louisiana or Texas you remember that Interstate Ten opening over Mobile Bay and my family had the two Exxon Stations on the old Battleship Parkway. It took a few trips but you found us again but by that time the recessions of the early eighties had devastated our family  by bringing the profit on gasoline down to a couple of pennies a gallon all that was left was a smaller (1) store on owned property whereas the Primary location was on leased State land and the State wanted all the profit leaving only an unfinished restaurant and a launching ramp that took in a 100.00 a day!

Not to mention my father had spent 20,000.00 in 1978 cash building a camp park on that location that was totally wiped away in September when for the first time the previous month it had been full to capacity for the first time!

I could go on.

I wanted a MBA from the University of Alabama in my dreams because I've always been ADHD and we didn't have computer games to captivate us then like we do now! ADD is hell but throw in my energy that is here it is just under-neath a little depression and you aren't going to finish a class in any school anywhere especially sitting at your home office online! Other options? NO! Learn from doing!

The ADD, ADHD way of the last few thousand years!

I have done it all and can still do it all thanks to ADHD treatment with a little more thrown in by my doctor to overcome some disappointments! Yeah you may think I'm weak but not as much as some might say!

The point is have your I's dotted and your T's crossed before you start a project that is why I had success in the Home-building field!

Reader's I learned from the best in that business after liking it so much as a child watching my Dad's seven year addition to our home or his timeless and priceless  time spent getting that boat ready after working twelve to eighteen hours days and falling out ready to do it again the next day although as I later learned and should have picked up on he was as hard headed and bad about being late so much I almost got kicked out of the private school I went to in Mobile for being late every single day!

Call it Fatigue or ADHD but the bottom-line is we are so much alike we have a hard time finding time that only five years ago was a piece of cake to have!

If you are young- male or female! Make sure you are treated for that condition we call "not such a big deal"! Promise me that! Please! You'll still be a work-a-aholic but a more in tune one to say the least and if any more you are on the wrong regimen!

Please do this for me and you will make my life worth living! If not for my being so fast around their place and picking up bits of information from my parents I would have made nothing of my life.

If not for working for Charlie Dukes a former school teacher at Dobbins Homes then at Dukes Homes and him having taken the time as did my best friend Dan O. Garroway to let me find my way in their program and the blasphemy some call it of self medicating with what I am on now my life would have never meant a thing and too many people I delivered for those companies and my own Clients!

If I had the same doctor I have now a few months earlier I might even be with a girl that on July the 4th of this year and on a couple of other dates made me fall almost head over heals in love with her! If not for some details of what the aftermath of two more hurricanes have done to me I would most certainly have hugged her back when she last threw her arms around me! I miss her company and conversation greatly!

The reason for writing this story is that each and everyone of you should have one credit card you use to go on vacation each year and freeze the dang thing in the freezer the rest of the year if you have too because to get out of your place and go enlighten yourself will re-energize you immensely!

Find the right medication if you need it for ADD or God forbid ADHD because it is much harder to slow yourself down than it is to speed yourself up for some of us!

Take that vacation- Please!

I was 37 and my second wife 37 also before we could do that and it was no body's fault but our own!

We both were 32 when we bought our first home! Don't wait that long to do that and I know everything there is to know about how not to be unable to that!

I lost my Home-building license because I had no money, no lawyer to speak for me and no energy from working myself to death! Don't ever do that too yourself because- just because!

I have no idea how to link and be paid for anything you buy without having someone do something for me on an IUO!

Don't let that stop you!

Amazon.com and the other links are fantastic and some very well known companies! Buy something online and never forget what I said about buying a home and taking a vacation!

Your Children, Clients, family, and Co-worker's or Employees as they may be or even Contractor's will see the difference in you!

Live life to the fullest and never let anyone get control of your free-will! God will be there in ways you'll only know when it happens!

Enjoy your life, job and family in whatever order you see fit for your personality!

Plan ahead but do something on the spur of the moment that puts a smile on your face while you can! I plan to get back to that point in my life as I'm moving forward!

One more thing find charity that you believe in!

God Bless the ADD, ADHD and those of us.......

God Bless the ADD, ADHD and those of us....... that for one reason or another have been through so much in our lives that we get a little down and stay down so long we need a doctor to determine if we are just ADD, Depressed or ADHD and depressed!

If not for those professionals that take into account everything from A to Z and apples to apples a whole bunch of us would be nothing more than useless in our younger but close to middle age!

God Bless the people that share their stories to those of us that some times feel the way we do and hopefully we don't offend anyone that has had it worse than us or is older or whatever the case maybe!

As for those groups that would rather us all just be classified as drug addicts which how could there be many in a world where people from all walks of life are willing to share their stories and solve the mystery?

Well as for those groups- "just go to Hell- because as one brilliant mind put it- "we have you coming and going! Pun intended!

Thank you to the Today Show, Gene Simmons and the beautiful Love of his life for sharing those amazing comments and some of your life with us yesterday morning!

Personally I'm not sure but we as a group both the ADD and the ADHD people rule the World! We are a strong block of voters too don't you think?
